Varens Homme Silver

Whether or not this is good or bad i used to wear it during a specific time in life and its a very nostalgic smell for me, i think it has been discontinued which is upsetting but tbh i remember it being a really nice fruity apple and woody scent.

Sorry to say, this perfume smells like womans perfume.. Only good at opening spray, the mid and drydown is linear and smells feminine to me. But it had a good longevity. This perfume is not for true gentleman.

UDV Silver Pour Homme is a versatile eau de toilette which its dominant sweet apple note provides a very linear pleasant scent. The bergamot note helps to bring a fresh clean aspect to the fragrance and compliments the sweet apple note as well. This fragrance is truly designed to be a refreshing summer scent, which can be also used all year round. The dominant sweet apple note suggests that it gives a friendly, approachable, amicable vibe or first impression. I suspect that the type of Vetiver used for this fragrance is Haitian Vetiver. There is no smoky, dark, herbal or incense scents in UDV Silver. It is suitable for work, casual meetings with friends, in both hot and cold weather. Personally, I would recommend that if you own this fragrance, one should spray it on his/her clothes. It lasts much more longer on fabric, compared to spraying the fragrance on the skin. Because I live in a tropical climate, I did notice that UDV Silver does fades away into a skin scent quickly. I am not entirely sure if the hot weather is the only major factor for this fast fading though. The drydown for this fragrance (in hot weather) does not seem to last very long. However, if you apply this fragrance in an air conditioned office, it would last longer, possibly for 3 to 4 hours. Perhaps, I believe that some fougere fragrances weren't meant to last long in hot weather. UDV Silver is one of them, at least from my personal opinion.

It’s my favorite ‘mens’ perfume ever. Makes me feel peaceful and safe. It smells masculine but in a feminine way which i LOVE. I really like these type of fragrances a lot.

Alright this fragrance has the apple sweetness. But in no way this smells like a cheap fragrance. A definite buy.
