Fleur des Fleurs

Fleur de Fleurs is a wonderful, intoxicating fragrance. The first spray is floral in a classic way, mixed with sparkly citrus notes. Soon it becomes a creamy scent and this is when I really start to love it. I never gave much thought to ylang ylang as a note before. It's in many perfumes, I never disliked it, but it also wasn't a favorite note or one I noticed strongly. After I used my sample of Fleur de Fleurs the first time, I really liked it but noticed I wasn't really familiar with the titular flower. So I tried essential ylang ylang oil to find out more. Quite honestly I'm not into those oils in their pure form, and ylang ylang was no exception. But now I know what role it plays in Fleur de Fleurs, and of course the perfume is much better than the oil. I now also understand why ylang ylang is said to smell banana like, even though it's still not like anyone would confuse those two aromas. In Fleur de Fleur the ylang ylang is sweet and tropical feeling, and beautifully blended with jasmine and my favorite, tuberose. The florals are rich and creamy, but also have a pronounced fresh and clean facet and sometimes an underlying fruity aspect. Vanilla and benzoin are definitely here to warm and sweeten the scent even more, but it never gets cloying or loses its freshness. So this is a fragrance that I like so much I now appreciate a flower I didn't care much about before. It can and should be worn in spring and summer as it's tropical and gives a crisp aura to the wearer. But through its warmth it can maybe also be worn when you miss the sun as a long winter comes to an end. This is a bit expensive, but well, at least it also smells a bit expensive...

I just got this and I just want to bathe in it! I absolutely love everything from start to finish. The florals blend so nicely with all the other notes in my opinion. Citrusy top. In the dry down you get this touch of vanilla and the slightest sprinkle of oud that just elevates it. The florals are sweet and a little bit candylike without ever going in the gourmand or fruity-floral direction. It is probably the tuberose is doing that, but I also think the ylang-ylang really adds to that effect. I don't get a lot of jasmine, but it might be what keeps the other floral notes floral. It is not super complex, but not simple either. It has some fun and uniqueness to it and is very wearable! The florals to me has a slight bit of skank, like natural flowers do, in a similar way that I think they have in Terracotta by Guerlain. They are not that similar otherwise, other from being in the summer-floral universe.

The opening was equally tuberose, ylang-ylang and jasmine with a hint of benzoin. It became a skin scent very quickly. I couldn't even smell it on my wrist after about ten minutes. The drydown ended up being (in this order); sandalwood, tuberose, jasmine and benzoin. It is mixed very well, but way too expensive to wear a perfume that only lasts a few minutes. I'm glad I only purchased a tester. Sillage 3/10 Longevity 2/10 Projection 2/10

Someone else said “most beautiful tuberose ever”. Indeed very beautiful tuberose, I totally agree! Light and sublime, not cloying or overpowering at all! (if you’re trying to choose between Gucci’s bloom and this - definitely get this one!) First I smell jasmine... later I smell jasmine mixed with tuberose... and later it is just tuberose. I would wear it in the evening or at dusk. PS I don't feel any yilang or vanilla, however.

The opening of this fragrance is magnificent. The saffron+grapefruit are so lovely with the bright burst of ylang ylang and jasmine. It has so much depth as well, with a sweet, warm and velvety base. Heady and indolic. It feels like you’re walking through a very luxurious, sunlit arab garden. The dry down is a bit less interesting, though: florals on a warm balsamic base. Still good but the complexity is gone.

This is such a beautiful tuberose scent. The beginning though is not the kind of tuberose scent I like. It starts off with a heady tuberose but still manages to be light and dries down into a beautiful light sweetness. @januarypriestess is correct in saying that is a tuberose candy but the scent is not juvenile but instead youthful.

A beautiful white floral fragrance. Slightly sweet and warm with citrus touches. Like a beautiful bouquet of the freshest flowers. A big love for me.

Fleur des Fleurs by Une nuit nomade evokes a walk in a tropical garden at the end of the afternoon, just after the rain, when the flowers are drying under the sun. The opening is very much citrus and white flowers, but the citrus rapidly disappears to fully give the floor to the flowers, with the ylang-ylang and the jasmine dominating the bouquet. The tuberose is certainly there, but not as prevalent as the other flower notes. On the dry-down, a faint vanilla, maybe a little bit of amber or wood, but very, very subdued. Despite being mostly white flowers, it doesn't feel light or airy at all, almost feels heavy because of the base notes, which is not a bad thing, but gives a more mature feeling to the perfume. It is marketed toward women, and it leans feminine, but I can see a man wearing that. I see the person wearing Fleur des Fleurs as somewhat of a self-assured person, who knows who they are but are optimistic and outgoing, maybe a bit of a dreamer too. A nice daytime perfume, perfect for spring or summer, but a tad too mature of a scent for me, and it leans a bit too feminine for my taste. While it doesn't suit me personally enough to get a full bottle, I really enjoyed the sample I got (by the way, I highly recommend the Une nuit nomade Discovery set, it's very beautiful and a very fun discovery set, with a lot to offer for the price). However, longevity is moderate at best, 4 hours maybe, and after that only a faint vanilla skin scent remains. Sillage and projection are not too bad in the first few hours, but it's certainly not something that gets too much attention.

Initially I didn't like this fragrance at all but I had high expectations of loving it. Fleur des Fleurs is strong in the opening and very pleasant but the mid smells astringent to me. After it dries, the oud comes out and stays prominent for at least an hour and this stage is not enjoyable for me because it's not the usual friendly sweet oud that I enjoy. After this the oud retreats giving way to the white florals on a woody base. It's an interesting one worth sniffing if you enjoy oud and flowers but it's a bit too potent...and weird for me. I tested this fragrance for a couple of weeks a couple of months ago and put the sample in my christmas advent calendar to try again. So it's still not necessarily my style but I like it now. I can appreciate the opening and deep drydown even though I don't enjoy the momentary oudiness, which adds a bit of creamy skankiness to the white florals. Nice fragrance but nfbw for me. -

Ordered the discovery set from Une Nuit Nomade, and first off, BEAUTIFUL packing, very evocative and artistic, and super fast shipping. <3 Very, very pretty sweet mixed floral. The ylang-ylang, jasmine, and tuberose are all shining equally in this mix. The ylang-ylang gives this tropical creamy lightness to the perfume, the tuberose and jasmine bring headiness, and the jasmine just flirts with (but avoids fully committing to) that animalistic, indolic impression that jasmine so easily brings. I'm a little biased because I LOVE tuberose. It's not VERY "difficult to understand", I understand sometimes people purchase niche fragrances looking for something creative and ultra-mind-blowing. This isn't that. But it's very pleasant, and honestly, it's not at a niche pricing either. Would recommend, more for ultra hot, balmy summer evenings.

I am really not the one for white florals, and I really dislike jasmine (not a big fan of ylang-ylang, either), so normally I don't even sample this type of scents. But I got this in a sample set and first sprayed on a paper. Didn't give me headaches as jasmine normally does and I even found it pleasant, so I sprayed it on my skin - and I still like it a few hours on. The fresh juicy top notes are actually detectable on me, and they take the edge off jasmine and ylang-ylang, so the florals are not overpowering or cloying, but calm and fresh and very realistic, like in a garden. Really the first jasmine-dominated scent I encountered and can wear without a fear of headaches. So even if white florals are not your thing but you would like to try something classically feminine, bright but delicate, do give this one a go, it is lovely.

Really lovely bouquet of white florals. I have a hard time saying which of jasmine, tuberose or Ylang-ylang I find strongest or weakest. Creamy, soft and warm. I wish the grapefruit were a little more zingy. I also think this serves a very similar function to Printemps Blanc by Maison Mataha and I’m really not sure one would need both, although I love this scent profile and it’s tempting. I do think I prefer Printemps Blanc just a little, but Fleur de Fleurs is a beautiful ode to some of the most majestic and heady florals without being either overbearing or too indolic (though I quite like the indolic side of white florals), nor too light and insubstantial.

This perfume is so dreamy. There's this warmth to it on your skin that really does make it feel like your breathing in a tropical flower on a humid night. I thought the Jasmine and Ylang Ylang with Tuberose might be too much floral for me, but it opens with a nice saffron note that stops it from being too floral-only right off the bat, and adds a nice depth. I definitely get the Oud and heavy amber in the base, but not much Sandalwood or vanilla. Pretty strong projection, it definitely gets a little stronger after the opening, so be careful not to overspray at first. Moderate longevity, I get about 6 hours.

This is an absolutely gorgeous sweet, creamy and full of life white floral. A lush garden at midnight, after a very warm day, night air smooth as velvet and a heady jasmine projecting its’ sweetness in the air like its’ life depended on it (which it actually does, but anyways). It would be perfect if it was topped of with a horsey orange blossom. Or maybe that would make it too much of everything, but it do misses some sharpness to make it really interesting. It feels a little bit like eating too much heavy whipped cream. You would want something tart or bitter as well.

Ultra femenine floral/musky scent. Reminds me of Burberry London, but not as addictive unfortunately. I believe burberry is more fresh/balanced out than Un nuit Nomade. I find un nuit nomade a bit boring/too mature for someone in her 20's, also gives me some headaches... do not recommend, buy Burberry London instead. A much better choice..

If you love designer white florals but want them in the form of something niche, this one is for you. Don't buy this if you're looking for a tuberose fragrance - while tuberose normally dominates, the jasmine and ylang ylang are the main players here. Clean, elegant, safe for work. I see it on a more mature, feminine woman.

This is a pretty jasmine-tuberose scent, with a creamy tropical drydown. Through I’m not faulting this perfume, it lasted about 90 minutes on me. It's obvious the ingredients are quality, so if the notes sound intriguing definitely give it a try.

It's a easy summer go-to white floral, and I think the ylang-ylang is more prominent than tuberose and jasmine. Also to my nose, there's zero oud detectable, so don't look for oud in this fragrance. Great longevity and moderate sillage.

A woody mix of white florals - nothing groundbreaking, but it is pretty. It’s a lovely perfume - not too high volume or in your face. Not a love for me, but if you enjoy jasmine, tuberose and ylang ylang, it’s worth a sniff.

This is heavy on the jasmine and tuberose. It smells so realistic though. Slightly creamy. I really enjoyed this more than I thought I would. Great for summer and very feminine. Longevity is solid and so is the projection.

For ylang ylang and tuberose lovers. Very floral, classic, maybe a little vintage. I cannot detect jasmin (strange with others comments) or vanilla. More for hot days and for holidays, to my opinion. 7/10

Blind bought a sample of this one online. Ultra-feminine tropical florals just as expected (I smell only jasmine and ylang-ylang), but surprisingly classy and mature. It is not like any other white floral

Pleasant but in no way memorable. For me, the jasmine is the most prominent of the flowers. It has a slight sweetness, a vanilla softness. A risk-free scent. The kind you can buy and give to someone.

Perfect for summer holidays. Very suffocating and long lasting so not for (my) office time.

I might get a bit of citrus in the opening but it's not very prominent imo. On my skin this is more of a nice ylang-tuberose combo. This is more of a lush creamy floral- almost like walking through a garden. Had a softer projection on my skin contrary to the reviews. Longevity was moderate- skin scent by the 5 hour mark. Very pleasant white floral but there's something about it that doesn't quite feel like "me." If you tend to like fresh/green/garden-like florals though, this might be worth a test.

It’s more of a green and clean white florals rather than intoxicating or creamy. It’s not very sweet, which is good. I sense ylang ylang and tuberose the most. I won’t be wearing it on its own. It will be good for layering for summer. It’s strong and lasts almost a whole day.

Jasmine 40% + Tuberose 35% + Ylang-ylang 25%. The indole isn’t strong. it’s not bad, but also completely unremarkable...

mega jasmine, reminds me of lys by le labo. i want to like both more but they kind of give me a headache

I have been shopping for a tuberose perfume from more "niche" brand. Seeing all the notes of this fragrance, I had very high hopes, despite seeing a few negative reviews here and there. Since all the notes are things I normally like based on the perfumes I own. I order a sample (and thank god I did, rather than blind buying a full bottle), I was so disappointed as I smell it. Either by itself or on my body, the opening smells like cough syrup or medicine to me. I could barely smell the tuberose. Even on the dry down, I couldn't smell any vanilla, just some medicinal scent that is really off-putting to me. Maybe it just doesn't work for my nose / my body. I will continue to look for my perfect tuberose fragrance...

This is entirely personal of course, but I really don’t like this. I agree with the one of the reviewers below me that it’s like tuberose candy, but with a heavy dose of ylang ylang. Very sweet, to the point that I find it sickly. That being said, I’m extremely particular about white and yellow florals, and this is just the exact kind I personally cannot deal with because there’s nothing to cut through the sweetness. I get absolutely zero oud from this, just ylang and tuberose. If you’re a die hard fan of tuberose and ylang, and like sweet floral fragrances, this might be worth checking out (even if I don’t find anything remarkable about it compared to other fragrances in the same category). If you’re not, you’re really not missing out on anything. In general, I find a lot of this brands fragrances to be overwhelmingly sweet, and they remind me more of designer fragrances than niche. On the upside, the price point is on par with designer fragrances. I get good sillage and longevity, but that might just be because I’m overly aware of how much I just don’t enjoy wearing this.

Well, "Fleur des Fleurs" meaning ylang-ylang in the Malay language... This is quite a misleading introduction to this perfume, which to me smells mostly of a sturdy tuberose firmly grounded in a nose-tickling woody base ! I had high hopes though on first spray, with the exotic carefree opening reminding me strongly of beautiful Goutal Songes... Unfortunately this was a very short-lived impression : FdF quickly morphs into Lagerfeld Chloe's teen little sister, minus the fruity richness and baroque complexity. Unimpressive.

Smells of clean, of floral soap.: a dream of beaches, rest and innocence. Tuberose is strong, jasmine sweet, but it goes way beyond just floral. What makes it different is the slight sepia hues given by saffron and probably tame ouds that bring a story into this composition. Otherwise, why would you need such scent if you're actually there? It's the memory, that thing already gone. I don't know why most of the Nuits Nomades feel so nostalgic on me.

The opening and first hour was very interesting to me. First I was overwhelmed with a vintage vibe that reminded me of my grandfather's girlfriend who wore L'air du temps. It might have been the bergamotte or ylang-ylang that gave the vintage vibe, and I quite liked it. Afterwards I detected spiciness, probably the saffron. But after one hour it just smelled of The Body Shop - White Gardenia to me. Must be the tuberose? It was not for me.

Very beautiful white flower scent. It is joyful, warm, relatively airy. It has some floral sweetness that reminds me of a creamy gardenia like the one in Panouge Isabey - Gardenia. In dry down vanilla shows up and the mix with the flowers is wonderful. On very hot weather it has moderate sillage and longevity but it is very hot outside now. I suppose is better on slightly cooler weather. I like it. It brings me joy in any season.

Uber feminine perfume with Ylang Ylang and Jasmine. Slightly sweet and mildly peppery. I didn't detect tuberose much... I say that because I detest tuberose 9/10 and I liked this perfume. It's vintage leaning and slightly soapy but behaves like a younger sister to Burberry London (someone mentioned BL below and I could not stop making comparison). I like both BL and this FDF almost equally.

I’m working through the discovery set. This is my second favorite so far. It is a pretty floral with no screechiness. I like the way the three flowers work together, they soften each other up somehow. I totally get the oud. It’s not skanky, it’s the same oud as in delina exclusif. It makes the scent more interesting. Sillage and longevity is a bit lacking as with most of UNN scents.

Ooh! Fleur de Fleurs, indeed. The opening is magnificent, with jasmine in the lead. The drydown is more mixed, more ylang-ylang, ...also a bit of that solar-salicylate-sunscreen note, I'm not a fan of it, but here its mostly toned down and blended in. Overall a decent white floral, ...but mostly worth sampling for those first few glorious minutes.

Basic white flowers, I'm not impressed. It's not too indolic and it's quite sweet, but I think it could be good for summer evenings. Okay, but that's about it. 3/5, not FBW. I even gave it a second chance to impress me, but it didn’t. Forgettable, smells like a hundred other similar white floral perfumes.

A burst of ylang-ylang with creamy tuberose in the back, gradually moves on to a more sour jasmine. I'm usually not a fan of these types of sweet florals, but this is soft enough that I just can't hate it. Source: Official 2.5ml Sample, from official site Date of Purchase: 28th of March, 2025

I agree with the review below. This smells nostalgic, like I've been in a hotel or resort where the room was sprayed with an expensive, natural smelling air-freshener containing jasmine and ylang-ylang. This also smells like the dry-cleaners, in a good way,

Incredible buttery tuberose with some ylang-y and a smooth woody base. Beautiful quality, deep, creamy and intoxicating like any real tuberose might be! Thick and provocative in a kind of damp green hot weather in a lost paradise. I love it.

Smells like potent jasmine air fresheners you'd find in a taxi or toilets in Asia. But of course much stronger and dimensional, adding complexity in its base notes. I actually like this despite my association with air fresheners.

Ylang ylang with jasmines then some vanilla to sweetens the juice and bring it out of rancidity. If you are a jasmine and ylang ylang lover then this will be impressive to you.

A sweet opening. Wait, is that piss? It's very green on the dry down. It smells too chemical to me. I don't like this at all

Imagine Soleil Blanc without the coconut. French sweet white flowers. Very feminine. Love it the most during summer.
