Crush On Me

I am writing my review today because I am stressing out that I don't have this already. I've been wearing and testing this scent from my sample this whole week and was compelled to write a review on this going into the weekend. This scent is just gorgeous... My first spray of Crush On Me was surreal. I've been testing many vintage fragrances, indie and niche musky fragrances, and indie and niche fougère fragrances recently and had conjured a feeling that these sweet gourmand-based new releases from Unique'e Luxury couldn't stand up to the "Wow Factor" I was getting as I tested and wore those. Listen, I would pay money just to relive my very first experience of this fragrance again. Let's just get this out of the way, no, Unique'e Luxury Crush On Me does not have anything to do with Instant Crush even though its notes might suggest otherwise. But narrowly, almost insignificantly so, has to do with Baccarat Rouge 540. But even if BR540 didn't exist I think this could still have been made since the likeness feels incidental and not a main focus. This smells more natural. However for reference the warm spun sugar sweetness in the background of this does hint at a skeleton that feels vaguely familiar. This opens smelling like a strong caramel macchiato. A hyperrealistic representation of a warm almost smoked caramel accord à la Kutay, natural ginger, and natural patchouli create this strong gourmand coffee accord, a bitter, soily and and spicy sensation in the opening of this fragrance that seats you in the middle of a cafe at lunchtime. The opening also rams your nose like a bulldozer but settles down within seconds. A pungent but sweet animal with a natural and wild soul. The mid after 15 minutes is were I believe this is truly a niche gem that might make this off-putting for some but makes Crush On Me completely original and so high-class and transportive. Whatever natural lime they're using in this lingers persistently within the DNA of the entire composition using the citric nuances of the magnolia and rose to stay present adding a faint lemon pie zingy-ness to the composition. The saffron and iris adds a beautiful earthy, buttery, slightly soily and animalic feel - a reserved but warm dark chocolate fudge cake. And together it is all happening underneath the soily patchouli and sweet caramel. I'm not going to lie, and be ready for this - Altogether this part smells like fresh Celery... Yep. It smells of chopped washed celery. A nice sweet and salty, aromatic, fizzy, green and earthy sensation almost reminiscent of sweet soil, petrichor and healthy plants after rainfall. This is why I am certain natural patchouli and ginger oils if anything exist within Crush On Me. But I would love to hear what others think! Somehow this scent has captured and populated my imagination. It is very original, natural smelling, high-class and feels somewhat daring as well. To be worn at celebratory or upper-class parties or gatherings. Red Carpet type functions. Or even a date at a dimly lit first-class restaurant. Unique'e Luxury seems to have pulled all the stops to make this highly complicated and potent formula. I wore this at lunchtime one day, I finished work to go to the gym late that night and even with the change of clothes this was still projecting as if I had just sprayed it. I came back home checked the spots I sprayed it on - even after sweating the oily spots were still glazed on my skin. I showered and the spots still smelled of Crush On Me... This perfume is a full day commitment guys Lmao!! But surprisingly it isn't even cloying. It smells sweet, fresh, brown and green at the same time but in no way dirty or stuffy. More masculine leaning gourmand I would say. I would suggest to spray it only once on the back of the neck and then let it do it's magic. For me fall and winter or colder days do something to make this scent irresistible. $340 hurts man I'm worried about the increasing prices. But heck, I do love this. The Unique'e Luxury perfumes are exquisite compositions that have even humbler price-tags for what they are and the amount of fragrance they give, I honestly always believed Roja, Nishane and Xerjoff prices in general were very foolish. But what do I know. For me ☕️🍯🌿 10/10

#29 of My Fragrance Journey: Unique’e Luxury – Crush On Me: The One That Nearly Lost Me, Then Completely Won Me Over So, Crush On Me and I... didn’t start smoothly. It’s one of those scents that takes you on a ride — up, down, twist, loop — and somewhere in the middle, you’re not sure if you want to get off or go again. But by the end? Yeah. I’m in love. Completely. The first spray hit me like a lime twist dropped into warm ginger tea — fizzy, juicy, alive. Not what I expected at all from a caramel-patchouli gourmand. It’s zesty and spicy, the kind of opening that makes you grin and think, oh, this is going to be good. Then... it dips. The florals came out — a bit synthetic, a little too much — and the patchouli started to rise. I remember thinking, “Uh oh, here comes the mud,” and for a minute, I almost gave up. It was that kind of patchouli moment that can scare you off before it shows its charm. But if you wait — if you just let it breathe — it transforms. Slowly, the sweetness unfurls. The caramel comes in, warm and golden, wrapping around that patchouli like melted sugar over dark chocolate. Suddenly, it’s rich and comforting and honestly addictive. You get this delicious, chocolatey warmth with that tiny ghost of lime and ginger still flickering through, keeping everything from turning syrupy. It’s genius, really — sweet, but never heavy. And it lasts. Like, ridiculously long. I woke up the next morning, and it was still clinging to my skin — that cosy caramel-patchouli hum, soft but still there. It’s the kind of scent that stays with you, literally and emotionally. Crush On Me is bold, confident, and a total cold-weather stunner. It’s not a safe blind buy, but once it clicks with your skin? It’s magic. Sweet, warm, spicy, a bit mysterious — and honestly, a compliment magnet. So yeah, it took me a while to “get” it. But once it settled, I couldn’t stop smelling my wrist. It’s one of those fragrances that makes you want to wrap yourself in a blanket and drink something hot, but still feels sexy enough to wear out at night. A rollercoaster, sure — but one I’d happily ride again and again.

Finally got myself this bottle...and right away opening the courier package..i could smell a strong sweet-ish and addictive and mesmerizing aroma ! Applied on my wrist....and wham !!!!! This is like finding Jesus after roaming the desert for 40 years !!! Its beautiful , warm, sweet, glowing, dazzling, resplendent, opulent , graceful, forceful , obnoxious , hypnotic, trance inducing...i can go on and on about its Yin & Yang duality ....this is truly one of the frags that needs the tag line of less is more !!! I came back after work shift of 10 hours...and had a shower and reached to open my cupboard and apply a night SOTN and amongst the 125 odd bottles ...this was the only smell wafting out from the entire cupboard !!!! and that's saying a lot...coz other heavy hitters were sitting in there too like the orto pairisi entire range..profumum roma...rogue perfumes...slumberhouse...Boadicea ..Wesker....u get the idea !! BUT this stood out like a damn Beacon drowning out all and sundry with its humongous wall of sheer smell ! Yes...i agree with few guys below me that this will remind you of Mugler A*Men in its vintage format but its not as sharp or tar like as A*men but the dry down def has that gourmand chocolate caramel gooey vibe going on ! Truly a delicious frag !!! Warning...can be too strong for lots of people...try before you buy !! I am happy I bought it ! Namaste ! 10/10 score !!!

Wow. Just wow. I wasn't very hyped by this one because I saw many people said it reminded them of Tero. And while I found it pleasant, I wasn't a massive fan. I'm super happy to say that to me it doesn't smell like Tero at all. This is so incredibly good. When I first sprayed it, I got a smile on my face and genuinely said "oh wow". This is a very linear sweet patchouli bomb. The blend is so masterfully made that it feels like only one note, like the fragrance itself is just one unique note of its own. Extremely unique, comforting, potent, daring. This one is a nuclear scent. It's very thick, dense, loud. This might be the "thickest" perfume I've ever tried. In the sense that hours after spraying it feels like it's still going in my mouth, it's on the verge of being obnoxiously loud to the point I could see it being just too much for some people. I have tried and I own some nuclear scents, but this really has almost a physical presence, you can feel how thick and dense it is. The other perfume that has this kind of effect that comes to mind is Oud Satin Mood Extrait. The smell is incredible and very comforting. This is the perfect fall fragrance. Unisex leaning masculine to me. It might be pricey, but it's worth every penny. I can't see many situations where you'd use more than one spray for this, maybe two for outside use. Longevity is eternal, sillage is massive.

"I would say it is a safe blind buy." My kids loved this, and somehow I got compliments from many people that it smells like ice cream. It is an amazing creation. Just imagine, if you are drinking herbal tea and your kid is eating vanilla ice cream, and you catch whiffs of caramel, sugar, vanilla, and the fresh smell from the tea. I sampled this from LuckyScent after a YouTuber reviewed it as a head-turner, and yes, it can be a head-turner in a good way. I did not find the performance to be exceptional, but that might be because I applied the 0.7 ml sample very sparingly since it is so beautiful. I think if you buy a bottle and apply two sprays, it will last for a day. Even applying two dabs on my neck and driving for 3-4 hours in 75°F weather, I was still getting whiffs of caramel in the evening. The patchouli comes through at the beginning, but the caramel overpowers it for the rest of the duration. This fragrance is suitable for both men and women and can be worn all year round. The only downside with caramel-based scents is a slight sticky feeling at the dry down.

Opinions on initial spray: Super strong opening. In the air I get a blast of boozy-type sweet and instantly find this to be very similar to Kilian's Black Phantom. Like I didn't even have to think about the comparable. As it dries and you smell it up close, you get that caramel-patchouli hybrid that the scent pyramid shows. The patchouli is masculine and gives a certain aromaticness to the scent. The caramel merely floats off the skin, the scent up close is absolutely dominated by the patchouli. This doesn't dry at all like Black Phantom. The scent's main comparison is probably Nishane's latest release Tero, but even that isn't the most accurate comparison - Tero is either equal caramel-patchouli or more caramel than patchouli as a unisex profile; Crush on Me is without a doubt more masculine. Longevity 12h+, sillage will depend on body temperature, but can be a room filler. Value is a questionmark - Unique'e sells in USD and given recent FX rates, this is north of €350 for a 100ml (a noticeable premium to the less popular scents from Unique'e).

Sampled it, and although I am absolutely no patchouli or gourmand lover I really loved it at first sniff despite it being very linear, and bought it instantly (it's beautifully blended). Upon arrival I wore it straight away and my wife complained that it was way too piercing and the whole house smelled of it. I tend to overspray my perfumes, but knowing this one was strong I applied 5 sprays and that was apparently still too much (in hindsight I agreed with her). In the end I experimented with appliance and found my sweet spot to be 2 sprays. I honestly don't think that I've come across a perfume this potent apart from Orto Parisi's Megamare (which I didn't like). In my opinion this totally justifies the higher price point of this perfume since it's probably going to last you a lifetime. Definitely sample first but even if you're not into patchouli or gourmand fragrances, this might definitely be something for you. A very classy blend for a dressed up evening with nuclear longevity and projection.

This scent stands as the most potent perfume I’ve ever encountered (perhaps only rivaled by Followed by Kerosene, though its scent is far from appealing, and really stinks). Crush on Me envelops the senses with a divine blend of sweet caramel, its initial burst delightful yet merely a prelude to the breathtaking transformation that occurs within 10-20 minutes. This perfume evolves into a magnificently nuanced aroma that garners countless compliments, especially in the winter months. So impressed by Crush on Me, I delved into Unique’e Luxury’s exquisite collection, acquiring Mangonifiscent, Musharomo, Beverly Hills, and Akdeniz. Each fragrance delivers beastly performance, yet Crush on Me remains unparalleled, with Musharomo nearly matching its formidable presence. This perfume is a true masterpiece, elevating my fragrance collection to unprecedented heights.

All the notes balance perfectly in a concoction that could have easily tipped too far in one direction or another. Ginger can give me headaches, but here combined with lime it brings a vibrancy and life to a caramel that could have been too dark and heavy. It doesn’t come off patchouli heavy for the patch-phobic IMO, but serves the caramel aspect, and there does seem to be a floral component in the air, but I wouldn’t have thought to describe it as such without looking at the notes. Like other offerings from the house, it’s a high-quality, monster performer that is more than the sum of its parts. May be overpowering up close, a compromise that I presume allows for its massive projection. I don’t know what the house motto is, but it seems like their modus operandi is to always make something unique, and push every accord to the MAX, driving it right up to the edge of nasal catastrophe, before stopping just in time and bottling it up. One of my favorites.

I'm really enjoying Crush on Me! I'm not a big fan of caramel but it's executed masterfully here. It features the same ginger and lime combination as Oud for Happiness, but whereas OFH comes off more as a candied, zingy ginger, here it's sweeter and better blended. This lasts about 15-20 minutes before the floral accord kicks in. I cannot pick out any specific florals, but it bridges the opening and dry down perfectly. The caramel and patchouli will have you smelling scrumptious and make your partner want to lick you up and down. This is the epitome of a sexy, delectable gourmand. This is an extrait concentration, so it is VERY strong and no more than 1-3 sprays are needed. I can't see myself wearing it anywhere else other than nights at home with my lover, so I wouldn't buy a full bottle, especially considering the price. But this is as good a gourmand as they come, and I'll always look to have a decant of it. 8.5/10

I was taken by surprise with the bright opening, but then dries down quickly to a delectable and balanced treat. A tiny bite sized morsel of chocolate generously blanketed with the highest quality caramel that I have ever smelled in a perfume. This is not your average cloying heavy caramel. This is caramel done right. The caramel is at the forefront, yet certainly not heavy, allowing you to smell the other layers portrayed underneath in this multi-faceted masterpiece. My recommendation: Can be used anytime with the exception of summer days or high heat weather. There are better options. Projects quite strongly, but is never a caramel pie to the face to others. More like a trained culinary expert gently brushing caramel on their cheeks to cover up their blush, because you know, they have a crush on you. 10/10 yet again.

Kalıcılık ve koku dağılımı konusunda "monster" arıyorsanız parfümünüz budur. Başka bir parfume etrafında yaşama şansı tanımıyor. Kalıcılık ise çok rahat 1 gün diyebilirim. Ben çok kuvvetli parfümleri sürekli kullanamıyorum ve bu sebeple buna sıra 10-15 günde bir geliyor ve hemen eve ve geçtiğim her yere iz bırakıyor. Muhtemelen markanın en çok satanı olacaktır. Fazla sıkmamanızı tavsiye ediyorum...

Unique’e Luxury Crush On Me is an excellent fragrance. Honestly, I expected this fragrance to be sweeter but it turns out that the scent is just thick and bold to me. But, it really is super strong. The caramel, patchouli, and ambergris are very noticeable, especially in the drydown. It really is a beautiful scent, with some florals, citruses, and musk in the background too. Because of the ambergris and florals, the scent is very strong yet balanced so I don’t feel it is that cloying to wear when sprayed a few more times than I should. But again, the performance is outstanding here. Not blind buy worthy, but I would highly recommend it. I only bought it because I was stupid, but still clever enough to know that I’m definitely going to like it so much (based on the reviews and notes).

I normally don't indulge in purchasing stuff in this price range. I got my bottle from a generous fellow user on the website. It's a very nice, powerful, rich, smooth blend with a heart of patchouli with sweet caramel and spices over the top. I have a never ending fascination with how perfumers can build upon patchouli. This starts gourmand, and turns into a spicy earthy blend on skin. Every note is perfectly blended. I wasn't a big fan when I first received it, but with each subsequent wearing, I have had a greater and greater appreciation for it. Yesterday I put it on for the second time and it smelled incredible, I thought it was something my wife had on and the after a few minutes I realized it was me! Art in a bottle, huge projection and incredible longevity!

A beautiful gourmand-patchouli dominant fragrance with the freshness from lime and ginger ; which will create perfect olfactory harmony. I have a crush on me every time i wear this perfume If you love Angel Muse by Mugler (cacao patchouli) or Coromandel by Chanel (white chocolate patchouli) you will probably love this (caramel patchouli) The freah top notes of ginger and lime are well blended with the sweet caramel and earthy patchouli, gourmand but not cloying, intoxicating and rich. Perfectly unisex, ideal for autumn winter and spring. Performance is great i can smell it through the mask and it gets people’s positive attention. It was my first love/ purchase from Unique’e Luxury house followed by few more from this amazing brand

So here it is...... A beautiful, earthy caramel patchouli. I really enjoy the freshness from the lime and ginger which tempers the sweetness and keeps it from becoming cloying. It’s sweet but not too much. This is very wearable. If you can’t handle Angel, this is much more elevated, not too spicy or fruity, and with a sensual complexity. Classy, playful and comforting, this one gets a lot of attention. The florals blend perfectly and brings out an almost coffee note in the patchouli. Supposedly a gourmand, but to me it is more smooth than your typical gourmand. A must try.

Dense, rich, creamy caramel with a light touch of patchouli, which lends its signature spicy-sweet accord plus a hint of earthiness. The ginger-lime top has no real smell to it, existing only to lend a sort of effervescence that keeps the caramel from being too thick and gooey. That's pretty much it, patchouli caramel, with a linear drydown. Moderate projection for ~3hr with 12hr+ longevity. I actually do catch faint whiffs of it through most of that duration, it's not a strictly nose-to-arm skin scent till around 8-10hr in.

Arrived today, 1 spritz on the back of my palm, opening was POTENT. So washed it off with soap. Did not help! Went gym 3 hours later, getting a headache, went grocery shopping, and now back home to eat my food. I can't smell my food; I can only smell this monster. I thought my Montale black aoud was potent; this is simply ridiculous. This smells like you've achieved all your goals. 1 spritz is all you need, and I think you shouldn't fully press it down. Outdoor use only!

A very powerful, warm and enveloping scent. Caramel predominates over everything, with shy floral notes that emerge, but Patchouli and caramel take center stage and envelop the other notes like a warm blanket in this spectacular perfume. A very powerful trail and an insane duration! on my skin for more than 10 hours I continue to feel it, incredible... What can I say, immediately love! This is the epitome of fall imo. Remenicent of the drydown for Mugler Amen in the middle stages, its the final drydown that is heavenly. Rich seductive caramel with Chanel Coromandel like Patchouli. Longevity is incredible and sillage is just as elite. The scent trail leaves me speechless. Getting rid of my Mugler and Kilian Intoxicated, this just earned its spot on my shelf for many years. Gourmand and Mugler lovers, this is a must try

This is one hell of a scent. It’s juicy caramel and patchouli with slightly sweet ginger notes that brighten the hell out of everything. This is a young, handsome, LUXE black man making 6 figures in a nocturnally sexy black metropolis. It’s grasse, it’s rich and it’s above all decadent. Crush on Me literally lasts all day and night, definitely going down on my list of masterpieces.

Wow. This is honestly a masterpiece. The patchouli and caramel blend is amazing. The caramel makes the patchouli very creamy, smooth and very dense. Performance is beast mode in terms of longevity, projection and sillage. It lasted on my shirt and projected strongly for almost a week . Price is very good for what you get. 10/10 👌

This is beautiful The caramel the patchouli the ginger what an unusual and surprisingly astonishing combo. Preformance is great, not red tobaco great but still great. You might want to save this one for the somewhat special occasions because it might come off "too fancy" And It may be the best fragrance i own.

This smells amazing in the air. It has the right amount of sweetness (it's a more fruity-like sweetness), good projection, and a lovely scent trail. I think of Love Don't be Shy when I smell this fragrance because it gives me the same feeling, but this comes off stronger and to my nose sits in the air longer.

This is a fantastic caramel - patchouli scent! If you are a fan of thick, sweet, dark scents this will be a fragrance dream! Very good quality scent, complex, with amazing performance. It has a coffe like quality and on the drydown the patchouli becomes a little dark and green. I am very impressed!

This for me is a fragrance that drove me crazy. A patchouli with an irresistible caramel that really gets a lot of compliments. Few times have I liked a perfume so much. I may be brief but I am madly in love with it. Definitely on the wishlist. Super persistence and wonderful sillage.

Lovely indeed. Can’t really pin down what the notes resemble but it’s rather familiar. Like “I smell something similar to this before” but not another perfume. Perhaps a liquor. Really mind boggling. Really gourmand. A second consecutive love from this house. How exciting.

This was a blind buy.... This is my favorite fragrance ever.... I love it so much, projects, long lasting..beautiful feminine unique, is sweet patchouli with flowers, spicy... sexy ... overprice yes.. but it worth 10/10 in my opinion...very unique caramel gourmand 🥰

Sprayed this at 6 pm yesterday evening (wore it to work) and it was still projecting at 3 am (9 hours)!!. 😳😳😳 This is a new bottle. Was getting wafts at 8 am still. I know letting it sit, it will only get stronger. Was just testing the performance off the bat.

After the first spray on my arm, I thought “well now, this just another smoky citrusy woody thing.” Then, about a half hour, I was sitting minding my own business when this explosion of smoky caramel erupt on my arm. It just happened, and it’s gorgeous.

a wonderful combination of patchouli and caramel 🤤 It has patchouli usage like Nishane's Hacivat. I mean Patchouli smells like soil wetness after rain. Caramel accompanies from start to finish, adding sweetness.. Unbelievably good performance!

Handsdown, one of the best Gourmand cents, the dry down brings a great note of Ambergris which is one of the base notes of the perfume. the notes are available on their main website. Long last & sillage forever!! This Perfume is a must buy !!

This runs a little masculine on my girl skin, but I still love it. On me it's like Queen Nzinga, but with lime instead of tamarind. DizzyEek's review says what I feel. Unique'e Luxury's scents are a wonderful adventure.

Caramel and patchouli to perfection and a beastly performance to boot, but not easy to pull off people will ask you about it, if you are looking for attention. Very luxurious and special occasions perfume

Beautiful powdery scent. A mix of green clean patchouli and sweet notes which is suppose to be caramel but i perceive it as coffee. Performance is out this world very much worth the price. 16-JAN-2024

This is a 2 days scent. Been projecting whole day on skin and the next night from a shirt. Old clear bottle before colored ones.
