Sin Perfume Oil

I am so happy to see Sin here!! This absolute GEM is sorely missed! I will forever be searching for this unforgettable elixer!! It holds such a special place in my heart. I remember discovering it early 2000's on one of my trips to ULTA with my Mother (who passed suddenly in 2012) I was attracted to the tiny and cute bottle & gave it a sniff.... ABSOLUTE MAGICK!! I immediately fell in love & exclaimed to my mother I would LOVE a bottle for Christmas. It was around $50 at the time, so it was indeed my big gift that year! I savored every drop of Sin, tried to ration it out to make it last. Sadly, that bottle was stolen from me by a harlot! If I could go back in time, one of the things I would do is stock up on this beauty. The top note is sweet blood orange, yet there is some beautiful, rich, yet clean and deep note that I cannot put my finger on... The middle note is Jasmine Grandiflorum, just beautiful. The base notes unfold into a complex dance of myrrh, Indian sandalwood, vanilla & oakmoss.... I have searched the web for ages trying to find a dupe- Dior Addict is the closest I've found, yet it has a peppery note, not smooth and silky like my beloved Sin... I have paid certain companies who claimed they have recreated Sin, only to be horribly ripped off!! I have even tried to recreate Sin with essential oils-that was exciting, but an expensive dead end!! Sin is my one that go away, but also the one that opened me up to the beautiful world of fragrances! The romance, mystery and thrill perfumes bring. To have a scent a loved one can smell when you're not there. To go back in time and remember through the power of fragrance. Beautiful!

I am so happy to finally see this here! This was the absolute best. My eyes just teared up a little bit remembering it, and the time period during which I wore it. 🥺 Dior Addict is the closest I’ve found as well, but I never liked it *quite* as much. Sin came in a teeny tiny roller ball, which I want to say was 4 or 5 ml. A little drop went a long way though! I had 2 little vials, both of which I hoarded and doled out drop by drop over the years until the bottles looked exactly like the photo Fragrantica used, lol! I kept one of the dried up bottles for years and would smell it from time to time, but I finally lost it in a move or something, sometime over the last decade or so. I still search eBay once in a while with my fingers crossed, hunting for this long lost treasure. I wonder if there are any out there that still have liquid, of any level left? If you happen to have one, DM me and name your price! 😭 God, I even loved the tacky little leopard print draw string bag it came in. Urban Decay was so bomb back in those days, you would not believe! 😂

ATTENTION SIN LOVERS!! Commodity Fragrance's "Gold" (the original black bottle) smells JUST LIKE Sin!!! As best as I can remember, at least!! I sprayed it on last night and was instantly transported to that little bitty bottle. ;) Give it a try!! <3

Ughhh, I miss this one so much, and if I knew back then that it would be discontinued, I would have stocked up for sure! Dior Addict comes very close to Sin, but is not identical.

I still have it and it's ridiculously similar to Dior Addict. You'd assume it was a clone.
