Valentino Donna Born In Roma Pink PP

Beautiful, sweet, citrusy, bright, vibrant, warm, floral, woody, powdery, boozy, creamy, feminine, sensual, seductive, sexy, charming, chic, elegant, classy, sophisticated, intoxicating, delightful, alluring, inviting, cozy, comforting On me this opens with a citrusy and vibrant burst of bright mandarin, some citrusy and floral orange blossom, and sensual bourbon vanilla. I still get the DBIR dna, but it’s sweeter, and has more vanilla. As it dries down the mandarin and orange blossom intertwine with the bourbon vanilla which grows warmer, deeper, smoother, and more prominent. That’s when the fragrance really begins to shine for me. Once it’s fully dried down I get mainly a really sensual, powdery, vanilla bourbon with a touch of orange blossom. I’m not a big fan of the OG DBIR, but I absolutely love this flanker! I do happen to be a huge fan of vanilla fragrances, and I also really enjoy orange blossom, so this sounded perfect for me! My only complaint is that this was a limited edition, and is very difficult to find, and pricey if you do find it. I have the DBIR Gold flanker, which is nice, but no where near as beautiful as this one. I also got the Ivory flanker, and it’s so beautiful! For me, Ivory and Pink are tied as my favorites of the line! This definitely feels feminine to me, and like it would easily suit women of any age. I think it works wonderfully throughout all of the seasons. I think it’s fitting for all occasions from casual, to work and/or school, to date nights, and fancier occasions. I get great performance with DBIR Pink PP. The longevity is very good, it lasts throughout the whole day on me. The projection is nice, it radiates out at least a couple feet from me. Simplicity at its finest! From the moment I laid my eyes on DBIR Pink, I immediately fell in love with it! The packaging captured my heart, and it’s truly one of the prettiest bottles I’ve ever owned! 🩷 I tried the others from the Donna Born in Roma line, but I’m not really a fan of them (aside for Green Stravaganza, though it’s only a like, and not a love). This one just WORKS for my skin chemistry, almost like magic! ✨ When Valentino describes this as a dazzling fragrance, they really meant it! While wearing this, I feel like I’m on a marshmallow cloud, with hints of orange blossom and mandarin. That bourbon vanilla is on fleek! 🔥 A compliment monster, to the point where people (especially men) approached, followed (because of the scent bubble), and even GLITCHED around me, by stuttering mid-sentence and mumbling with incoherent words, when they were speaking normally just before I showed up. 😱 I have never had such reactions before, from any other perfume! As this is the ONLY fragrance that ever caused me to get such positive and unique reactions... I couldn’t let the opportunity pass up and just HAD to get it, especially when I realized that it’s rapidly disappearing off of shelves at an almost astronomical speed. Not to mention that it’s also constantly yo-yoing online, and I didn’t wanna take my chances. 😳 Is it groundbreaking? The answer? No, it’s not, BUT— it’s done in the most gorgeous way! I know people say that it smells like Paradoxe by Prada, but I honestly don’t get the similarity. If anything, it smells A LOT like YSL’s Black Opium Le Parfum, especially when that flanker is jacked up on the vanilla and has the EXACT same notes on its scent pyramid (green mandarin, orange blossom and bourbon vanilla). Even though YSL’s Black Opium Le Parfum has a lot more notes, I can’t help but love DBIR Pink wholeheartedly, and am so glad that it’s versatile for all-year round! 🥲 Performance-wise... above par: 5 - 6 hours of wear. In my opinion, DBIR Pink is pretty much Oriana’s baby sister (along with a similar profile to one of my long lost favorites, Dream Angels Forever by Victoria’s Secret), which is beautiful! 🥰🥰🥰 If you are looking for a more affordable alternative to Oriana, I highly recommend DBIR Pink~! 💖 Packaging: 11/10 Scent: 14/10 Sillage: 8/10 Longevity: 8/10

Picked up a well discounted new bottle of this. It was an offer too good to refuse and I am here to say I have absolutely no regrets. This one is stunning not just aesthetically but the juice is fb-worthy for sure. I agree with the comments that recognise similarity to Armani Fiore & LDBS in the opening. I even catch glimmers of Prada Paradoxe. But this does have the unmistakable blood of Val BIR running through its veins and the bourbon vanilla really does its big one here. The scent develops smoothly through each stage, meshing the sweet and sharp notes together harmoniously. This perfume sings on my skin with moderate throw and loud longevity for about 6 hrs on me, before fading to a sweet skin scent. I expect that will improve over time & maturation. I am so glad I gave this one a try as it is definitely one of the better ones in the Valentino collection. I can see why she is a favourite for many. I am not even a sucker for sweet, vanilla forward scents but Rendevous/Pink PP is an exception for me and it’s not sweet in that cloying, over syrupy fashion either. To my nose it’s like the mid to dry-down of og BIR with that extra kick of orange blossom & vanilla on a bed of palmers coco butter. Sweet, creamy but still airy and never juvenile. It’s a crowd pleaser no doubt. This for me takes 2nd place after og BIR, followed closely by Coral Fantasy. It could be a skin chemistry thing but I haven’t had any issues with lasting power or silage. It’s not a stink bomb but it projects & lasts well enough on my skin, which is a bonus. Because ngl I was worried after seeing comments about it being weak & a fast fader. I tested Alien Extraintense on the same day I wore this and ironically Rendezvous far outlasted that one. Though Extraintense is perhaps misleadingly named as it’s a gentler floral version of the og. I may have to get another bottle of this limited edition, it’s that good 🌸🌺🌸 @kdwelz my bottle has a pink plastic cap, definitely not metal

Gorgeous, Sweet, warm, fresh, floral, bright, citrusy, creamy, feminine, flirty, alluring, sensual, cozy, and elegant. Wow, I’m really loving this incredible fragrance! This opens sweet, bright, and citrusy with the Calabrian mandarin and a soft background of the OG DBIR scent. The fragrance really starts to shine as it dries down. It becomes sweeter, warmer, creamier, and more cozy with a sweet and somewhat powdery marshmallow scent, the sweetly floral orange blossom, and the warm and cozy bourbon vanilla. It’s absolutely beautiful, such a fantastic fragrance! I’m honestly not the biggest fan of the OG DBIR, or the other flankers I’ve tried of it (Coral Fantasy and Yellow Dream). I don’t dislike them, but I wouldn’t buy them for myself. However, I’ve heard so many great things about this version though that I just couldn’t resist getting it. Plus, the notes looked really appealing to me. It definitely doesn’t disappoint... I’m so glad to have it as part of my collection! I consider it a safe blind buy, especially if you like Orange blossom and vanilla. It’s definitely a crowd pleaser. I think this can easily be worn in any season and for any occasion. This is absolutely a signature worthy fragrance! I get excellent performance with DBIR Pink PP. The longevity is great... it lasts the entire day on me and I can still smell it the next morning. The projection is good too, it radiates out at least a few feet from me. I do consider it to be a good value too because I only need a few sprays for this effect, so my bottle will last me for quite a while. The most exciting thing about this fragrance release for me was that gorgeous pink bottle. I kind of assumed it would smelled like the previous versions of Donna Born In Roma which were fine but not worth the price for me. Bought this version for the bottle like stated in a previous comment when I saw the initial release article a couple of weeks ago. It is supposed to be a limited edition release and I really wanted the bottle! And the bottle is not even opaque pink like shown in pictures, so I am a bit annoyed with this kind of false advertising. I wanted that bottle and I have paid a high price for that, not for whatever they actually released, a pink clear glass bottle! Disappointing considering that this is a release from Valentino, not Juicy Couture! Apologies to Juicy Couture fans... Second the juice itself is nothing special. I didn’t even expected that much in the first place so at least with that I am not too disappointed. It is my first fragrance from Valentino and probably the last if they continue to release only mediocre, soft and simple fragrances for a very high price! Like this one... This edition, Born in Roma Pink PP, is a one-dimensional powdery, sweet vanilla with orange blossom. Not getting the bergamot listed as a top note. On me frankly it’s just sweet vanilla and orange blossom from the first seconds. A very common, simple and a quite boring combination in today’s fragrance market. On the bright side, while it doesn’t project much, seems to be quite long lasting, I can smell it on my skin even after a shower. Honestly, I don’t think it is worth the full retail price! It does smell nice, but basic, and I will use it as an everyday, errands, etc ... kind of (overpriced) scent! Maybe it will grow on me in time..

I listen to a lot of reviews and often ppl dont say what I need them to say about the fragrance. This got RAVE reviews and rightfully so. I do NOT like any of the other Born in Roma flankers. The DNA in this Born in Roma is NOTHING like the previous releases. That means that EVEN if you DONT like anything else in the collection, don't shy away from sampling it. The opening isn't all that exciting but the drydown is where the miracle chemistry awakens. The drydown is similar to that bubblegum Tuberose found in Prada Paradoxe (not the Intense), My Way Intense from Georgio Armani, and So Scandal by Jean Paul Gaultier. If they have any or all of them is it redundant? Possibly, but so are all of your black shoes and black skirts in your closet. This bottle is GORGEOUS. Its limited edition. This is a prize trophy piece. The projection and longevity is worth noting. I sprayed it on the top of my hand and being that I talk a lot with my hands, I got pleasant surprises of it all throughout the day. It was like white & pink mink flowers tickling my face for the entire day. Nordstrom’s had it hidden. I had to ask if they had it. (Theft is high). When this goes on sale I'll snag a bottle bc it is after all.....LIMITED EDITION! How long is the limited in limited edition? Idk. Maybe its Kayali & Marc Jacobs limited edition and will only be available a couple of months. Maybe its Funmi Monet Exalte limited edition and will be around longer than a year. I think this should be a staple but thats above my creative director, marketing team, & economic analysis pay grade. This is a crowd pleasing safe blind buy if you like sweet. Its not Viva La Juicy Sucre cavity sweet which I love too though. Btw...guys like the smell of sweet!

Just received this today! & to be honest, it wasn’t what I expected. Okay let me just say the packaging is soo cute! It’s not an opaque pink bottle like what is seen online. It’s all glass & the bottle is see through with a pink hue. It’s still cute nonetheless. On to the juice: on first initial spray, it reminds me of LDBS without the marshmallow note. Very reminiscent of Can’t Stop Loving You by Kilian. As it dries down, it immediately reminds me of Prada Paradoxe. Then it just becomes this vanilla note towards the end. I don’t get any DBIR DNA in this, oddly enough. It’s a cute fragrance but it doesn’t have much longevity. I got 2 hours after spraying 2 sprays before it became a skin scent & I needed to reapply. I’m sure it’ll last a little longer on clothing, but we’ll see about that. Overall, if you have LDBS, Prada Paradoxe, or any fragrance in that same scent family that lasts longer & projects more, I wouldn’t bother with Miss. Pink. But if you’re like me & you’re a sucker for that scent profile & love the packaging, splurge when it’s made available for sure :)

So i have been trying this and loving it for a while, but finally caved in and bought today. I think its silly its 100ml only, around 150€ bottle, bc the price/size was so large. I usually buy 30ml and still have them a long long time. Bc very few left in store here now, so I would rather regret buying than jot buying :P Initial spray is almost identical to armani si fiori!! However, that last about a minute and the orange blossom vanilla kicks in. Its super fluffy, sweet, like a marshmallow. I kinda get that marshmallow smell from this than other marshmallow advertised scents. It really is comforting, suitable for colder season, have not yet tried it in hot weather so cant really judge yet, but i suppose i will use this in cool spring :) the vanilla is not nauseating or anything, so might work well summer too! If you like this scebt profile of vanilla/orange blossom / marshmallow, you will probably be happy blind buying this. Its super sweet but not cloying :)

When I smelled this in store a year ago for the first time, I thought it was just okay. I remember thinking it reminded me of Prada Paradoxe, which I already have and adore. I was drawn to the bottle, but decided to pass. Well, it went on to be super popular and completely sold out never to return. I had serious FOMO. I *just* found a bottle and have to say, I am in love! The bottle is alluring, yes, but it is a powdery, orange blossom, marshmallow to me. It does NOT remind me of LDBS, which is a favorite. While it is similar to Paradoxe, it is much softer and powdery to me. Paradoxe is more punchy gummy bear. I am very happy to have found this, as it’s a very easy wear. Layers well with the other DBNR perfumes.

OMG what a beauty 😍😍 I was skeptical and hesitant to try it but the bottle color was just too gorgeous to ignore, so I got a sample. I’m in love 😍 a powdery, fluffy macaron. So yummy 😋 I think this can be worn all year round. I get the references to PDM Oriana & Love don’t be shy by kilian but I think the resemblances are mainly because the dominance of orange blossom used. But in my opinion this is fluffier, airier and more wearable than the other two. I also get the resemblance to Si Fiori and I think that’s due to the powdery scent but the resemblance ends there as well. I feel it also has a little of the dior addict vibe as well. Now I gotta go hunt down a bottle of this discontinued beauty 😏

I have both fragrances to compare: Valentino Born in Roma Donna EdP on my left hand and Pink PP on my right. After twenty minutes, any difference between the two is negligible. I will update in time should I notice any differences in strength, lasting power, or sillage. I definitely do not see any reason to own both. Edit: two hours later, both are still going, though PP is much stronger and the orange blossom shines brighter. Still very similar, but I could see why you would want to own both. Will continue to update. Last update: dry down is very different and much longer lasting. I would definitely choose this over its predecessor.

Is it just me or it's smells like minthy marshmallow ? First time I smelled it, I didn't liked it. I founded the citrus notes overpowering. It reminded me of citronnella, probably because it was very cold outside. Seconde time, I didn't smell the same. It was "hot" citrusy vanilla scent. Definitly summer scent, dosn't smell the same in winter. It grow on me, I like it now. Im completly in love with the original, so this one never take the first place in my heart. I don't know why but to my nose its smell a little bit like muscular cream. Very very bad projection, its long lasting on clothes (not skin), but dosn't project

This is my new signature scent. It’s really simple and pretty. It does have the original Donna Born in Roma DNA, which is beautiful, but is much softer and easier to wear. Hubby says I smell like a mix of vanilla ice cream and cotton candy. If you are a gourmand girlie, you will really like this. If smelling girlie isn’t your thing, you probably don’t want to waste your money. I really like that the notes remain the same from opening to dry down. I hate to love a fragrance when I first spray it then hate it when it settles. Also, the bottle is transparent so keep that in mind if you are expecting an opaque bottle.

Pink says it all. Girly, overly sweet, Barbie could smell like that for sure. However, exceptional quality and when you give it some time to rest, you feel so feminine and elegant and sexy, wow. It was a limited edition, its starting to disappear from stores, i am glad a grabbed one in time. Spectacular bottle. Wearable too, i’m not a big fan of vanilla, but this one, well, it is super well blended and fine. From the Born in Roma collection, it resembles the most the OG. Super longevity and be sure that within max 10 minutes of wearing it, you get that ‘gosh, you smell soo good’. 9/10 quality 5/10 originality

I've had this fragrance since it was released and I'm babysitting it!! I love this fragrance it is so beautiful. The vanilla and orange blossom come across creamy. The mandarin gives it the right amount of citrus goodness. I do pick up some of the OG in the background. I also understand those that compare this to Prada Paradoxe. A creamy citrus powdery vanilla. I enjoy them both in my collection. Because Prada Paradoxe has that sweet pear that gives it a different level of sexy. Pink PP is slightly airy and fluffy creamy sexy! Moderate longevity and sillage. Compliment getter.

I have not seen anyone say the opening smells like Armani code, but omg it gave me flashbacks to 2004 when I first got it. Smells beautiful. Looking at the notes, I honestly smell all 3 in the beginning, but I think the citrus is the heavy hitter. I can say I don't really smell a huge likeness to the og born in Roma, but with a orange blossom note, it's going to smell similar. Totally unrelated to smell, the bottle is not opaque. It's the same see through glass as the others, just hot pink glass.

I only purchased a sample of this because I'm trying to stop spending so much. However, I will say that I truly like the smell of this one better than Donna Born in Roma (original) and Donna Born in Roma Intense. Something about this one just smells warmer and more cozy to me. While I enjoy this a lot, it's also not groundbreaking enough for me to purchase the full bottle. Definitely a great addition to the DBIR line though and if you a big fan of this line, definitely give this one a try.

This is such a pretty, fluffy, feminine fragrance. Not sure it reminds me of OG as this doesn’t have wood, cashmeran. It’s very different, though both are nice in their own ways. I think I like Pink more though. I kinda get the comparison to Love don’t be shy. Similar genre. I like Pink more than LDBS, which to my nose, comes off a bit medicinal orange flavored syrup. Pink, however, doesn’t give me any kind of rough edges. It’s soft, airy, vanilla floral. It is sweet but not sugary.

I get the resemblance to Prada Paradoxe but it’s less sharp, less fruity, with more vanilla. I also think it’s similar to the OG. The DNA is still there but again less sharp and more muted, which I appreciate because I could not get with that one. Now what I don’t get is LDBS. I wouldn’t mind it if I did but I saw a lot of reviews mention that, and had to say that’s not what I get on my skin. Overall I prefer this over Paradoxe and all the other BIR’s.

Apparently maturing a perfume is for real because this was weak at first to the point of me wondering if it was fake. This is my third time wearing it and it’s definitely gotten stronger in the last month or so. It’s very much mandarin, orange blossom, vanilla and marshmallow. It does remind me of LDBS, but not as cloying and more fresh and light. At first I was getting why they discontinued and now after maturing it, I don’t know why they did? Love.

This is such a good addition to this line! Donna Born in Roma is in my top 3 fragrances I own and this beats it. This takes BIR and elevated it more! This is sweeter more gourmand and has more depth even tho BIR is a very well rounded fragrance. They’re both top tier fragrances this one is just a bit better for me but I still LOVE both of them. Both are now in the top 3 with Good Girl Legere. Definitely worth the price and lasts all day! Perfection!

This perfume starts out sweet and bright with the same opening as LDBS. As she sits on the skin and warms up I get the OG BIR with extra sweetness. As it dries down I get the same dry down as oriana on my skin! The notes don’t have marshmallows listed but I smell marshmallows all through this fragrance. I am very pleased with this fragrance and it easily made it into Top 5 of my collection!

I had the pleasure of testing this at Ulta earlier and I like it a lot. It feels like a grown-up version of Britney Spears Fantasy. Sweet, fruity, cupcakey, rich - but a little more refined than Fantasy. The hot pink bottle is adorable. This would make for a great gift!

On first spray My nose gets Si Fiori, Safanad or maybe Oriana had a love child with the og DBIR. Really sweet orange blossom vanilla with the loved dbir dna. I Really like this one so far! Valentino is doing amazing with their fragrances 💕

This smells like Prada Paradoxe mixed with the original dbir. Very sweet and pretty. The sillage and lasting power is not as good as the original dbir, but it's still pretty good.

Okay to me this smells like Althair by Parfums de Marly. I actually cannot believe how similar they are, at least on MY skin.... Wow. What a surprise!! I love Althair.

It reminds me of ysl cinema the mix of clementine , orange blossom and vanilla Powdery and fluffy I liked way more than original born in Roma

When sprayed it’s strong but after when it dries down that’s when I love it , then it gets sweeter and smells more like vanilla/marshmallows

This is my favorite perfume i have. Its started to kind of have a milky note but i still love it. Im so sad they discontinued it.

I like it! It’s bright at first then mellows into a blend of slightly juicy orange blossom and prominent cotton candy sweetness. That girly cotton candy gives way to a richer, truer vanilla in the drydown. Thankfully, it doesn’t have as much of that cold, medicinal, nose-tingling isopropyl accord as the original. Rendezvous Pink PP seems like a true flanker of Born in Roma .. It’s in the same family as the original but a bit stronger and more serious .. just a bit more grown up. If the original BiR was a college-aged girl, carefree in her unabashedly girly outfits and glittery lipgloss, then Rendezvous Pink PP is that same girl, now graduated with a corporate job, but she refuses to follow the “corporate dress” aesthetic and rocks her neon pink blazer and sparkly eyeshadow. An aspirational purchase because of the price, and because it’s limited edition, I’ll probably never own it. Sad, but maybe I’ll try layering the original with other cotton candy fragrances to get a similar effect. Also, I wanted to quickly add that while both this and LDBS are sweet orange blossoms, I don’t find these two fragrances similar. LDBS has a much more neroli-forward orange blossom with a marshmallow sweetness .. it’s just different than the juicier orange blossom and cotton candy sweetness found here.

I’m loving the DBIR DNA without the Jasmine note, it’s so refreshing! Compared to Love Don’t be Shy, the sweetness factor is similar, but the top notes are just too different for my nose to say they are twins. My nose picks up a candid orange creamsicle vibe in LDBS that is not in DBIR Pink PP. I find LDBS to be cloying and too sweet. In the dry down, you’re left with that amazing DBIR bourbon vanilla which reminds me of the original but amped up x10. I also think that the dry down has a slight resemblance to Sol de Janario 40. Edit: I no longer think this smells like Paradoxe. Since macerating it’a gotten much sweeter. My husband has a sensitive nose and 1 spray of the original DBIR can make him light headed. In contrast I had 4 sprays of Pink PP layered with SDJ 40 lotion and he described it as a soft and pleasant scent. Its a toned down version of the original in both strength and longevity.

Bottle and packaging are beautiful. Absolutely one for the pink girlie's. It's not very strong, it's a delicate floral, smells very much like prada paradox. Lovely perfume, inoffensive but nothing special. Edit: Okay after wearing for a while and comparing side by side with paradoxe I can say they are similar but pink pp is more sweet and narshmallowey. The fact that this was limited edition breaks my heart as this is my new favourite in my large collection. It is now out of stock in the perfume shop so I have ordered a back up from escentual. However once that is done, I think this will no longer be available anywhere. I think I will fall into depression when my stock runs our. This is a love!!!! I get a lot of marshmallow in this, it's beautiful. So so gutted it was limited edition

Like a watered down DBIR. But also not shy. A little Intense. A little powdery not too young almost mature but the blend of sweet and Vanilla makes it stabil. The Vanilla shines more and more and take over the almost girly good sweet musky fruiity expencive showergel scent. It reminded me of Viva la juicy sucre for a little time. Pp is better. If you want the touch of expencive almond milk body creme wibe then you buy sucre. I think the dry down is a little unstable. It vibrates between Good sweet Vanilla, and then a smell like a busy city - like Roma. In a good way. I smelt this in the original also. And then this just fades completely away. Stays longer on clothes but not so fresh. Edit: It is good but young and sugery. For young people I think.

I splurged on this because of the color of the bottle. What a sucker I am. I was very critical of this fragrance at first. I thought it was lame, but I wore it for a week straight and it really has grown on me. Its not quite gorgeous, but it's very pretty. To me, it's much less in-your-face and more effervescent than Prada Paradoxe, but it is similar, like most people say. The second stage and dry down are the best part, kind of magical; marshmallowy in a way that's warmer than something like LDBS, but a little too subtle. I wore this with a Victoria's Secret lotion, sort of by accident, and I could smell the lotion more than this after about an hour. Not a must have, but I'm no longer mad I bought it!

I was almost ready to write it off as a just 'alright' scent, but when I waited and smelled the drydown, I was hooked. It's flirty and lively in the opening. It has somewhat familiar floral and fruity vibe when sprayed initially, but it dries down to a lovely, cozy, floral vanilla. The drydown is actually amazing - I can't stop sniffing. It has the Born in Roma DNA in the drydown. Good option for going out and dates. The drydown is versatile and it could be a good everyday scent. Quite pleasant, overall. I would like a trio of travel sprays (DBIR, DBIR Intense and DBIR Pink PP) become available for holidays.

Starts off super fluffy and mashmallowy and dries down into the DBIR DNA whilst keeping a little of the marshmallow fluffy sweetness. The dry down is nicer than the opening for me, pretty, simple, creamy and cozy. To my nose this seems quite ambery. It is cozy knit cardigan perfume, definitely a cold weather scent. Reminds me of Prada Paradoxe with a hint of Love Don’t Be Shy - reminds me of, defining doesn’t smell like, just a hint. A crowd pleaser for sure, and I got my hands on it for a steal!

I really loved this when I first smelled it, but something has changed with my sense of smell. It’s such a shame I recently bought a full bottle based on my previous impression and for whatever reason, I can no longer wear perfumes with a mandarin note. This is a note that never bothered me before, but now turns into a strange smell on my skin regardless of what the perfume is. Im a bit gutted but I’ve now sold my bottle on.

Opening smelled of bubble gum. The dry down smelled like there were notes of marshmallow & neroli. Definitely some Kilian vibes as others have noted. The three notes listed here are the bare minimum. Performance gets better the longer it develops on your skin. Lasts over 6 hours. Overall, the bottle is stunning and it fits the fragrance.. barbie-ish.

This is the flanker that I needed from this line. I’m a fan of the OG and I didn’t like any of the flankers they’ve released. But this one is gorgeous. Take original Donna born in Roma dna, give it bright and slightly citrusy opening that goes almost straight to the light vanilla dry down with dna peeking through it here and there.

Definitely an emphasis on the *bourbon* vanilla, so that it reminds me a lot of the Extradose. I sincerely hope that maceration will bring out the citrus notes, because all I’m getting with the first few sprays is a boozy vanilla—which is not unpleasant, of course, but not what I had hoped for.

I love her, but I feel like I have to spray damn near half the bottle to smell it on me. I was expecting a beast mode fragrance because my other DBIR flankers have great longevity and projection. Sadly, this doesn’t. I smell the fluffy sweetness with the DBIR dna in the base. It’s gorgeous

I saw so many mixed reviews on this one,so I didn't know what to expect.It definitely has a similar sweet citrus-floral opening as Prada Paradoxe, the og Born in Roma DNA comes through in the drydown with the vanilla. It's not as strong as I'd prefer, but it's in heavy rotation.
