Muguet Blanc

"Muguet Blanc" opens with a classic muguet/lily note, but warmer than most of the classic LOTV (lily-of-the-valley) led perfumes. I believe this is the "work" of a peony, and, what is also impressive, it sounds very realistic (I am rather fussy about the genuine peony scent, and appreciate that it is a difficult one to recreate). These two flowers together translate the scent into a perfect Spring feeling, young and delicate, with undisputed elegance and thirst for life. Green notes are not sharp, and to me me, add the hint of a crisp, pale yellow-fleshed pear that has been sliced a few minutes back. "Muguet Blanc" does not lean in on citrus or lemongrass notes for its impression. It is more of a May LOTV and peonies bouquet, rather than a solifloral focused composition. This adds it depth and romanticism. In nature LOTV and peonies bloom at different times and are near impossible to bring together, but this fragrance does it beautifully. If Monet was painting both blooms, - I am sure this is what hew would have created: - an etherial mix of pink and rose-hued luxurious semi-spheres mixed with sparkling white and creams, dotted spray-like in their midst, on the background of various shades of greens, under the golden rays of the springtime sun. An image of eternal spring and hope, bringing up the smile to viewers lips every time it catches their eyes. Nothing else is required here. Spring, after all, is beautiful in her purity and simplicity. So is the "Muguet Blanc". The scent holds a good projection, leaning to the intimate side, stays on for a fair amount of time and can be safely reapplied throughout the day and surroundings. It is a joy to wear, and when I do, I cannot help but hear the crystal bells in my mind, - reminding me that after the steel-grey and cold rains of winter, I will again behold the flowers of the Spring, and until then, - they will sing to me on my skin, keeping me company and reassuring me in my endeavours.

What a beautiful, floral, demure, feminine and elegant perfume! This is so very pretty! It smells like the month of May full of promises and anticipation! It smells so innocent and pure! I love lily of the valley, it transports me to my childhood when “brins de muguets” were sold on many street corners to celebrate Spring! Do not expect this to be a beast in terms of projection or longevity but still, it stays long enough. I am thrilled to have been able to snag a bottle from someone who no longer wanted it. This is unfortunately the only way to find this fragrance nowadays, which is a real bummer... Muguet Blanc is a pure beauty!! Full Bottle worthy!!

after i had smelled Diorissimo and a few other soli-flore based on lily-of-the-valley perfumes, i was about to give up an idea to find the one that i would enjoy. they were not bad at all, just too much straightforward and heady. This very one turned to be a big surprise: really fresh and delicate. Yes, it's lily-of-the-valley , but not giving headache or imposing. I guess it might be cedar that gives a little soft sweetness to it and to my nose makes it similar to L'eau Par Kenzo which is an advantage in my case as i really like the latter.

Fabulous, fabulous! Lily-of-the-valley! Oh my goodness, I love it! And like others say, it's not harsh at all like other lotv perfumes. It's the perfect lily-of-the-valley! Beautiful. Gentle and fresh, and caressing me all over. Divine.

One of the most glorious and realistic lily of the valley perfumes ever made. Cold, crisp, early springtime. Just spectacular. Excellent silage and longevity as well, which is rare for a lily of the valley perfume.
