Néroli Amara Le Parfum

This is an effortlessly beautiful fragrance from the very first spray. The opening is bright and fresh, with a luminous orange blossom and citrus accord that feels clean, slightly sunny, and Mediterranean. It’s smooth and refined, never sharp or overly zesty. As it settles, neroli and orange blossom take the lead, bringing a soft floral sweetness that stays airy and natural rather than heavy. My wife loved this one immediately, and I found myself enjoying it just as much. It’s fresh, elegant, and very easy to wear. What stands out most is how balanced it feels. It leans a little more feminine, but I can easily see this working as a unisex fragrance. On skin, it comes across clean, uplifting, and quietly sophisticated. Performance is moderate, staying close to the skin and creating a soft, personal scent bubble. Scent: 9/10 Longevity: 7/10 Projection: 6.5/10

As someone who owns both Neroli Amara EDP and Le Parfum, I can say Le Parfum is one of the most faithful flankers I’ve smelled. The original is brighter, fresher, and more sparkling. While Le Parfum feels slightly warmer, smoother, and a touch woodier while keeping the same beautiful neroli forward DNA. One interesting difference is that I never go nose blind to the original, but I seem to go nose blind to Le Parfum fairly quickly. Don’t let that fool you! I’ve received compliments hours later when I thought it had disappeared. Do you need Le Parfum if you already own the EDP? Probably not. They’re very similar. But if you’re a Neroli Amara lover like I am, it’s a gorgeous addition and feels like a richer version of the original rather than a completely different fragrance.

i have both of the edp and the parfum , actually both of them are amazing , this one has more depth , so happy feels scent , highly recommended..

This is extremely citrusy on the opening and I’m sad to say it is giving me cleaning vibes on the opening but once you get past that the drydown is very pretty if not the longest lasting fragrance in my stable. I’ll enjoy wearing the decant but I have other citrus or orange blossom fragrances in my stable that I prefer for the day to day.

The Le Parfum flanker is very obviously still Néroli Amara—thank god—just with the whole thing thickened, made denser at the base. To state the obvious: a better sillage, staying power, more of that scent actually remaining instead of lifting off in that pretty, elusive way neroli fragrances so often do. It feels less like a fleeting shaft of light and more like the same light caught on a glass bottle and concentrated. But the trade-off is real. The original had this gorgeous effervescent tea-like facet, one slightly fizzy, translucent and airy. Perhaps it was the pear's sheen hovering around the neroli, giving the whole fragrance lift. Well, it's more settled here. And the base has more cashmeran anchoring things, musky-woody, a little mineral, with an abstract and dry gritty hum. It slightly alters the emotional shape of the scent, with more drag albeit polished over by the bright orange blossom. Which, to be fair, helps a lot. The orange blossom comes through fuller and with a more floral richness, giving the perfume more flesh. So it is not rough in an unpleasant way, bur truly nothing holds a candle to the aromatic, luminous tonic-like neroli in the OG dialled down in favour of warmth and body. You lose some of the original’s odd little magic. And that is kind of the whole story of Le Parfum flankers, I suppose.

This is lovely. Brisk citrus notes balance beautifully with the neroli to make a great updated cologne without the usual oily European cologne feel. Fresh, clean, not soapy at all. I really like this one a lot. Perfect warm weather scent.

Neroli Amara is my favourite perfume! I’m excited about this version! I honestly can’t wait to try it! I am hoping it’s a night time/ cooler weather version, that way I can wear this scent profile year round!

The opening smells a lot like Light Blue. I think it’s a nicer scent overall though - less cloying.
