Bombshell Diamonds EDP

This is a vanilla bombshell, i put in on this morning and it has a nice spring summer vibe fruity floral, fizzy, softer opening than original bombshell. however as it dries down, i keep getting wafts of vanilla. creamy vanilla cookie and i thought it was my jacket when i used the diptyque eau duelle the other day but it wasn't because i still smell it without my jacket on. it is driving me crazy because i didn't use a vanilla lotion but i smell a good dose of vanilla with bombshell. its just a perfect winter bombshell. This is so unexpected but lara.vuckovich review hits the right spot, its like berries and cream pie. definitely a keeper, thank you VS. edit: Its now spring-summer weather here and it is really good. simple enough to pull off easily but it transforms to a yummy creamy pie, unexpectedly suprising me plus I don't seem to get allergies on this as compared to the original one that I mourned.

gorgeous perfume bottle! The fragrant is to fall in love with. VS has been coming out with all the best fragrances. Kind of similar to sexy little thing tease with less of the spiciness and more creamy and aquatic. I find the sweetness very balanced compared to the original bombshell. On me, it didn't smell too great after the dry down. But it's still one of the more beautiful fragrances out there. The initial burst was alluring and exceptionally pleasant to the senses. Every one of the ladies around me trying on it agrees that it's the best of the three new bombshell releases this year. The platinum Bombshell is sharper but still very sweet compared to the diamond version. They both are wonderful youthful fresh fragrances.

I was waiting in anticipation for this to arrive at the victoria's secret I work at- there are 3 new Bombshell variations: Sparkle, Platinum and Diamonds. Diamonds was my favorite of the three- because I love the fresh and fruitiness of it! Litchi fruit is a fizzy surprise in this version of Bombshell. Diamonds was created for the winter time, a Bombshell appropriate for cold weather. I love fruity scents, and even though this doesnt last quite as long as I want it to(3 hours) I am still purchasing it. :)

I am enjoying this scent. It's light, sweet, and very feminine. Ultra sexy.

Pretty, feminine, fruity, sweet, bright, citrusy, fresh, a bit tropical, flirty, playful, uplifting, creamy, warm, slightly powdery, softly woody, sensual, tempting, alluring, inviting, charming, whimsical, dreamy This is a rather interesting and unique take on the Bombshell fragrance. It still has that classic Bombshell dna, but it’s different too. I do agree with the other reviewers who have described this as a vanilla Bombshell, that’s spot on. It’s also less sharp and more smooth than the original. This is a nice choice for the vanilla lovers (like me) who would like a more smooth, creamy, and vanilla Bombshell. In the opening I definitely get a fruity blast of the passion fruit, raspberry, pear, litchi, and plum. As soon as it starts drying down though the creamy vanilla and warm amber start coming through. It kind of smells like a fruity cream soda to me. In the deep dry down I still notice some fruits, as well as the vanilla and amber, but I also pick up on some musk, and a bit of a woody scent. Overall, this is a really lovely Bombshell flanker, and quite possibly my favorite of the ones I own/have tried. I do think this has somewhat of a youthful vibe to it (not as much as the OG Bombshell imo), but absolutely believe that it can be worn by any age group if they enjoy it. Surprisingly, I think this is actually pretty fitting as a year round fragrance. It’s pleasant and inoffensive, so I think this works for casual, office/work, and even maybe date nights, but I think for fancier occasions you may want to go with a different option. I get very good performance with Bombshell Diamonds. The longevity is great, about 6-8 hours on me before becoming just a skin scent. The projection is nice too, it radiates out at least an arm’s length from me. So, about the gorgeous bottle...😍! Yes, it’s what really sold me on this perfume. Sure, I did sniff it at the store, but honestly didn’t realize how much I enjoyed it until after I had it home and had worn it fully. I very rarely ever let the bottle design influence my purchase of a fragrance, but yep, they got me with all of those dazzling crystals that are draped across the front of the bottle and dangle down! They’re so fancy and sparkly, and sparkles happen to be a weakness of mine! They managed to get me again a couple years later with the Bombshell Pink Diamond bottle too!

This fragrance smells pretty good but its not that unique. But I will say that this is the best one out of the three new bombshell perfumes (the other two are not on fragrantica yet). I would buy this if this goes on clearance, but until then...no sale. The bottle is stunning though!!

I really like this one on me...Too bad discontinued Does well with my chemestry, I love this scent however I have the mist.

Way too light fruity sweet smell, dissapears quickly

This review is for Bombshell Sparkle, which is not listed in the database. Along with Bombshell Diamonds and Bombshell Platinum, it was released as one of three Bombshell flankers (Winter 2012). Bombshell Sparkle enticed me by the pretty, pink, glitter-encrusted bottle. There are almost no detailed reviews anywhere online. It is 95 to 100 percent identical to the original Bombshell. The only difference is that original Bombshell is a tiny bit sharper. It is a VERY small difference in the scent. I'm not sure most people would be able to tell. I am still questioning if there is any difference at all. The longevity and sillage of Sparkle are much softer. Original Bombshell lasts two or three times longer, and has much better sillage than Bombshell Sparkle. Original Bombshell is a great scent and a best seller. Therefore, Sparkle is also a great scent. If you are interested in the scent, simply find original Bombshell in the database. It has peony, orchid, vanilla, and wood. They are so similar that I did a side-by-side test. One on each wrist. It confirmed by suspicions. It is a bit disappointing. The bottle IS beautiful, and the glitter layer indeed stays put and does not flake. Eye-catching, shimmering bottle, but I still plan to sell on ebay. I have not yet tried Bombshell Platinum from the Holiday Collection 2012. If and when that happens, I will post here (that one is also not in the database).

Bombshell Diamonds, like others have mentioned, is a "Vanilla Bombshell". I don't think it's too similar to the original Bombshell. It is obviously a flanker, but it's different enough to buy. The notes that stand out when first sprayed are juicy litchi, passion fruit, mandarin, and pear. There is maybe a little bit of jasmine if you go looking for it. You can detect some of the base notes right away, especially the cedar. After warming on the skin, the vanilla appears. I don't smell much sandalwood or amber. The whole composition is a pleasure to wear. It is fresh, but sweet. It's winter now, but appropriate not only this season, but probably year-round. I'm excited to try this is warm weather. Longevity seems good -- not exceptional, but the fragrance stays with you for a reasonable amount of time before turning into a skin scent. I would guess 3 to 5 hours. Sillage is light to moderate. I usually am not swayed by bottles (or mesmerized by them at all), but I do love the bottle. It reminds me of one of those diamond necklaces that blonde bombshells from the 1940s or 1950s wore to be glamorous. I enjoy seeing the sparkle and the lavender-tinted liquid. No compliments yet, but I haven't worn it but a few times in public. We'll see. Wearing it for myself it good enough for me. I'm glad I bought Bombshell Diamonds.

I had been waiting 3 months for it to come to the Victoria's Secret I work at. I was surprised at the sweetness at first when I smelled it, it is much softer compared to the original Bombshell, which is my favorite from VS. I mostly got vanilla and a little bit of fruit. After a while though I could smell the lychee and the passion fruit and it was amazing on me! It is soft and fizzy-fruity smelling, kind of reminds of berries and cream or even cream soda :) I think this smell is perfect for the holidays and the bottle is absolutely gorgeous. However I think it's definitely wearable during any season day or night. A lot of people seem to love it too because it has sold out within a few days of getting a shipment of it at our store. If anyone likes this fragrance I would get it now before it is discontinued! Definitely my favorite out of the Holiday 2012 collection. Bombshell diamonds, to my nose, is very similar to the original Bombshell. The main difference is that Bombshell Diamonds has an added creamy vanilla note which makes the fragrance a bit softer and cozier around the edges compared to the original Bombshell which is brighter and sharper. Bombshell Diamonds is like 70 % Bombshell mixed with 30 % creamy vanilla. Also, I must add of course, the Bombshell Diamonds bottle is one of the most gorgeous, glamorous, luxe, stunning, perfume bottle designs I’ve ever seen! It’s just the height of sparkly dripping in diamonds 💎 ultra super model vibes! I love it 🤗

Too similar to the original Bombshell for me. The bottle in person looks a little underwhelming. The "jewels" are nothing special. And the scent, its just not a wow fragrance. Its pretty, no doubt. But the other two new Bombshells.... Platinum - SUPER JUICY. YUM. Love the bottle. Shiny silver. SPARKLE - Omg. Gorgeousssss. This is what every girl wants to smell like. Addictively sweet yet subtle and quite mesmerizing.

Victoria Secret Bombshell Diamonds is a fruity-fresh scent in a glamorous little bottle! Sweet litchi, tropical passion fruit, and ripe raspberry with a touch of pink pepper to a dry down of gentle vanilla and fresh pear. Perfect fragrance for spring and summer!

Umm hello Chopard Cascade bottle. Admit I haven't checked the scent out, but instant recognition of bottle style. I guess they liked the original.

I love the way this smells.. I only have the body spray and lotion, cause they dont have the perfume anymore. But its my fav bombshell scent

Anyone have this they'd be willing to sell?
