Bombshell Glamour

I blindly bought this perfume and am so glad I did. Personally I don’t smell anything aldehydic, but maybe it just doesn’t project on my skin. It smells very mature and sexy with a deep sweetness. I usually don’t like peach scents, they tend to smell like B.O to me but I don’t get that from this scent. It lasts a good couple of hours when I spray it directly on my skin. Great holiday party smell. I’ve always disliked the Bombshell line but this is the one. I wish they would keep it around! Update: So after wearing for a bit I’ve now gotten that Prosecco peach Bellini smell and it’s wonderful! It makes for a great night scent but honestly I could wear this to brunch by the beach. Very fruity, fun and slightly boozy scent.

This is a super sexy fragrance. Despite the reviews I believe this fragrance is best for summer nights, in a pretty dress with a seasonal cocktail. The peach note creates this essence of fun and freedom and you just can't look away. From personal experience this fragrance attracts a lot of attention, and for those that have looked through my perfume collection, this one always gives a promising reaction of attraction. Oh I love her! Not only is she powerful, the bottle is truly stunning. I just can't imagine not wearing this during the summer months on the coast of California. She will be absolutely stunning during Leo season!

There’s something about this that reminds me of VS’s original Victoria perfume from the early 90’s.... I’m not at all claiming they’re the same, but I remember feeling like Victoria had a champagne/peach/aldehyde/floral vibe which I smell in this one (especially when the mist is layered on the lotion, not so much the actual perfume). I would be really interested to hear others’ thoughts on this, especially those of you lucky enough to have a bottle still and can compare them side-by-side. Maybe I am grasping at straws since I miss Victoria so much and haven’t given up hope that VS will revamp it!!!

Don't understand what Prosecco note doing here? There isn't one, on perfume's box just mentioned peach, amber and peony. Otherwise I like this perfume, I am overall collecting different variations of original Bombshell. This one is pleasantly sour with iodine like note, which reminds me some of Cloud fragrances or Red Seductive and Bella Vita Paradiso.

Gorgeous, romantic perfume. More mature vibe. I fell in love with this one. Worked so well with my skin during the winter months. Once spring came, I just couldn't pick it up anymore. Still haven't worn it ever since. Its warmer, mysterious , sexy and glamorous for sure.

This is a great mood lifting fragrance. There's no way you can not get noticed while wearing it. It doesn't top Sueded vanilla, by any means, but they are two different scent profiles.

Equally peach and prosecco. Bright and pretty. Love the gorgeous bottle and decorative window box. Prefer on skin, too strong on clothes.

Another year, another holiday edition of VS Bombshell that I was excited to try. How does it smell? Overall, it's pleasant. I must admit that the opening wasn't remarkable but I gave it a few hours to dry down and it became nice. It's fruity, mildly warm (or even lightly creamy) with some sparkling, sweet boozy quality. It feels opulent without being mature or over the top. It reminds me of festive winter holiday season. However, it's nothing groundbreaking. I am strongly convinced that I have smelled something very similar before, but I can't recall what it was. It has a similar style to some other VS scents or some Bath and Body Works releases. Where would I wear it? I imagine it would be good for special occasions and going out but it's also casual enough to be wearable during the day in cooler seasons. I would get a travel spray ...if it was available, but at the same time, I don't feel a strong need to own it.

truly lives up to its name. it absolutely screams glamour. ✨🥂 To me, it smells like sparkling peach prosecco at an elegant party: fruity, bubbly, sophisticated, and effortlessly glamorous. The peach is giving it a juicy sweetness, while the floral notes add a soft feminine touch. As it dries down, the amber comes through beautifully, making the fragrance feel warmer, richer, and even more elegant. It has that sparkling, celebratory vibe that instantly makes me think of evening parties, champagne, and dressing up. I'm honestly so sad this one was discontinued. I only have a sample size, but it was enough to make me wish I owned the full-size EDP. The bottle is absolutely gorgeous too and would look so beautiful displayed on a perfume shelf. Hopefully I'll be able to add the full bottle to my collection one day. 🤍

This is the first VS perfume I’ve purchased since the sweet pear one in the late 90s ? So I was super excited to try this . My first spray was a beautiful bubbly champagne with notes of crisp fresh sweet pear . Very different from anything I’ve tried. But within a hour it dried down to a musky Amber that I wasn’t expecting and I wasn’t sure if I liked it on me . So I ended up returning it for the Tease candy noir . Then I happened to be gifted another bottle for Christmas and I’ve been wearing it like crazy , So I think maybe it could’ve just mixed weird with my body lotion that day or another perfume. Overall , I do think it’s a unique perfume with great longevity for a great price to add to your collection that can be worn all year round . I’m really looking forward to trying some of the other ones now .

If you already have Bombshell intense I personally wouldn’t bother. I sprayed both on each of my arms and couldn’t tell the difference. The only reason i could think to have them both is for the pretty bottles. When I sniff both bottle on swatches or on objects the openings are slightly different ,but the middle notes and dry down almost identical. Also bombshell glamour doesn’t last long at all. Overall bombshell intense is a better choice unless you really just want the 20 minute opening of glamour.

Yeah, this is nice. The name fits. A more festive and fancy version of the original. The opening is different, you do get sweet champagne realness, but after some time I am reminded of regular Bombshell. Not a bad thing for me, but if you don't like the original, this one may annoy you after the initial excitement of the first spray. *I noticed at some points, this does have a layer of Baccarat Rouge-ness. That's OK. It's a nice hint, not overpowering or a dupe by any means.

This is so light - very "safe" has a bit of a woody peach vibe. Not too strong on any one note just a mix of all. One of the prettiest bombshell bottles - but has really piss poor longevity. I know VS perfume is not made for beast mode longevity - but some really are surprisingly STRONG and appealing. This while it is nice - has no longevity and just - kind of falls flat.

Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Glamorous smells so good. This is the original bombshell’s older, more distinguished sister. It smells like a sweet sparkling peach Riesling. And it reminds me Old Hollywood, I use this sparingly because I love it so much and I know it’s never coming back. But if you manage to get a hold of it, give it a smell. It’s truly delicious

Sweet. Peachy. Champagne. Very fresh. The opening is wonderful. Doesn’t last however. The opening vibe. But it is nice overall. Bottle is gorgeous. Wish it had some woods to maybe ground it. The sweetness rubs off and falls flat after 2-3 hours and then it’s just kinda powdery peach dust.

I'm shocked that there's no pineapple note. This smells like straight pineapple. Just pineapple, nothing else. And it's good!

fruity, bright & a perfect everyday scent

Sparkling version of bombshell.

i love, and hate this perfume. i am returning it. when i first sprayed it? it smelled amazing. like sugared, candied peaches and the fizzy idea of champagne (more than the actual beverage. which i don't much like the taste of, too dry). i loved it SO MUCH in that first, like five or ten minutes that i bought the big size bottle. and then... then it settled in and started showing that it really had Bombshell in there somewhere. and after about 45 minutes it had turned into this grapefruit-gardenia monster on me (i know those notes aren't listed. but that's what it smells like to me). it lasted like whoa, a good 24 hours. which would have been awesome, except i hate it and kept scrubbing at my arm trying to wash it off. i tried spraying it on fabric - which did make the initial yummy scent last about 2 days, but then it still morphed into bitter-sour-floral. the first 10 minutes of this (in the perfume. i haven't tried it in any other format) is amazing and worth every penny. sadly, after that it... becomes unwearable for me.

I bought the rollerball of this and I'm so in love with the opening; it's a burst of sparkling wine, peach, and a hint of something fresh and floral. I agree with other reviews that say it's festive and smells expensive. In my opinion, it's much more wearable than the original Bombshell, which I think is cloyingly fruity and artificial. However, I find that the scent doesn't last very long at all, and the remaining scent is entirely amber. I like a touch of amber in my fragrances, but this dried down to a generic, one-dimensional, woody scent, without any of the opening notes remaining. Hoping to try the perfume instead of the rollerball next time to see if it lasts longer and smells better on the dry down!

The fragrance, unfortunately, did not meet with my preferences. While the fruity notes were enticing, the excessive sweetness overpowered the overall experience, making it less enjoyable for me personally. the bottle's design is actually do amazing for display.

i really pick up on the amber in this one, really reminds me of ysl libre

This is probably my least favorite VS scent. Weak projectivity, weak longevity, very forgettable scent. This smells cheap even though it is definitely not. I could get a perfume from Five and Below that smells identical to this. I had to reapply within 30 mins. Very disappointing.

Had to get rid of this one because it smelled exactly like In the Stars, which I already have. I sprayed Bombshell Glamour on one arm and In the Stars on the other and both arms smelled nearly identical. In the Stars has more of a citrus note though. I prefer In the Stars.

Juicy but dusty in the same time. This was an unsuccessful blind buy.

It must be one of those rare instances where every scent note disagrees with my chemistry but this reminded me of the likes of Wind Song, Chantilly or Jean Nate’. My scent memories immediately went to the 1980’s in the strong floral genre. The notes don’t mention citrus but I get a very strong citrus opening. It’s sharp on me and thankfully in this case it didn’t last long. I did get some of the OG Bombshell shampoo/hairspray like DNA. It’s a little all over the place. Clearly it works for other folks just not me. Try (on skin) before you buy! The bottle is gorgeous however.

I bought the Bodymist. Unfortunately, I don’t like it and will try to sell it. It smells like something familiar and kind of mature and lacks something, it’s kind of linear without the ,,It“-factor. I don’t like the drydown, the initial frutyness disappears and it’s just (I assume) amber left. I love the Original Bombshell however😊✨

And I don’t really understand the comparison to the Original Bombshell and Bombshell Intense- Glamour smells entirely different than the first two. Original Bombshell is so much better and totally different✨ And Bombshell Intense is a deep cherry vanilla. Not at all like the Glamour one. That’s my view :-)

This smells very similar to In the Stars from Bath & Body Works to me. Although I think this may be more powdery than In the Stars.

I told my bf I would just be an hour in the mall, planned on only going to Bath & Body Works, but when I walked in I saw Sephora was replaced with a new store so I was excited to smell a bunch of things! When I realized how much time I’d spent, I basically ran! But of course VS is on the way to BBW and I had been wanting to smell the new Tease Cocoa Soirée anyway sooo... I think an employee was attempting to follow me but I was speed sniffing! 🤣 At the first store I was spraying and writing on cards, at VS I was just spraying, sniffing, and if I loved it I took a pic of it. Then I’d move on. This new Bombshell Glamour, I wish I had the time to write on cards, cus I don’t really remember shit about it! 😭 I just remember that I really loved it. It smelled SEXY. And I didn’t detect ANYTHING aldehydic about it. I hate that stuff. PDM Valaya just pisses me off. This does not have aldehydes. There’s nothing that smells “white” about it. It doesn’t smell like an alcoholic drink either. So if they meant aldehydes in a sparkling way... I would have to disagree. It’s a yummy fruity floral but different. The peach is done very well. It’s not like PEACH, like a lot of peach-scented things can be. This is such a hidden gem. Also the bottle is so pretty!!! You have to see it in real life to really appreciate it maybe. I’m sad this is just gonna be a passing fragrance, as new Bombshells continue to get churned out. This is the best one they’ve made like ever. Cus even the OG Bombshell... I bought a new bottle when it was re-released and I could tell the formula had changed. It smells like the bug spray it’s scientifically known to be. 😷 Old bottles for me from now on, when it comes to Bombshell. They’ve done away with Rapture too. It is only back as a limited edition now. So sad. Rapture is a beaut. Doesn’t even smell vintage to me. The original heart bottle was gorgeous. Wonder why it was kicked off the team? 😢

Reading all the hype on kayali silk santal , i seriously thought it would smell like this .. but it wasnt .. however, testing VS - bombshell glamorous did actually match the describtion under kayali's reviews a true juicy stonefruit with a sparkling drink on a warm amber base ... Intro was so magical and uplifting like a VS angel walking down the catwalk .. young, vibrant and promising .. However, drydown is generic with presco (some rancid booz naunce) and has a whiff of bacarat rouge similarly present in ariana grande vanilla pod and silk santal .. and tbh im sick of BR dna co-staring new mid range releases .. Intro is beautiful but drydown is a let down

Smelled this in the hallway here today...no idea who was wearing it. Followed my nose to the Chaplains office and found the source...the soldier on duty in the Chapel was wearing it!! I approached and greeted her, then asked her if she wouldn't mind telling me what fragrance she was wearing because it smells A-MAZING!! She told me and I thanked her and continued on my way. This fragrance seemed more powerful than I remember VS fragrances being, very very warm and inviting and yet powerful!!

Smells amazing. It's softer than original bombshell and is more feminine. I dont get peach on me from the rollerball. I get a citrus/peony scent that is beautiful. But it doesn't last long on the skin at all. At least with the rollerball. The perfume might last longer. I have to get it this week and test it out and edit this then. Got the perfume. Smells 10x better than rollerball and lasts longer too. More peach in it.

The peach and prosecco notes stand out when first sprayed. It dries down to a powdery scent with that clean bombshell DNA. There's a tiny hint of eau so sexy's whipped cream. The fragrance is pleasant and office-safe. Nothing outstanding, but still very lovely to wear. If I could describe it in a few words, I'd say: "clean-girl coded". Lasts on my skin for 1-2 hours and requires constant re-application.

This is sooo pretty! I get the bright, tart, juicy peach in the opening. Then comes the bubbly champagne and it settles a sweet light floral. I haven’t stopped spraying since I unboxed the mini from the 12 days of bombshell advent calendar. My mom bought me the 3.4 oz for my birthday because I wouldn’t shut up about it. Super nice bubbly sweet scent!

I got this during the BOGO event and I have to say, I have been getting so many compliments! This fragrance is very warm and festive to my nose. I also really enjoy the Candy noir flanker of TEASE as well. Both fragrances smell somewhat like shampoo or shower gel, but in the best way. Very feminine and attractive fragrances.

Mix this bombshell glamour with heavenly for a uplifted scent. Smells amazing adding heavenly to the mix.
