Bombshell Summer 2011

I remember choking on my water last year at the whole Bombshell summer ad, I knew I had to have it! I prefer this one to the original Bombshell! When sprayed in the air it has a very light scent, but once applied onto my skin it stays light but transforms throughout the day and drydown to a very light musk. I hate musky scents, but this one is incredibly light, delicate, and fun! Put the body mist in the fridge and it feels even more amazing!

I was obsessed with this in 2011-2012. It is a sexy, sparkling grapefruit scent and is surprisingly unique. I just picked up another bottle on sale for when I am lounging around with my fiancé. It's great for hot weather (houston). Light, fresh and the black currant actually deepens it a bit and adds some interest. lasts 1-2 hours maybe. sexy & safe for a hot day.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE SUMMER FRAGRANCE. IT'S SWEET AND TART BUT IS SOFT ENOUGH FOR SUMMER,THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS IT WAS A LIMITED EDITION,all the great ones seem to get the boot.This is an excellent perfume.

It's a combination between fruit punch and flowers. It's a very happy, fun and non offensive scent for any age. Sadly, it fades away pretty quickly so you must re-apply often. Still, its worth experiencing.

Good Summar fragrance. Yes it is your generic, basic citrus fragrance but it is soo good. Brings back good old warm memories.

Awww!!! Sophia Grojsman made this one, no wonder I like it so much! My daughter and I went to Goodwill and found this there, she took an immediate liking to it. It's "not her usual style", but "It's really, really nice." And...well, absolutely. I immediately thought this smelled like watermelon though! She absolutely agrees, and said it reminds her of Watermelon Lemonade from B&BW. It does smells slightly similar, but this is actually less tart. I'm truly surprised grapefuit is listed as a leading note...because it isn't as if it isn't citrusy, but it's certainly not as astringent as grapefruit typically is. At any rate, this is a sweet scent, but it has body. There's light florals beneath it, but ultimately the feel of this fragrance is juiciness. It's extremely pretty! Fresh, bright, happy, refreshing, and perfect for summer. This definitely has the original Bombshell dna, but brightened for summer. The bright, zesty, and refreshing grapefruit is the star here. I do pick up on the beautiful lily of the valley as well as other fruity notes (passion fruit?). Maybe some peony, vanilla orchid, and a little musk too? Can we please talk about this gorgeous bottle?! The beautiful hot pink to peach ombré is what made me really have to have this one! I’m kind of obsessed with ombré haha! It definitely captures the whole vibe of the fragrance... bright, summer-y, and happy! I get good longevity with Bombshell Summer, it lasts through the day on me. The projection is nice too, it radiates out about an arm’s length from me.

This body mist layered over Revlon fire and ice is my go to summer scent! I have this in both the mist and perfume but I reach for the mist more often. Bombshell summer smells like rainbow ice cream sherbet but not as sweet. This is a very tart scent that can be layered with other fragrances to either warm it up or sweeten it. It also has a slightly soapy vibe but I quite enjoy it

smells like a grapefruit, sweet, fresh and crisp. also, there's a white floral component to it. summery beach scent. this one's a 'like'.

I've never bought anything from Victoria's Secret but some time ago I had a friend who wore one of the Bombshell fragrances and I remember liking it. I couldn't figure out which version it was, so I just bought samples of the original Bombshell, Bombshell Summer, and Bombshell Diamonds. Cold sniff, I thought I might like this one the best because it seemed light and fresh. I immediately likened it to American Eagle's Bohemian Summer -- one of my favourite cheap mall fragrances, sadly discontinued. In the bottle, I distinctly smelled the zesty grapefruit front and center with a soft floral background. On my skin, that citrus is completely gone. Like jenbennett below, I only smell the lily and it is quite soapy. I dislike lily unless it's buried under other notes. I'd tested this scent on the tops of my forearms and wore it for about 3 hours before I couldn't stand the sickly lily wafting up to my nose and scrubbed it off.

I'm very sorry but I have this in the body spray and it smells like public bathroom and dollar store dishwashing liquid.... in the bottle. Now, on my skin it's a different story. It smells refreshing; citrusy and soapy . Pleasant but not universally pleasing lol. Just be careful.

Ladies don't be fooled by the beautiful bottle. First spray an instant blast of dry,loud grapefruit sour and there was no drydown its stayed the same. I was hopefull with this one ....VS need to take it back to the lab...perfume =No! Air freshner=yes!

This is a great fragrance to wear during the day every day. Not heavy at all so it does not overwhelm you on those hot summer days. Leaves you feeling fresh and clean with a hint of femininity to carry you through the day. I think it's a great version of the original - much more summer appropriate. Something I will not get sick of because of its light nature.

I’ve been seeing and perceiving this in the shelves for years!!! I think back in 2020 I found the body mist version I think it was and I used up the bottle really fast. I’m finally getting the actual glass bottle and I’m so excited guys. This means more than just the fragrance bc I never had the chance to get it! Of course, I’ll keep you posted 💗

This is an exact iteration of Bombshell Summer 2017. The same exact notes. I have 3 bottles of Bombshell Summer 2017 and I love it, it is very assertive and fruity with the grapefruit, lily of the valley, blackcurrent composition summery vibe. It has very decent lasting power. I love it, one of my favourite go to summer scents!

Got this yesterday and while it's nice it's not the most original either. It smells very similar to the original bombshell with a hint of grapefruit. It is nice for summer and I'll probably make good use out of it it just isn't the most original. Heavrnly Summer is my favorite of the new Summer line.

This perfume does not smell overwhelmingly like grapefruit. It is very light and very sweet with a hint of citrus. It smells more like a VERY sugary sweet pink grapefruit. This perfume seems like a good summer/day perfume. Light, SWEET, sexy, with a hint of citrus.

I've discovered I can't wear scents with Lily in them thanks to this scent. Grapefruit? Had no idea there was any citrus in it. On me it's bitter, pollen-y soapy lily.

Delightfully light, fresh scent. Perfect for hot, steamy Texas summers.
