Fresh & Clean

First off, I feel like the name needs to be retitled. This is not at all like the OG fresh and clean, and it was near impossible to find this by search. Second, my first impression of this was odd, but it has grown on me. This was a blind buy and I didn't read the notes like I should have. My first thought was how this smelled synthetic, like plastic almost. (or, oddly enough, new car scent??). Now reading the notes I see that the velvet was 100% accurate. The velvet was then followed by the apple+guava combo. Using it over time, the velvet note is no longer there for me. It gives off a very clean, crisp fruit scent. I think this is something you need to take in and get used to when you buy it. I also bought the lotion which I prefer over the body spray. The fruit notes are much more fragrant in the lotion than spray imo. Not bad, but not a keeper.

This is so fresh and fruity and sweet! I get mostly apple but there is also a tropical-like tangy sweetness from the guava. A shower gel/body wash in this scent was a missed opportunity because it would have been an absolute BANGER.

Fruity, fresh, and obviously clean! I loved this baby so much in years before, now just smelling it gives me flashbacks, I cant even wear it. Bummer, miss it! Very affordable too!

Not my favorite out of the original launch. Apple and guava don’t pair the best together. Apple definitely makes for a fresher fruity fragrance and guava is definitely a juicy tropical fruity fragrance.
