Victoria's Secret Pink Fresh & Clean

First thing I should mention is I have the body splash form of Fresh & Clean. However, the scent is the same and so this is a review on the body splash only. The packaging of the Fresh & Clean body splash is great for a body splash. I love the design; it's very simple but the top makes a fun sound when you put it back on. =] I love body splash bottles for some reason, but these are just great. The nozzle is also very good. They didn't cheap out with it. It's metal, efficient, and doesn't spray more than it should, nor does it leak. Overall, the perfect package - literally. The scent is incredible. It smells like Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue, yet more invigorating. It is very fresh and clean (no pun intended), but it doesn't smell like cleaning product. It's not too sweet, it's not too invigorating, it's just amazing. The staying power is also amazing. It lasts me from morning to night and then some. I frequently will smell my arm throughout the day because this makes me smile. Overall, while I am annoyed that the price has increased on the PINK with a splash line, I do love this fragrance enough to pay a little extra. 10/10 from me. xx

I've been waiting so long for VS to bring out perfumes in this collection that I almost believed they never would. Fresh & Clean is my favorite Pink spin off and possibly my favorite scent by VS. F&C smells very similar to my current favorite perfume, D&G Light Blue. Both have the fruity, citrusy top, lighly floral heart and lightly musky drydown. It's said that the apple note is red, however to my nose it's green (granny smith). And I definitely smell a sweet and gentle grapefruit in here despite not being listed. The fragrance has good silage and decent longevity but layering with the lotion and mist certainly helps that. Overall I love this scent for it's price, longevity and similarity to my beloved Light Blue, however, Light Blue wins my top spot with it's added complexity and class. 8/10

This is fresh, aquatic, a tad bit powdery, and a little sweet. I really do like this stuff, but it's not anything completely amazing for the simple fact that it's not very original. It's one of those, "Oh, that reminds me of perfume X!" fragrances. On that note, I'm reading a lot about people comparing it to D&G Light Blue, and I must say that I agree. It is a similar fragrance, but the D&G EDT is obviously of a higher quality. My husband is a big fan of Fresh & Clean because I wore it when we first started dating. It is good for a younger crowd, even young teens. I'd say anyone under 40 would do well with this fragrance on a pretty afternoon. Overall, I give it a 6.5/10. (note that I'm conservative with my ratings)

I'd just like to point out that fresh & clean does not come in Eau de Parfum. It does, however, come in a very good Eau de Toilette for $20 (not $15 as listed). If you can buy only one product in this line I'd recommend the EDT as it is the richest, most concentrated product and wearing it alone lasts 3-4 hours. I like my scents to last longer so I layer the EDT with the mist and lotion which lasts the better part of a day. Despite what some reviewers have said I do feel that fresh & clean is a quality "dupe" for D&G Light Blue as I own both scents and find them very similar. Only difference is, you could buy the entire line of fresh & clean and still not spend as much as you would on a big bottle of Light Blue.

Super fresh and fizzy! Fresh and clean describes it perfectly. I own it in the body spray and for a body spray it is quite strong and projects well. This is one of my favorite from VS. It smells quite unisex and could be shared to be honest. But I love fresh clean scents so this is perfect for that just stepped out of the shower feel. I love to use it for everyday casual use and attending classes.

I was just going through my fragrance collection and sprayed Fresh & Clean (the fragrance mist) on my arm and immediately said that this smells like something that I've smelled before. Then, a light bulb came on: Dolce & Gabanna's Light Blue! That's it! Now I'm not saying at all that it is a dupe for Light Blue but it smells similar enough to notice it. By the way, I love both fragrances!!

This is one of my go-to fragrances for hot summer days. It’s so stunningly fresh, light and sooooo clean! It’s a pure blue sparkling sunny sky with a soft breeze and crisp white sheets hanging out to dry in a gorgeous green field. It simply doesn’t get any fresh- bright-carefree-sunny day than this! The only negative is it doesn’t last long on me.

I get lily, light musk, and bergamot from VS Fresh & Clean. It's a light, laundry-type skinscent that just gets better and better until it finally fades away. It's a beautiful skinscent. Rivals higher-end transparent scents.

I love this scent. I actually love to just spray it throughout my house as well as on my skin. It is just a nice clean scent. Great for everyday wear.

Simple, pretty, fresh out of the shower kind of scent. I love this. Hope VS never stops making it.

I have the body spray. It's just as the label says, "fresh&clean" is exactly what it smells like. It smells like apple, and has a sort of cologne-like, aquatic feel to the scent. If you smell really closely, there is also a slight, peppery scent to it as well. Despite that, the smell is very feminine. Unfortunately, there is zero sillage since there is zero staying power. When I say zero, it is zero. I cannot smell it 2 seconds after I put it on. Even when I put it on my clothes instead, I don't smell it at all. I have literally drenched my hand in it in an attempt to see if even that would make it stay. It didn't. I really liked the light, airy, everyday scent, so I was planning on buying the body cream too in order to layer, but I think I'll save my money and give up on this line. 0.5/5 do not recommend only good thing is that it doesn't smell bad, nor would it offend anyone around you if you wear it because the smell disappears immediately.

If you want to smell decidedly femme, and many patrons of VS probably do, this isn't going to be for you. Nothing in here is gender specific at all to me (I think you should wear what you love anyway, so I'm not one to care). But the notes here confuse me. It's not juicy at all, nor is it extremely sweet. It's more like the texture of crisp, cool apple, and not the *flavor*/scent profile of apple. I smell a ghost citrus note too. I'm not actually that confident in what lilies smell like...but maybe? It has a white, floral/white freesia feel to it. It smells kind of like fabric softener. It's really nice, polite, flies under the radar and smells like a *clean person*. You could buy a bottle, spray a bit on everyone's laundry and have a signature undertone of scent on a household's clothing. I mean, it smells like someone did that...it's the smell of lingering laundry product. (And I'm sorry, this doesn't smell like LB to me. It just doesn't. )

I really like this scent. It's great for summer, so fresh and clean (just like the name). It actually smells a lot like The Gap's "1969" (which is not on this site for some reason). I love 1969 which doesn't dry down as sweet as "Fresh and Clean" but also has a little bit of a woodsy scent which I prefer. But they are SO similar that I bought the Fresh and Clean shower gel and body lotion for when I wear 1969. Update: This perfume does NOT age well. I've had a bottle a couple of years and it has lost its fresh scent (no more apple, floral or woodsy scent). It now smells like a heavy man's cologne!

This is VERY simple,fruity fragrance. Nothing more. Smells lightly of apple, lemon,and some aquatic notes. It's impossible to over spray this one. It's non offensive. The smell is almost a conditioner type of vibe. The performance on this is absolutely terrible. It disappears in less than an hour,even on well hydrated skin. It's definitely not worth the price tag. Anything over ten dollars is a complete ripoff. EDIT. I Just realized what this reminds me off. Paris Hilton: passport in Tokyo. It's just a way more simple version. But they very similar.

I really do love Fresh & Clean. ☺ It is just that; very fresh and very clean, inoffensive, crisp and rather pretty; without fail a compliment grabber. My only complaint is longevity; I feel it disappears practically by the time I'm out the door...so it is a common "just out of the shower" pick me up sort of fragrance until I apply my real scent for the day/night (or I will bring it with me and "refresh" at least every hour or so as needed...and I'm not an "overdo" it kind of person at all.) Still a lovely scent to have in any collection imo though.

This scent is very nostalgic for me as I wore it in high school. Growing up as someone who was very much a tomboy, this scent met me in the middle when I was getting comfortable with my own femininity. Because of that, to me it's notably feminine, but I can see how it can be neutral as well. The sweetness of the scent to me is solely from the floral end, and the crispness from the apple. If you know what the B&BW apple scent is like, I would consider that "fuji" and this to be "granny smith" in terms of sweetness.

This is a very fresh and clean scent. I prefer it in the spring and summer, however, I have worn it in the fall and it smells great in the cool autumn air. It's very light and it does not last very long so I tend to over spray in order to get some projection and longevity out of it. I don't reach for it often but it's a nice clean daily scent. If you just want to smell clean this is a easy go to. It's a great everyday, casual scent. I forget I'm wearing it until someone says I smell good. 6/10

This is one of those fragrances I keep going back to. I took a bottle with me when I studied abroad in London and it always transports me back to that time. The apple really stands out in this one. I do suspect that there is more to it than the apple and lily notes in it, but I also think it might be what started my strong affinity for apple forward fragrances. Staying power is excellent and so is the price point.

I have an older bottle - pink plastic with the big blue cap. This is pretty and simple spray. But there is magic when you spray this on, and follow up with any type of cotton candy body spray. An old coworker of mine used to wear this, and it has become one of my absolute favorites.
