Whipped Sugar & Milk

To put it shortly this is a "vanilla chai latte" like fragrance. As simple as that ☝️ From the nozzle it smells like a vanilla cream batter spot on like bath and body works snowflakes & cashmere mist. Except snowflake and cashmere maintains the sweet & creamy aroma while this takes a detour. It was a love at first sniff for me from the nozzle because it smelled truly creamy with slight nuances of milkiness ( steamed milk to be precise). After applying it on my skin there was AN ABSOLUTELY UNIGNORABLE DOSE OF CINNAMON which is not listed in here. I hate cinnamon but thankfully It dissipates after 2 minutes and depending on your skin chemistry it's going to settle into a woody/musky vanilla base at the end. The dry down can be imagined as a sandalwood flavoured baby powder like woody/musky/slightly boozy sometimes cologne like with still maintaining the sweetness of powdered sugar. I hear there is a whipped wood ( sandalwood perhaps?) note in here and i would like to confirm that it is a woody dry down based fragrance rather than milky, sugary or gourmand. I smell no floral notes. It's an aromatic fragrance which has the whifts and whafts of most of the notes shown here in fragnantica but only for a brief amount of time. If you like a sultry woody vanilla which will smell slightly creamy but aromatic like a chai latte mostly then you can go for it. It has the whifts of steamed milk but mostly remains sugary which then ultimately turns into a musky slightly sexy second skin. Very comforting & cozy. Please don't get carried away by the notes or packaging. This is 5% what it promised to be and 95% smells completely different. I blind bought it because i wanted a lactonic creamy fragrance but thankfully i like the detour this fragrance takes. Even though i don't like cinnamon or woody vanilla, but i somehow like the aromantic dry down this fragrance has. Musky with a powdered sugar base. It's unexpected but pleasant to my nose. If you want a creamy lactonic experience i would recommend bath and body works snowflakes & cashmere or cereal milk soft serve. They both maintain the creamy lactonic profile from start to end. I don't know why people are complaining about the projection and longevity of this fragrance. It's super perfumey. Moderate spraying creates a thick scent bubble so i can't imagine what over spray can do. The longevity is fabulous too. I get 6 hours+ with this. Afer getting it i sprayed it to test on my skin and then i had to quickly shower. Even after the shower the fragrance lingered on my skin. Didn't vanish at all. It has a marvelous longevity and beautiful projection. Now although it's summer in my country & the scent is facing no melt over issue but this is a strictly fall or winter appropriate fragrance. Especially fall since it's sweet & aromatic. It's noticeable, the scent moves with you, it's not too musky for a summer heat, it's staying strong on clothes and skin, it's creating a wonderful aroma around you but this baby will be a beautiful gem for colder months. I do wish the woody dry down was slightly more creamy instead of keeping a musky powdered sugar profile, this scent would have been angelic on its own with slightly more creaminess. To me it's a cozy bed time fragrance. Waking up in your satin silk nightdress with the beautiful aroma around you in the morning might cheer up your mood. It's a sexy fragrance & not suitable for younger audience. Also might i rant out that in my country there is no physical store of VS, so when the sale was ongoing i had to blind buy this at a time when there were hardly any reviews, videos on it & certainly no fragnantica forum was opened regarding this particular scent. I still decided to try my luck. it takes a month & half to have USA product dropped at my doorstep & within that time of waiting i read every new review, saw most of the influencers video regarding this mist & they were mostly all negative. The mostly negative opinions especially people who said they can't even smell the fragrance made me terrified & i was so sure that i would either have to return the parcel or sell it as soon as i get the mist because if majority didn't like it then surely I won't either. This is no way in hell A WEAK fragrance that you need to douse to be able to smell it. What is wrong with other people's noses? These useless negative opinion regarding this mist is unjustified. Yes the fragrance isn't milky or what you imagine it to be with the 2 given notes but it's definitely not plasticky, bland or for God's sake WEAK! The skin chemistry might make longevity differ on everyone but THIS 👏FRAGRANCE 👏 IS 👏BY 👏NO👏 MEANS👏 WEAK! please be a bit mindful and dedicated on writing your final opinions online. There are people who blind buy something based on reading such online opinions. Those YouTube influencers who had a shit on first impression might have influenced a certain group of people who were too scared to bite the bullet and blind buy this or even buy this anyway just because they saw the opinions/reactions weren't good. Just Pitiful! this is first time in my life where i was demotivated to receive a new fragrance because i was convinced that it would be bad because PEOPLE SAID SO! Now i understand how everyone's sniffing nose is different & how negative opinions influences you to stay away from something you might POTENTIALLY enjoy! Pro tip to me and others: don't listen to every review given online. There is a slight chance that you might like what they aren't liking. I hope my review will be helpful for blind buyers like me who are interested in this mist & those who have the privilege to sniff this at your near store please test it out before buying because you will either like or hate this.

Tl;dr: Light vanilla with baby powder & a shot of dark liquor. I'm into it. This is not even remotely similar to B&BW Milk, IMO. I love both, but they are very different! I understand that different people smell the same scent differently, but I don't see how anyone could smell the two side-by-side & find them similar at all! B&BW Milk is the one that could be more aptly named "Whipped Milk & Sugar"; it is a denser, thicker, stronger milk fragrance that is moderately sweet with a touch of oats (but not so much as to bring it into Play-Doh territory like in some other scents, like VS Almond Blossom & Oat Milk). VS Whipped Milk & Sugar, on the other hand, is a lighter, *slightly* milky vanilla fragrance with light floral notes & what strikes me as an unignorably boozy quality. I find it sexier than Milk, which I also love, but Milk seems to me much more innocent; it reminds me of the smell of a baby after drinking milk, lol! WM&S has a more grown & sexy edge to it because of the alcohol vibe (which, by the way, is not coming from the alcohol ingredient in the body mist but, rather, is a note that is evident even in the drydown). B&BW Milk is a medium-intensity fragrance with a moderate sillage, whereas VS WM&S is lighter by comparison with an intimate sillage. On clothes, WM&S becomes a bit creamier/milkier with slightly less floral & boozy notes than on skin. It becomes softer, smoother & a bit sweeter, although it still never becomes as creamy & smooth as Milk. I sprayed it all over myself & my clothes before bed & I could still smell it when I woke up, although it did sit pretty close to the skin & fabric. I think having just gotten out from underneath my duvet in a toasty warm room helped the scent bloom; it was the first thing I smelled when I woke up as my wrist/sleeve was close to my face, and I couldn't get over how pretty it was! Because of that, this is definitely backup worthy to me! Even if it's just for wearing to bed or snuggling on the couch. To me, WM&S is unmistakably boozy. I would not have expected that based on the notes. Maybe something about the jasmine & woody notes in combination with the vanilla is causing that? Whatever the case, this scent smells like it has a shot of liquor in it. It makes the fragrance a *bit* sharp/abrasive, especially when smelling it immediately after smelling a scent as smooth, full & round as Milk; WM&S has an edge to it that is noticeable on clothes, but most prominent on skin. As a lover of B&BW Cozy Vanilla Bourbon, I'm a fan of this too! It's not the same as CVB, which has sweet, mulled dark fruits & a more buttery vanilla, but the booziness + vanilla puts them in the same general category to me ("boozy vanillas"). After smelling them side-by-side, I'm noticing now how WM&S has a touch of powderiness as well! There's almost a hint of baby powder going on. Interesting. I will say that I do find it to be somewhat like if VS Bare Sueded Vanilla was less milky with a shot of booze in it. I've experimented with layering WM&S with Milk, and also with BSV; it adds a sexier, evening, date night quality to both of them. I dig it! I do wish it was stronger with better sillage on it's own, but I do love it for a cozy, sexy bedtime skin scent & a layering option for other more milky fragrances. Interested in picking up the lotion too! To conclude, WM&S, to me, is a light vanilla skin scent with a bit of florals, a dose of booze & a touch of baby powderiness. It is edgier & less sweet than B&BW Milk and, although it becomes softer, milkier & sweeter after drying down on clothes, it is still not as overtly lactonic as Milk. Perhaps not blind-buy safe for those who were hoping it would be a sugary milk scent. It's more "boozy vanilla" than "lactonic", IMO. If you want milk + sugar only, B&BW Milk is the way to go.

I am obsessed with milk from BBW I got like 5 bottles max . So to me Milk BBW is nutty & like warm milk as opposed to Whipped sugar and milk it’s way more sugary and smells like milk after eating Frosted Flakes. I do like this though it’s nice,sweet and creamy . I tried layering it with milk & tease creme cloud but for some reason I didn’t like how they meshed together

I love this so much.. I ended up buying a few more bottles because I'm pretty sure its limited 3 It smells powdery and milky with more vanilla as it dries down. It almost smells like baby powder at some points, but it is a very pleasant scent! It's probably better for night time, although I enjoy wearing it throughout the day in my house.

Oh my god I love this. I also smell an almond note.. which makes sense why I love it so much. But it's such a nice lactonic, yet mature scent. I'm not a big powder person, but the powder goes so well in here. I need more of this low-key. It goes so well with my body chemistry too. Great night scent

This is basic, but so yummy and perfect for layering. It was an instant yes for me. I actually like another mist from the line more, but I didn’t smell the dry down until later. By the time I realized how much I loved that one, I had already bought this. I thought about returning it, but I didn’t feel like going back, smh, so she’s staying. I’m not mad tho. I smelled really good today! I sprayed it on my clothes in the morning and could still smell it by the end of the day. I layered it with EOS Cashmere Vanilla and Tease Cloud, which made it super soft, sweet, and cozy Pro tip: spray the tester strip and patiently wait for the dry down. Don’t rush to give your money away ; make sure you love it all the way through, not just the first spray

As others said, simply sweet & milky with a shot of booze. Pretty enjoyable, booze doesn't overwhelm the scent and it's not too sweet to the point of cloying. I think this could be worn heavily in winter and lightly during the hot months. I feel projection is a bit less than normal VS scents, which actually works in its favor. Jasmine isn't prominent but definitely helps add dimension. In an odd sense this really reminds me of a macerated Lost Alice by Masque Milano, or at least what I wished Lost Alice smelled like, very grocery store cake sans the heavy pepper/tea of Alice. Maybe a bit of Play-Doh similar to Hypnotic Poison coming from tonka. Definitely wait a bit after dry down to smell, as there's a bit of alcohol in the opening.

This scent is a bit stronger than Angel Cake & Cream, compared to Bare Vanilla its more of a milky spicy vanilla, with a slight alcohol-y scent, like a warm vanilla spiced booze. I don't think it has a whipped cream kind of scent to it. It doesn't last super long on me, but it smells good paired with other Victorias Secret scents. This scent is more mature instead of the young vanilla that smells just straight up like vanilla extract. Would recommend to someone who likes sweet scents that aren't overwhelming!

I loved this one at first. A very unique smell and a straight up latonic scent, like this literally smells like warm milk with musk, but it dries down wayyy better & the vanilla comes out more which is nice! I lowered it to like because after using it for awhile I've noticed the initial milk note is a bit strong for me and It's a bit too heavy for daily wear imo. I use this as a bedtime fragrance

Honestly, when I first smelled this and Angel Cake & Cream, I actually liked Angel Cake & Cream more. But the more I wore it, the more that weird sour lemon cake opening started to bother me, so I slowly lost interest. For Whipped Milk & Sugar, my first sniff was way too powdery. I was literally about to give it a bad review, but I decided to give it one last chance... It's still pretty powdery to my nose, but this time I could actually pick up a little bit of sugar and milk. At least it gives off clean-girl vibes, even though it's definitely not the creamy, lactonic vanilla scent I was expecting. I honestly wouldn't recommend blind buying either this or Angel Cake & Cream. Both of them have openings that can be pretty hit or miss.

I DOUSED myself in this and I could not smell it!!

I'm so sorry to be the first Debbie downer on this fragrance, but as a lactone lover, I was pretty let down on this. My honest thoughts are that it's almost a repackaged Bare Vanilla Suede (which I also dislike) in a prettier body mist bottle. I do not get milk froth and sugared vanilla from this. They might be light notes floating around somewhere between overwhelming woods, I can smell saffron and maybe something like sandalwood in this that is just too have for my nose. This gave me a headache, it was so cloying. I'm a pure gourmand lover who doesn't react well to wood notes. If you like Bare Vanilla Suede, this is right up your lane. If not, I wouldn't recommend buying this. I was so ready for a delicate milk foam and sugared vanilla fragrance only to be hit with Bare Vanilla Suede #2. Back to Sugar Paw Milk perfume I go...

A scent that removes the spiciness from Bare sueded vanilla. it's simple sweet milk. I really like vanilla scent but don't like milk scent so this wasn't my type

i love love lactonic fragrances! Very sweet and creamy... with a little bit of florals but it’s not overpowering the milk scent. Definitely good for layering or by itself! The dry down is so creamy and subtle, i think the sweetness bares down a little but still fragrant. also way sweeter than b&bw milk, b&bw milk is purely milk while this is milky creamy vanilla fragrance. Both really good milky fragrances!!! overall it’s such a pretty scent, I’ll definitely be repurchasing in the future when my bottle runs out. I’m glad milk and lactonic notes are going in trend now!!! <3

Milky and sweet but not overly sweet. I seen the comment below says she will repurchase when it runs out, girllll this is limited edition so if you want it you need to purchase NOW! I really love this for layering with everything. Adds a little bit of milky sweetness to my other perfumes which make them more personal to me.

The opening feels a bit unusual to my nose, almost cinnamon-like. However, it fades within 2–3 minutes, leaving behind a soft, creamy milky scent. It’s not very strong and sits close to the skin, so you need to be quite close to notice it. Better for layering.

it smells exactly like Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Milk! I had pretty much the same reaction, really pleasant at first but it has this weird funkiness after a while that I can't really describe

I liked this a lot at first, but after a couple weeks I honestly can only smell Play-Doh. Like a powdery salty Play-Doh smell, and I have a hard time wearing it now.

for me it’s floral but not spring/summer floral, it’s creamy and sweet! the powdered sugar is very prominent as well!
