Swiss Army for Her

Got this based on such stunning reviews by everyone here! So glad I got it, too! I rarely see this around, so I was curious when I saw it around at a local drug store. Got on here and read all your reviews, went to buy it. This frag does not disappoint, just like the reviews you all left! Wearing it right now, and I have to say I am seeing everything you are all saying! It's a nice, fresh scent that's mainly floral (the peony is really heavy on me, but it gives a nice, powdery feeling so I don't mind) and somewhat aquatic with a hint of spice. Really nice and reassuring...although I guess the notes play out differently on everyone, so I get how some people just don't like this frag.Still, it was good precaution and I bought this half expecting it to play out nasty musk-pepper-ginger notes that would just basically crash...so glad that didn't happen for me at all! Alright, so how the frag went down for me: At first spray, it was straight up alcohol, but as it dried down, it released a really nice, fresh lily-of-the-valley and aquatic scent that was very nice and clean, like a sunny, crisp winter morning or windy spring. Then, about 20-30 seconds in, the scent changed to a more gingery sort of scent and the aquatic note lingers, so it felt like I just showered. At about 40-60 seconds in, the scent settles to a discreet creamy peony that you kind of have to lean in to smell, so it's not obvious but it's that little something that makes people turn their heads and ask you what perfume you have on. The aquatic note is still there, but it's not really strong, it lends itself to the peony and makes it smell that much lighter, and dreamy. The woodsy tinge comes in and gives this frag grounding so it doesn't just smell like air freshener, and there's a bit of musk to balance it to the skin. I would say this frag settles to a fluffy, airy, white peony flower, if that makes sense at all...at any rate, the final notes remind me of Beyond Paradise from Estee Lauder. Absolutely don't regret taking the advice you all gave, and buying this baby! Thanks everyone! :D

Initial sprays: like bathing in a tub of fresh peonies 😍 DIVINE. (I've never sprayed this to review, but will come back and edit this as it changes.. I know it does, and can already smell it starting to change some. I'll be back.) Few moments later.. I smell a citrus kind of sweetness, but there's no citrus in the notes, so it must be the ginger mixed with the lily of the valley.. that mixed with the fresh peony bath is just heavenly. Can't believe I gave a bottle of this away years ago because I didn't like it... Crazy how much our tastes change over time. I've come to appreciate many different scents and love the mood they bring with them, or help to accentuate your own. This one has a personality, but it's not over powering or rude. It's focussed, sweet, organized, natural, semi-introvert.. green and flowery. She prefers mornings and herbal tea or hot cocoa over coffee. Reading her favourite book by the water over big crowds and parties. She's office safe if sprayed sparingly. Mmmm... the flowers, so lovely! But I could see how this would smell amazing on a man as well. Though floral, it's not an overly feminine scent. Mixed with the right pheromones, this would be amazing on a man too. It's only been 10 minutes, will come back. Seemed to turn to a perfect powdery scent last time and I want to see if that was this perfume, an accidental mixing, or I imagined it. *Mine doesn't say "victorinox" on the bottle btw, it just says Swiss Army for her EDP, same red bottle. Edit: well, I screwed this scent test up. Sprayed it on my shirt, so I'm still smelling the ginger, lily of the valley and peony strongly. Smelling my wrist though, 1.5 hrs later - it's barely there but so so light now and tamed down to almost nothing and difficult to tell since I can still smell it so strong on my shirt. Will have to test again and be more careful about not spraying on my clothes. This is 100% office safe though. Bet nobody could smell it off me now, if so, very lightly.

I've been considering purchasing this for a while, the sleek red bottle and the refreshing sounding notes really caught my interest. I should add that I think this has been repackaged as my bottle says "Swiss Army For Her Ginger Lily" and has a removable cap, I've compared the notes and they're virtually the same, however. This opens up very fresh, ozonic and crisp, lily of the valley and ginger are instantly noticable and feel very uplifting; sort of like when you step outside during the transition from spring to summer and feel the warm yet cool air on your skin and can smell everything starting to come fully back to life. The mid is when I start to notice a lightly floral but aquatic nuance which I'm going to say is the peony note, along with the lily of the valley, it adds to the overall "fresh" and "active" feeling I get from this, for the most part that is exactly how Swiss Army smells before becoming ever so slightly musky after about the 6 hour mark. The longevity is fantastic, it definately does last and is noticable without being overpowering and it has enough silage to get comments but, again it isnt like an olfactive smack over the head. This would work well year round but it would absolutely sing during the spring/summer months and I cannot wait to wear this more as the weather warms up. Its totally office and gym safe as well and could easily become a signature scent due to how fresh and easy it is to wear. Despite the fact that Victorinox fragrances aren't marketed widely within the UK and I had to buy this directly from Victorinox themselves, it is still very reasonably priced and I would happily repurchase this and possibly try others from this house as well. LOVE IT!

When this came out, I bought it as my first real fragrance. It was cheap and inoffensive so why not? While a lot of people think this is just another sporty fresh floral and even I thought it was good but not extra special, I got compliments on this more than any other fragrance I've worn especially from other women. Something about it works with my body chemistry I guess because all the other more expensive perfumes I've worn since SAfH has not had the same reactions. I finished my whole bottle because I could wear it all the time. I only wish it was sold in store locally but they've stopped stocking it, but I'll definitely repurchase if I get the chance and find the right price. It is a great fragrance for night and day, work and leisure. It veers more spring/summer, but this an all occasion perfume.

I found a 100ml bottle for $19.99 for the new release of this. It’s starts off very unisex-almost more manly and then within seconds all that goes away and the beauty within comes out. Those fresh notes and aquatic notes together are oh so perfect! I love this and for 20 bucks, I mean doesn’t get better than that!!! Aside from the snow berry or whatever it’s called that I found at the dollarama (Canada) for four dollars, I have loved every fragrance I have ever smelled by this company!!! They do such a perfect job of making incredible fresh aquatics at perfectly affordable prices!! Straight up love this!!

I love this perfume but it is sooo hard to find! I've had a woman follow me once and ask what I was wearing. I can't compare it to anything I've seen. I think it's quite unique which is what I go for. Not heavy on the pocket either. I'm a sporty, independent individual and I find that this fragrance says...me! ;) It really goes with my natural scent. As a migraine headache sufferer, I have to be careful with my fragrances and this one is THE ONE! I miss it. Need it. :'( Anyone know where I can find it?!

If you like Clarins' Eau Dynamisante, Calvin Klein's One and Elizabeth Arden's Green Tea as I do, you'll love this fragrance. Anyone remembers the fresh smelling Fa blue-green shower gel from the 90's? Yes, it smells very similar to that, perfect for warm, humid days. Very long lasting too, few spritzes last me almost all day, this can also be an unisex scent.

When I first sprayed this on my wrist, I could smell nothing - it was as if I'd spritzed with plain water. Then the scent hit me! It's lovely - fresh, green & soft. It strongly reminds me of a fragrance I wore years ago, but I can't remember which. Lasts very well; love it! I think the only thing I would change would be the name!

I can't believe that only me will say this smells exactly like Dior J'adore! I mean like EXACTLY! Even though the notes are completely different. But this one performs so much better than J'adore!! Great sillage, very long lasting. No offensive scent at all. Fresh and clean peony/lily scent! Just gorgeous!

I blind buy this perfume and was curious of the smell. I was looking for something fresh and cool. I was glad that I bought this one, it is mild and not overpowering, fresh and cool. I would definitely recommend this. Stays longer too.

Icy musky floral with some spice (ginger) , on my skin very long lasting and very adequate to the dog days of summer, since, although not light it is not very sweet.On me peony reigns, and for the price it is very good. More appropriate for days than nights but very versatile.

This scent is quite different, a mix of freshness, sensuality and elegance. I like it, an excellent alternative for my special events. Floral notes are most evident.

This smells as if the opening of Mayar Natural Intense were neverending

Although I have never even seen it anywhere, I am pretty sure that I would never have considered purchasing blind a fragrance named SWISS ARMY FOR HER. I was willing to try a sample, though, and my reaction has borne out my intuition regarding a perfume produced by a company renowned for its fine multifunctional pocket knives. I do not catch the floral freshness that others have reported. Instead, to my nose, SWISS ARMY FOR HER opens in the chemically manner of Moschino CHEAP & CHIC and OH! and then proceeds quickly to an essentially floral woody musk drydown, with an emphasis on the third term of that trio. Nothing really compelling here at all. Not even very pleasant, to be perfectly frank. I have a few hypotheses to explain the divergent reactions to this frag: Perhaps my sample is old. Or perhaps the "random flowers" note is changed from batch to batch. Another possibility is that from vat to vat there is some other sort of inconsistency in the production of SWISS ARMY FOR HER. Maybe they just don't stir it enough! Whatever the case may be, given my perfume promiscuity, I steer clear of frags with short half-lives, and the other two hypotheses offer equally compelling reasons not to add SWISS ARMY FOR HER to my collection. Désolée.

I have to add my newer views on this fragrance.... I would recommend that you don't buy this blind-I have a bottle and regret it-Swiss Army for her is not expensive-but I would have been happier buying a handful of samples instead. It smells more like green leaves-it reminds me of ivy, even if it doesn't smell like Ivy...Edelweiss is an intriguing note, and this composition still smells like it is based on a flower, even if that flower is unfamiliar and could smell synthetic, although it smells very natural sometimes-green leaves! I don't want my bottle, but I wish I could trade it for a keychain spray-it's so different, it can be a very nice change from habitual fragrances-and I don't think it smells bad even though I feel kind of cold about it after a while of wearing....

This is the freshest fragrance I own-it smells like mountain air, and clean fresh spring flowers early in the morning. There is a slight spicy aspect, but this is definitely floral--not fruity, or aquatic or aromatic-or even green. There is a green tint of mountain air, but none of the ferns or moss or bitter leaves or typical herbs. This isn't sweet, but it isn't sour either. It's not masculine, but it's not at all one of the common feminine scents we've all become accustomed to. I don't regret at all buying it unsniffed.I will wear this often during the day, and nights when I feel the need to be reminded of my dream of one day living in a nice little mountain town, nights when smelling sweet or musky or bazaar-spicy won't satisfy me.

I am not usually a fan of fresh fragrances, However this one teleports me to a house I lived in when I was about 7. Alongside the driveway there is a flower bed full of lilly of the valley. It's the hottest day in July, not a cloud in the sky Hot pavement and bare feet Supper Soakers and water balloons Popsicles and cool-aid Raspberries fresh off the bush Honey suckle nectar and flying kites. Swiss Army for Her takes me to a time before innocents was lost.

This was gifted to me a few years ago. The lily-of-the-valley is very strong on me and I'm really not a fan. The spicyness of the ginger comes through later which i do enjoy. On the whole, it's not a terrible perfume it's just not for me. It's not masculine, it's just the perfume that made me realize I don't like lily-of-the-valley.

I find it to be very strong. It smells like Dr Teals Epsom Salt Bath, which I love, but I don't want my perfume to smell like it. I think it's definitely more masculine. I am going to give it to my husband to see if it will work for him. If not, to the thrift store it goes!

I blind buy this at a department store, because of the ginger and peony ingredients, however for some reason in me only I can smell celery or some kind of lemongrass herb! and even these ingredients are not listed. Very disappointing. Not my type of perfume.

It smells exactly like grass and celery combined. DO NOT blind buy this. Literally smell the two things combined and then you'll know if you'd want to buy it or not! For me personally, I hate it.

I got it as a gift, but I really don't like it. It's a very flat smell, somehow my skin can't bring it to life, and it's as if I sprayed some room spray on myself.

The first spray was straight-up lighter fluid. The dry down was a sweet licorice mossy smell on me, so its a NO for me!

The Swiss Army web site describes it as a fresh fragrance with Lilly of the Valley, Peony and fizzy Ginger.

I am in love!!!!!!! I previously picked up 3 other scents by Victorinox and like them but now my tastes have changed and im realizing this brand makes the scents I love. I haven't had an everyday anytime type signature in a little over 10 years and trust me I've tested and tested. I've come close and found ones that work fine and I like but nothing checked all my boxes for that anytime everyday signature. Well, I think I've finally found it. I was just browsing fragrancenet the other day because I'd been wanting to purge a good chunk of my current collection. I browsed almost the entire site. I got a previous one I loved but wondered if I wanted it again, I found one more other scent, and then this one since I'd had pretty good results with most I'd gotten from this brand. When I got it I sniffed the bottle and liked it, then I actually sprayed it on my arm which I DO NOT do because im afraid to do so with scents I've never smelled or tested. I sprayed and wow I loved the Lily note, Lily is one of my fave floral notes also but I don't usually find scents I like containg the note, the arm spray got an approval from me to wear this the first day. So the next day I wore it and was a little scared and almost got sad. When first sprayed it can be strong and seem overwhelming but give it some time. About an hour in this has settled into a lovely scent not too strong to wear in close quarters and not to light to where you don't smell it. This gives the perfect floral cloud. I love this because it defies the normal women's scents on the market as of late. Sometimes things are too complicated now but this is not. If you're a woman who wants to smell nice but some female scents seem either too light or too strong(or just too much) this may be perfect for you. I have tried so many scents and after 3 straight days (which is an accomplishment in itself) I think this is a winner or it'll at least be in my top faves. I haven't worn it outdoors yet but went outside for a moment today and I could still smell it traveling up to my nose. This also lasts all day and that's an accomplishment for me too. And not just all day, today with one extra spray so maybe a total of 5 sprays this lasted 11 hours and is still going but it is never overpowering which is what I wanted for my everyday anytime scent. So far it's a love but I will update if anything changes. Also I think this may have different notes than what's listed above. I may buy a backup and I don't usually do it but I will test a bit more then see if I want to do it!!

This review is for the Snow Flower edt. I found other places online that says: freezing white snow with a warm nose of orris, vanilla and woods. It is quite floral, powdery, there is something old fashioned about it. There is aldehydes in this juice sort like Chanel #5. It really reminds me of Chanel #5! This smells much better on a facial tissue than on my skin. I do not detect any vanilla but I do find a light or blond wood. It is a very light scent, almost no sillage and lasts maybe 2 hours on the skin. The bottle is pretty cool looking. It's a nice rubber textured flask in white with a d-ring attached to it. The top twists down to expose the sprayer. It's not really my kind of fragrance, but you never know when I might want to try it, and I like the bottle, so I'm keeping it :)

This perfume is a shocking surprise to me. It is sooo green and fresh,like a meadow after a sweet rain and I can smell the flowers and grass and leaves drenched in light droplets. I swear I am very picky lately about having floral green scents with lots of lily-of-the-valley and jasmine and white flowers of all sorts. Well this cheap thrill was shockingly right on for me. I found some bottles of this for a very reasonable rate so after testing I got them. I am not sorry I did let me tell you every note stays true on me till the very end which is till I wash it off basically. Longevity is incredible, silliage is insanely good what else can I say? Well if you are into fresh florals with a lean to the green you MUST try if not but this. Who knew?

I got this as a present, so I hate to admit this but I really can't stand it. To me, it smells very sharp(Might be the ginger? However I can't really detect any notes in it) and very alcoholic, like rubbing alcohol. It doesn't even smell like a perfume to me, the scent is very flat. Flat and sharp like rubbing alcohol that burns my nose and the scent never changes, it stays the same. It is very overpowering and attacking. It's loud, it attacks everyone around(And whoevers wearing it) with it's sharp, flat scent. It really smells of nothing to me, other than potent rubbing alcohol. It's not even akin to room spray imo because at least, most room spray smells nice. This is just pure rubbing alcohol.

This was one of my purchase regrets. I obtained this scent based on, IDK, because I had an affiliation with military-related themes at the time. Perhaps it was a blind buy, because I don't recall having a sample of this one. This didn't suit me well. It was, IMO, very masculine, biting. even chilly. Never warmed up, but stayed sort of linearly bleak and hauntingly strong (the ginger maybe??). Perhaps. But even with giving it a break and coming back to it later, in another season, it still didn't work for me. Too overwhelming. I would safe to say this could be unisex but on a scale of 1 - feminine to 10 - masculine, I would rate it an easy 8.

i love this perfume so much. it's so fresh,elegant,and i got some spirit energy with it.i bought it from one of my roomate. she sells perfume. then i used this perfume often. she smells and liked it. she even want to buy it back from me! i know i made a good decision by choosing this perfume. My friend (he is a boy) also ask what perfume i wore. he want to take it from me! i told him to buy it himself! ;P he adores it on me. my two sister always wear my perfume without my permission. they even beg me just to have 2 spray.hahah.it is a good perfume even some people dont like it.I LOVE SWISS ARMY FOR HER :)

It smells like toilet cleaner soap/ air freshener. I can't seem to understand it. It needs a long time to fade that sweet smell i get on first spray to get through peony. Weird that I find it very sweet. Edit : Sprayed few times, I can't believe I was addicted smelling it on myself. It's quite long lasting, and the smell after the sweetness fade is like a smell of one of those fabric softeners. Very fresh. I was happy this toilet cleaner/air freshener scent faded to something nice.

I agree anatalia.this perfume is Odd.I can't describe it as simple as what you see in the notes.it's very sophisticated.both fresh,sensual and spicy.I though I recognized some lotus and cedar after one hour.it seemed a bit aquatic.it's sour,definitely not a sweet perfume and it's dark.I think more suitable for evening wear. I like the modern and simple shape of bottle.besides it is m favorite color "red".

Got mine at an auction and WOW...first time I wore it, I had this strange man follow me and he was almost swooning as he mentioned my perfume...2nd time I wore it, I received 2 separate compliments from women...my daughter adores it and said she smelled it on one of her co-workers...she wants it now. It might not be for everyone, but it does get noticed!

I saw this fragrance on sale today for just $20 so I decide to sample it. Well, it smells good but nothing special. A sweet floral fruty fragrance. I think it will suit very well a young girl or a teenager. Very good staying power though. 5 hours after I sprayed it, I washed my wrist with a soap but I can still smell the perfume!

Tried hard to like it. Can't wear it. It is just too loud. It arrives before I do and screams....I am here and I am stinky..... My 14 year old son liked it though and I gave it to him! He wears it once in a while and when I smell it on him it does smell very masculine!! Maybe that was why I didn't like it.

This is a great fragrance. On paper, it is horrible. However, when applied to skin, it is fresh and interesting. It is a bit like a man's frag however, not very womanly. That doesn't stop it from being a great perfume!

I live in L.A. and do not recall seeing this anywhere. I did, however, find an imposter that is lovely, kind of a cross between Lauren and Something Blue. Not groundbreaking, but safe.

Reviews are all over the place on this. I got it for my gf and it's not masculine at all. It's like pure flowers and nothing else. Smells more like a body spray than a perfume.

der Duft ist frisch, scharf und sehr langlebig . könnte Unisex Duft sein, sehr ähnlich Männer Version. 1 bis 2 Spray reichen für ganzen Tag. Speziel, aber gut.

Found in only one small shop, 50ml. EDP for funny money, but not encouraged. The most common freshness, of which one million.

I like it. On me, it's ginger and peony. Flowery sharp unisex scent. The sillage is good.

I love this. Such a early 2000s fresh floral. A beautiful cylindrical red bottle too!
