Madame Grey

My review of the hair perfume version, appropriately named Strip Tease. To me, this smells like a narcotic floral bouquet. I can’t quite pinpoint the individual flowers, but it instantly reminds me of a glamorous Arab wedding: elegant, opulent, and beautifully put together. I’ve actually been wearing it as an all-over fragrance because at 15% concentration, it’s essentially eau de parfum strength lol

Note that this review is for the hair perfume because I was NOT about to blind buy the actual thing! This reminds me a great deal of La Perla Possibilities and slightly less so of Armani Vert Malachite. It’s a warm and sensual white floral and it has great projection. I fear that when I run out of decants of Possibilities I will end up shelling out for this (the new travel size is “only” $250 🫣)

Top: neroli / orange blossom / bergamot → bright, but fleeting Heart: jasmine / tuberose / rose → dense white floral core Base: amber / leather / balsam / musk → this dominates the drydown

Is it groundbreaking? no but is nice. it has a lot of florals like rose and geranium and almost a cashmere touch. very musky, resinous and pine, balsam like touches.

Meh. The sales associate I always work with made me a decant of this to try, which was very generous and appreciated, but I can't for the life of me understand the hype or the price tag. Nothing about this fragrance strikes me as compelling. It's fun to have a little of this expensive juice but I don't think I'll even use up the 3 mL, it's just nothing special IMO. Of course tastes are subjective, I'm sure someone out there truly and genuinely loves it, no disrespect to them.

Very sweet. Pungent Jasmine. Orange Blossom. Long lasting; 10 hours. It's amusing that men do not care for this!! There is nothing warm about this fragrance. Definitely NOT a skin scent. I find it interesting. Definitely will not purchase full bottle however. Seems like an over hyped marketing angle more than a treasured addition to a Fragrance wardrobe.

Fragrance of 2026! Cassandra Grey did her big one with this PARFUM. This is a narcotic floral; very lush, and heady with green, citrusy undertones. I can't distinguish the florals here; Something tells me it is Jasmine, or maybe even Tuberose with Rose, but it is very floral. I detect a generous dose of Ambrox or some kind of diffusive molecule as it projects like crazy. I’ve been wearing it for over a month and I can confidently say there is some other material in here that gives the scent a contrast, a devilishly, dark aroma of wine or leather with warm tones of musk. I cannot get enough of it. It really is a modern classic. I get a good eight hour wear and I can smell it on clothing days later. I will say though, it is the type of scent you will go nose blind to, it happens with a lot of Ambroxan heavy scents.

This is a sexy, glamorous, expensive smelling feminine perfume. All the bad reviews are from boring people that have no style and don’t wear Louboutin, Gucci and Versace!

Surprised there isn’t more reviews considering how much this has been featured on TikTok as that $1,100 fragrance.
