Tea Temptation

My fourth sampling of the newest quartet of releases from Vivamor Parfums is Tea Temptation, a fresh and fittingly tea-focused fragrance with spicy accents—cardamom, violet, and vetiver. So it balances out some vaguely citric freshness and an earl grey tea note with some spicy, earthy, sharp features. It’s fairly easy to wear and enjoy, and is not such a tea overload that the tea-averse should immediately run for the hills. It adds nice diversity to the line, as, in my collection, neither Vivamor nor Navitus have a strong tea fragrance, though I could be forgetting some. Like other recent releases from the house, it’s priced at $125 for 100ml, in extrait concentration, and it performs decently well, albeit not among the stronger performers in the house. Currently both this and the other newest releases are only sold on the house website, along with a discovery set. 7 out of 10

Quite enjoyable! Ideal for the summer heat. The opening ,immediately, reminded me of Imagination from Louis Vuitton. I'm not claiming that it's a dupe, but what I'm stating is that Tea Temptation is in the same vicinity. Tea temptation is not as sharp or as soapy as Imagination and the dry down is completely different. The dry down is softer, fruiter, and sweeter which I really like. Unisex leaning slightly masc. Performance is moderate.

Super zesty lemony opening then a light Earl Grey lies underneath. Pleasant Summer fragrance for hot weather which is citrus forward, not so heavy on the tea or cardamom.. Unisex - I would prefer this on a man though. All the Vivamor/Navitus perfumes seem to be quite longlasting, even their Summery citrus based scents. Green and refreshing but nothing outstanding about this one.

This to me smells like cold pressed juice. Specifically something with kale, cucumber, apple, ginger, spinach and lemon. This doesn’t remind me of tea at all and I don’t get any similarities with something like Wulong Cha or Imagination. Not really my taste but not a objectively bad fragrance either

This is...awful. Calling it tea is a stretch. It’s a little spicy, but not specifically cardamom, and it’s very green, but in more of a tomato leaf direction than tea. There’s a bit of soil too, and it lacks any sweetness. If they had advertised this as a garden scent it might be okay, but honestly I think there are better scents in that category too.

This is a well blended tea fragrance! It’s very smooth and smells classy. I’m not a big fan of tea scents so this wasn’t for me but I understand why many love this one. If you like fragrances like Wulong cha by Nishane or Thai Tea by Mith, I don’t see why you wouldn’t love this one too!! The longevity on my skin was actually the best out of all them.
