I somehow ended up wearing Voluspa room & body sprays as my signature scents for years. Now I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with them. I feel like Voluspa's quality is getting poorer. I've sent a few messages to their customer service over the years, none were complaints, just general inquiries about products, which they ignored and never replied to, despite me ordering thousands of dollars worth of their products for over a decade directly from them... oh well. I've since cut way back on my purchases from them. It was time. Anyway, Mokara is an addictively unique sexy summer floral scent. I can't get enough of it - mostly because it doesn't last more than a couple of hours and requires significant overspray-age. The white florals dominate this. It has a gentle earthy undertone, which I assume is the moss, that makes it feel deeper than a lot of other white florals. I have been searching for a real proper EDP that smells like this and won't require 20 sprays a day to achieve, but this is unique and I haven't found anything yet. Summer heat opens up this fragrance much better. In the winter I feel like 20 sprays completely vanish from my skin in an hour. I get that this is meant to mostly be a linen/room spray, but honestly this has such fancy perfume vibes and opens up so well on warm bodies and closes up so much on cool fabric, I use it as I feel it works best. If you're a fan of sexy crisp white florals without any dirty patchouli, musk or powder, this is probably a safe blind buy for you. It's pretty inexpensive, so I guess you can't go too wrong!

This has become one of my favourite fragrances and yet I have a hard time describing it. It is a delicate floral scent with a mossy dry down. Though the flowers are delicate it has excellent longevity and good sillage.

Gorgeous textured white floral. Like a soft combo of Voluspa's Jasmine Sambac and their Pink Magnolia with a lovely freshness. Review is for the scent in candle form.
