L'Atelier des Subtils Eau de Citrus

I'm a big fan of BTS and perfume collector, so I just had to get all of their perfumes! This perfume is actually one of my favourites of the bunch. It smells very citrusy, as its name suggests, almost like freshly squeezed oranges. Doesn't smell synthetic, but not much depth to the perfume. It doesn't last very long either, maybe 2-3 hours sitting close to the skin. Overall an okay perfume, but an awesome collector item for any army (: If you're looking for a more longer lasting perfume of the bunch, go for vert or ocean.

This is a very lemony but earthy/herby-citrus scent. I find this leaning more masculine than feminine, definitely a day scent that would work for most seasons and occasions. Probably the most generic perfume out of the BTS line.

I’m still not sure how I feel about this fragrance. First of all, it doesn’t last very long. After a a couple of hours it sits really close to the skin, and it’s just barely there. I don’t get much citrus either. It’s not one of those fresh citrus-y fragrances that you get from Atelier Cologne, where you REALLY smell the notes. In this one unfortunately everything is kind of jumbled together and you don’t smell anything in particular. If you are a fan of BTS/J-Hope I think it’s a nice collector’s item since it’s packaged in a nice box and comes with photo cards and other goodies, but as a stand-alone fragrance is just not that great.

This scent really represents J-Hope's personality (at least, the persona that he shows at public). Cheerful, but serious at the same time. The fragrance opens with a fresh citrusy note of lemon and bergamot, then the scent is slightly herbaceous and very "earthy". Like smelling lemon and wet wood. It's also a bit bitter, so it's a bit unsuitable for me. The fragrance is suitable for men who want a citrus scent that gives an authoritative impression
