Fleur De Weil

Funny reading the reviews on this...:D My barely used 30 ml bottle looked exactly like that when it fell on the bathroom sink and got broken. It was the last time I saw it, so the picture is pretty accurate in my case too.:D It smells NOTHING like Trésor. The only thing they have in common is fact that they're both fruity florals, like every other fragrance in the 90s.:D I can't think of anything that it reminds of, but if you want to compare Fleur de Weil to a classic floral, it may be closer to Anais Anais (even though they are very different scents). Fleur de Weil is fresher and has tropical fruits in it (if I remember correctly) and Anais Anais is warmer and all about white flowers. What can I say about Fleur de Weil? It's a soft fruity floral, good for Spring and Fall. Nothing particularly groundbreaking, original or sophisticated. It's a pleasant, casual scent suitable for daily use or for the weekends. It lasts about 4/5 hours.

This one is a bit of a mystery, there are no notes or reviews anywhere. It's like Weil launched it and then decided they made a mistake but the damage was already done. The perfume hit the stores and some people *gulp* bought it! I got a 1 oz. bottle, strangely not filled to the top, so this picture here is quite accurate, for only $3 at a downtown dusty. The scent is extremely light and fresh, but for some unknown reason, I can smell it and enjoy it for a while. I'm picking some sort of citrus, honeysuckle, ylang? Some musk and powder in the deep drydown that's well done and unobtrusive. All in all I like it, i think I'll keep it in my daily rotation.

It is like expensive fabric softener! Does not worth any coins to spend on! Much better compositions are out there than this.
