Aquafortis

Citrusy, fresh, woody, with a faint floral touch and a subtle sweetness. Opens up with a blast of citruses, very fresh and uplifting! Petrigrain delivers a lovely green & citrusy vibe and bergamot adds just the right amount of sweetness. In the mid the lemon takes a step back, jasmine & tangerine’s floral & kind of sweet touches soften things up! Later on there’s a lovely lavender note which adds a nice depth giving the scent an aromatic character. In the drydown the scent becomes woody and earthy. Vetiver and Iris are combined perfectly together creating a woodsy, earthy, dusty and powdery kind of vibe. Lastly there’s a hint of turmeric, giving the scent warm & spicy undertones. I really like this one! It’s mass appealing, definitely inoffensive yet elegant. Simplicity at its finest! It’s perfect for the warm months especially in high heat situations where all you want is to smell fresh & airy. Performance & longevity are pretty good actually for this kind of scent profile. smells like mfk's aqua universalis but more citrusy - a great unisex scent my boyfriend will totally wear this

bought this last week in tk max for £20, absolute bargain for the price, smells fresh, light and citrusy first hour i get mostly the tangerine blossom and lemon been wearing it in the gym and work amd a few have complimented me on how it smells even though i couldn't smell it by then so must be a bit stronger than what i realise... had a discovery set of acqua di parma blu mediterraneo this smells close to 2 of those scents layered Arancia di Capri and Mirto di Panarea.... edit. i see the perfumer created t.f neroli potofino amd a few of it's flankers.... definitely get something in that wheelhouse from this

It's a nice but kind of generic freshie: citrus and tangerines. Reminds me the equally light Atkinsons Jasmine in Tangerine (with no jasmine at all in there). I checked their website: oh dear, so expensive? Definitely a no for such a price. I have to say this scent smells cheap to me, more like an EDC for 12 eur but it lasts longer than an EDC, over 3 hours. There are vetiver, lavender and iris in this? Not to my nose. Also, I see Guerlain's Nerolia Vetiver in the similarity list: absolutely no, that one is green neroli which I really like, here I don't smell any neroli at all.

This is a nice fresh scent. Opens up citrusy with a bunch of petitgrain, dries down to a woody, citrusy scent with an ozonic backbone. Not bad but nothing unique nor groundbraking. Quite pricy for what it offers in my opinion.

I cannot believe I am the first to review this fragrance. It is lovely. A super hit of citrus right from go. It is straight forward and clean. As it dries down the lemon settles and the vetiver drives forward. It doesnt seem to be a longlaster but it does embody all the acidicy scents in a lovely way!

Aquafortis, by Wilgermain, smells like lemon juice, bergamot, cucumber water, bitterish green petitgrain leaves and an aquatic scent. It smells like a sour lemonade with green leaves.
