Amazing. On me, the first hour is mostly clove and a deep real oud. The florals and cardamom then add a soft, dustiness that is there for the remainder of the wear. The amber provides enough sweetness to smooth out the scent. If you like the standard vanilla/sandalwood profile, but want something deeper and unique, this is perfect.

If you've every met someone who's REALLY into essential oils, you've probably smelled this before. It is noticeably clove and cardamom dominant. In a style that almost calms you, it's develops into this bubble of dark, resinous, dry spices that sits for hours. Fairly linear. I really enjoy this one. Great for cold winter days.

Middle aged male, decent frag experience but consider myself a layperson nose. I did not look at the note breakdown. Just picked it from a few samples I received from this brand and gave it a bunch of sprays on a large test paper. Initial fairly potent blast of what my nose read as "rubber." Not in a bad way. This is my third sample from this house. Enjoyed the other two a great deal. This one has the most lift of the three so far. I can get wafts of this a few rooms away. This is one of those scents where the benefit is from a distance, not jamming the test strip into your nose ala youtube reviews. Has a freshy vibe. Finally looked up the notes. "Aha!" It's def the clove I'm getting, with some other spices. I normally like clove a lot, and I do not dislike this frag so far at all. Three hours in and the spices have blended better and it still has a knack for leaning fresh; not in an ozonic/aquatic/calone/ambroxan way at all, in a fresh spice way (which I far prefer, I have no tolerance for the former). Will chime in again tomorrow. I likely wouldn't wear this due to the rubber or "band aid" as another reviewer stated (which is unquestionably that note/accord we're both getting) but it's still a good frag and as my third try from this house, they're under-rated and under-recognized. For an all-naturals, the three so far are very impressive, with an almost commercial availability to them (meant in a good way, I can't stand the endless commercial freshies) and I'm more an oriental, gourmand, dark, rich, alternative-scents guy. Update, next day: Scent stayed fairly linear. "Rubber band aid" calmed a bit. As an oud fan, I couldn't detect any unless to say it's so blended in that I couldn't detect it. Will also say this had some projection. I could detect whiffs/hints of it throughout several rooms over 12 hours, making it the strongest projector from the three I've tried from this brand so far. Looking forward to the next sample I'll try soon.

This was a fun ride. I'm not really a fan of oud, but this was so well done, I enjoyed it. The opening was really a brew of sophisticated spice; it smelled simple and modern with a blend of clove, black pepper and cardamom. The middle was my favorite, a warm tuberose/jasmine combination but more in the background to the warm spices. In the dry down, the spices simmered warmly in the background while the oud came forward. It's a medicinal band-aid type of oud, but it was a nice contrast to the spice. It made the composition warm but also edgy.

CLOVES... CARDamom and oud... I can detect the oud within as i think it is almost a waste since the cloves, and the cardamom are always overpowering. But i can't deny that the oud is adding some aftertaste animalic smoothness at the end of a sniff. The jasmines is hazy but it's there, the pepper is kind of whiffs back and forth.... The spicy resinious animalic smoothness of this blend makes it quite impressive and beautiful.
