Blue Linen

Very nice. I don't have Red Velvet from the same line, but I do have Green Tweed and would say that this shares some DNA with that in a way that I can't explain on checking the notes. I think there's perhaps some chemical overlap between the two in the general area of resin. (To my nose, Green Tweed has a big tree sap/resin aspect.) This is probably a little more ambery/gummy than I expected but that is not obtrusive and the scent is also gently zesty and fresh, with only the tiniest hint of a bubblegum effect toward the fruitier end of what's happening here. I don't detect a whole lot of moss or spice or any emphatic aquatic vibe, but that is not to say that this is a simple scent. It is all there, in moderation. This is very well balanced, with plenty going on, though more in what I'd call a classic unpretentious Italian style than in a more complicated French one. The overall effect smells very comfortable and, in a good way, familiar, but I'm not sure I can pin down what other fragrance this is most like. I think the combination of citrus and amber here reminds me of similar pairings in Sergio Tacchini and/or perhaps Boucheron for men. This is probably not quite, quite as casually sporty as the Tacchini but is likely more casual than the Boucheron. I would think that that makes this an ideal dumb-reach Mediterranean-style freshie for daytime in the transitional months between spring and summer. It should also work very well as a gym fragrance. Oh, maybe I got it--I find this a lot like a lighter, more regularly wearable version of Arran Aromatics Machrie, which is a lovely, lovely warmer-months mix of--the notes I remember--prominent citrus, clary sage, labdanum (rockrose), and aquatic ambergris. That is a very good thing.

This piece of art can be sold for two or three times or even more than its price. Similar to all the other fragrances by WOMO's Italian men's salon, this wonderfully mixed juice can be put on the luxury perfumes shelf alongside the big brands like TF, ADP, and Amouage etc but at one-fourth of the price of others. You can simply recognize the high quality of the ingredients and the simplicity of the notes which can be found out very easily. I’m one of the oldest lovers of fantastic Italian brand since 2014 when it has been opened I have been visiting Milan by chance, and I remember when I have bought one piece of each product was shelved in the boutique that time. One of the things I’ve bought is a double face leather belt I still wear it and it looks like new LOL.

Longevity is terrible, it's gone almost immediately which spoils it no matter how good it smells.
