Goetheplatz (Frankfurt Exclusive)

Xerjoff Hit or Miss? So I want to first say: I have always Loved XERJOFF FRAGRANCES...I honestly have...but now I'm starting to wonder and given the high price point...maybe a little more than wonder. I hear people often say negative things and I just can't agree, but what we can agree on is the fragrances are: EX-PEN-SIVE! Is it really necessary? Are their fragrances that unique to warrant the price? Now I have a lot of expensive fragrances and I have alot of cheapees - and I tend to lean toward the cheapees unless something is REALLY DIFFERENT, HIGH QUALITY and SUPER WORTH IT. Worth it to me is: Is this unique enough in my collection to justify the price. Well, I'll answer that in a moment but lets first talk about what it smells like and performance. Fragrance: White FLORAL Definitely Performance: BEAST MODE! One spray that is all you need for all day! It stays on your skin from morning to night and on your clothes for longer. If you want BEAST MODE PERFORMANCE - This is one of those. Accords: Well, I voted on the following: 1) A LOT OF Tuberose, Tyger Lily and White Blossom - This is a white floral from minute one 2) A slight hint of: Sandalwood, Oud 3) Passion Fruit? Look, I own a very large passion fruit vine. I fill up 8 Home Depot buckets of Passion Fruit and give them away. I freeze Passion Fruit Juice in small baggies. I make Passion Fruit Margaritas...Yes, I know Passion Fruit. This Fragrance has ZERO PASSION FRUIT - at least not to my nose and I know Passion Fruit! So No Passion Fruit was definitely a disappointment 4) The cost for a 50ml was a disappointment but thats on me - I blame myself Well I must confess, my friend was visiting Frankfurt and I said: If you happen to be near the Xerjoff store buy me a bottle of Geotheplatz its a Frankfurt Exclusive - I'll pay you back - YES, IT WAS BLIND BUY! (I get it, that is on me) - it's unnecessary to buy such an expensive fragrance. Well, was it worth it? Yes if you absolutely want a WHITE FLORAL with Big Time Performance. I will say, and I truly hate this phrase, I never use it but many people do, so here it goes: It smells like a very wealthy person - Yes Money and Lots of IT. (I truly hate saying it, but it is true) Refinement and Wealth. If that is worth it to you and you happen to be in the area - go for it and enjoy it. I do caution you - one spray is all you need - any more would be ridiculous and annoying to everyone around you. Enjoy and Be Good To Each Other!

White floral goodness. When I visited Frankfurt, I decided to go check Xerjoff boutique. Unknowingly, they have a exclusive fragrance in their collection. The Goetheplatz. The SA told me to check it out, and I fell in love with it. Goetheplatz opens with a dominant white florals and passionfruit. Dries down to a nice and smooth oud that works really well even in hotter climates. The dry down doesn't just smell like oud, but it's more like a combination of the top notes and the heart of the fragrance mixed up together, but with oud. I get a lot of compliments from this fragrance a lot. So many to the point where I want to use this every time I go out, but due to how hard it is to get my hands on, I'd rather use something else lol. You only need at most 3 sprays for this fragrance to stay with you the whole day. It's a Parfum concentration from Xerjoff, so it only has 1 bottle size, which is the 50ml. The price is fairly expensive for what it is. I still open the cap to smell the fragrance at least a few times a week. That's how nice of a scent it is. Overall, It's a really pleasant fragrance. Bright, but not too bright. I use this as my morning special occasion fragrance now, but you can definitely use it as anything. Though, daily might be a bit too much lol. I'd recommend trying it out if you're in Frankfurt.

Insane fragrance imo. Opens with Passionfruit and white florals. It stays and projects a lot for a few hours. When it gets more subtle the oud comes out. In my opinion u could wear this in any season, but it might be a bit too strong for the high heat. Its unisex leaning a bit feminine. Still rocking it as a dude. 9,1/10

Tested it in the store. Very similar to Accento Overdose with a more fruity opening. A little bit softer than Ac Ov. But not necessary if you already have the other one :)

Somebody want to let go their collection. Please let me know
