Bois de Cèdre et Citron Vert

A beautifully balanced blend of levitating lime and grounding, warm, deep cedar. I detect no mint whatsoever, nor have any of my friends who've smelled it. Natural, refreshing, rich woodsy green. Simple, sophisticated but not overly serious, elegant but not snobby. Comfortable, confident but never arrogant. The paper sample included in an Yves Rocher mailing was so delicious, Mom and I decided that a long-time, very stylish friend and my BF both had to have it. Both indeed got this for Christmas a couple years ago. Each was immediately impressed, and my friend's wife adores it. My BF also owns a bottle of Royall Lyme, of which he is a long-time fan. He said the two scents are more than sufficiently different from each other, and he's very happy with both.

I love this, especially on hot sunny day. Definitely unisex. The initial spray is very citrusy, then the mint come up soon after, I detect the very slightly woody smell at the dry down, which is perfect for me since i don't too much of that. Mainly lime and mint, if you like these two components I highly recommend this very affordable edt.

Love this. Delicious & addictive smell. It reminds me of a warm, sunny day in a pine forest in southern France. Fresh & warm at the same time. Not synthetic or overpowering. Lasts long for such an inexpensive perfume.

Lovely for the summer! Reminds me of a fresh office type of smell.

A good fresh woody smell I get 6 to 8 hours easy

I received a bottle of this in a surprise box from one of my dear Fragrantica friends. This has been on my test list for some time, and I'm thrilled to be able to try it. It is similar in performance and category to Thymes Clary Sage. Both are light and airy scents beautifully suited to nearly any occasion. I feel it's more complex than the notes indicate, with additional herbs (like sage, for example). But nothing really stands out in this one. It's just fresh and nice and completely unofensive. I'm going to see if hubs likes it (since I already have a couple in this genre), but if not, I might keep it for myself! An easy one to spray with abandon on these hot days! A solid like.

Nature Homme repacked, minus the ivy and cucumber notes. Also less performing than Nature Homme, the lime stands out more with this one, but overall weaker and kinda lacks the depth with the drydown. It’s fresh and unisex, a safe choice for summer days. Re-application needed during the day. They should have kept the original.

This is a little gem and great value: it has a very warm yet fresh opening - once a somewhat overly alcoholic taint fades - with a lovely pairing of Cedar & Lime.

Such a HUGE, HUGE disappointment! This is not a NEW fragrance! It's a repacked "Nature" which was discontinued last year...

If only it lasted more than 30 minutes on my skin... Otherwise I was ready to spend the 38$ cad ( gift set) to get it.

sweet and citrus. too much mint. low performance. strange scent. smell of mint chewingum. but is intrigant. 6/10

I've to tell you something that just happened today.I was sitting in coffee shop the perfume store in front of me and yves rochers at my left.i was about to go to the store to buy le male terrible by JPG but i doubt because i know that this will burn my budget.so between buy it or not I was in fragrantica to see if there's a good fragrance of YR.i saw the comments.and enter to the website i found that there's a discount 50%. Finally i went to YR not by passion but just to take something cheapier.it's been almost 3hours and the smell is always strong and beautiful.

it is a really nice smell and well blended with its 3 ingredients. I prefer the first hour of it, after it gets a bit neutral but still nice. I would wear it myself i love mint and cedar both. And indeed it is a bit similar to mexx pure life man which I also liked

I really wanted to like this one as I love Lime. However, I really didn't get very much if any citrus. I did get woody notes. But overall this fragrance was extremely weak for me. Did anyone else have a similar experience with this one?

I'm a woman, but I'd like to test it...:-)
