Signature Seraphim Musk

Sampling the latest Zaharoff release, Signature Seraphim Musk, a fittingly musky blend that’s unlike any other musk-led fragrance that I’ve tried in its balance of raw/dirty musk and clean, sophisticated spiciness. It’s provocative yet smooth, fairly easy to wear considering what feels like a complex experience of the mixed musks against pink pepper, cardamom, florals. It’s fresh but not too fresh, sharp but not sharp, and raw/daring but not overly so. As with every release in the house, it’s classy and feels thoroughly-considered. It’s my favorite Seraphim-named fragrance to date, superior to both Blue and Red, in my opinion. With EDP concentration, strong performance, and the brand’s very standardly reasonable pricing of $195/155 for 120/60ml, this is an easy fragrance to recommend for anyone looking for something unique, versatile, and sophisticated, while also a special take on musk and musk dominance. Overall, I’m a big fan of this and I’ll likely buy a bottle. 8 out of 10

Just got this in yesterday and wearing it to work - 4 sprays. I will say first impression its not what I expected as I grew up loving my dads cologne "jovan musk for men" so when I hear musk I compare it to that. This is a very fresh/airy/hint of florals smell. The lady at work said she liked it but its more of a safe everyday wear is how I would discribe it. I feel like since this is somewhat new it may need some macerating before I can know for sure the final product. I feel like this is an 8+ hour cologne for sure. Regardless I have seraphim blue/signature rose and now this cologne and all of Zaharoffs cologne are very high quality oils and have a essential oil type feel to their smells where I just love to keep smelling them(inner armpit area). I would recommend you get this - my favorite out of the 3 is signature rose as I feel its a masterpiece. Very happy with my purchase!

This is musk and smoky incense. The black musk and cypriol are the two biggest things my nose picks up. Its like the scent that lingers in the air after you pour water on a bonfire. Dark, delicate and distinct. My bottle has gotten stronger since purchasing it and is an all day fragrance. I went from dousing myself and it lasting about an hour (or I was anosmic) to now keeping it to 1-2 sprays MAX and it's an 8hr scent with strong projection for roughly the first 3 hours. As the weather cools down, this is working into my regular rotation. While this does work if you want to layer, it stands well on its own.

How can a fragrance be bright and dark, fresh and smoky !? Not sure what sorcery went into making this but it’s uniquely perfect. Hard to find unique DNAs these days but this is it. This plays out exactly how you see it in the pyramid. Staring off fresh with leather playing faintly in the background, then slowly turning darker as the clock ticks. I wanted to find an easier true musk fragrance since both of my Narciso’s are too animalic and I hit the jackpot with this one. This isn’t a powerhouse room filler, but definitely a statement maker. A must have in any frag head’s collection!

Another classic from Zaharoff. This is a smooth oud musk with a lite touch of bergamot, I don't get much pepper at all. Longevity is about 5 to 6 hrs on 4 sprays, which I believe is sufficient. Beautiful presentation as well, distinguished and detailed. slightly leathery so sample before you buy.

Now that is out! This another beautiful fragrance from zaharoff, bergamot with cardamon, pink pepper earthy vanilla perfect for summer!! 9/10.

Here we go, all the haters coming out when they haven’t even tried it. I will review it when I get mine .

I approached Seraphim Musk lightly, assuming that I would be disappointed with another overly powdery ironed laundry scent. I was pleasantly surprised. It opens with a sharp citrus and a slightly sweet, nutty smell. As it dries down, a dirty musky scent appears with no powder. I attribute the dirtiness to the wood/leather/vanilla note mixture. Out of the three, the leather is more prominent, but still subtle compared to the musky scent. There was only very mild sweetness. As time went on, the leather became more prominent. Overall, very masculine. Performance was surprisingly good. Good projection for over 2 hours while it was still a strong skin scent even after the 9th hour. Finally a musk fragrance I can like. I can easily see getting a FB and have the impression it would be fun to experiment with layering.

Warning!!!! this stuff is very heavy on the Leather and Musk, You hardly get the rest of the notes they are subtle.

I love Seraphim red and blue. Each volleys to be my favorite. I was stoked to try this.. however, it's a major let down. I have soaps that have scents that linger longer. This is weak, barely noticable after 20mins. It's not me going nose blind. I've pulsed others. I regret saying that unfortunately this is way overpriced and not worth a full bottle.

DO NOT BLIND BUY. I am a huge Zaharrof fan. I was very excited when my Z S Musk showed up a couple of days ago. Wow, what a disappointment. Sera Blue and Red are awesome. Sig Pour Homme is spectacular. My initial reaction to Musk, I could not smell anything in the air. Very strange. I sprayed a bunch on skin and was hit with a top note of "Band Aid". My wife verified the Band Aid smell. It does fade into a very faint musky leather floral scent, very faint with no projection so I will assume little to no longevity. I have no idea how this is getting the ratings above, ridiculous. I am not putting my eval rating yet because I want to be fair to George and his hard work on creating this frag for us. I will wait to see of I get any masceration and improvement. Based on my 2 day experience, this is a 3.7.....

Is this the Dior Homme Parfume of the Musk fragrances 🤔 It's not as potent, but it has that addictive dark and mysterious aspect. Not the typical pyramid notes & accords I usually go for. But this is first proper musk fragrance in my collection, second is Vetiver Musc Narciso Rodriguez. I have tested a sample of Basileus Precious Treasure, it reminded of this one. Maybe a more attainable and lighter (fresher) version of Precious Treasure ? Or in the same vein.

Waiting for mine. Decided to get it after I got signature extreme and was impressed. If this one hits I'll keep buying them.
