7.0 Zara

Fresh and best of all.....lasts all day and you have good but not too strong projection. Costs hardly anything. Spring scent mostly....can work during summer but I think it might be a bit too green for that but that's my own opinion. On me the violet leafs comes out most followed by the musk. I think I can feel the geranium and maybe some of the cedar and the sandalwood. No mint and no lavender. But I wont cry over it because it smells great as it is. I use it as an everyday scent. But only for a week or two. Then I start to use something else. But I always return to it after a while. It comes in a gray desecrate box. The bottle is heavy (75ml/2.5oz) so try not to lift it just by the cork. Then you will end up with the cork in your hand and a smashed bottle on your bathroom tiles and your bathroom will probably smell faintly of Zara-7.0 until the day you move out from your apartment.

I just started paying attention to perfumery, so I can not compare it to many others or a specific one. But I liked this. It opens up somewhat medicinal; proceeds to an impeccably clean drydown and in about 2-3 hours, becomes a skin scent on me. It's kind of soapy throughout - not shower & water soapy but refreshing soapy. Something like Allure Homme Sport, just with its own scent. I imagine something like a razor cutting through a haystack in a rural setting. You get a really natural vibe from it, and there's a synthetic, clean thing going on at the same time. EDIT: In short: this is a barbershop scent updated for 2015/2016. EDIT2: the longevity is actually fine, sometimes it works even overnight.

I really love this fragrance especially in the summer – it’s so fresh and it was so damn cheap – I spray quite a lot on me, as well on my cloths and it’s lasts all day – this morning at 07:00 hours I sprayed it and now we are 17:00 hours and I still can smell it on me – I feel really comfortable with this fragrance and one way or the other, it always reminds me of the Provence in the spring/summer, I will be travelling soon to the Provence ( I think I am going to wear this a lot ). I have only one regret with this fragrance that I did not buy more bottles than one – I hope they will bring it on again next spring/summer

The sort of scent who helps you to find out who you are. Like a basic language book this fragrance guided me to discover and fall in love for violet. And more, It has also revealed I am more into aromatic than citrusy fragrances. It smells fresh, simple, minimalistic, white t-shirt, straight out of the shower. I would never say it is synthetic or cheap like other Zara's fragrances. Too bad it is discontinued I haven't found any other that I could replace it. I would be grateful to everyone who suggest me something similar in the private chat.

For the price, this really is a steal. Gets you compliments from ladies and is a perfect scent for the workplace (non-offensive, yet noticeable and has a personality). Generally, I get the violet and a slight hint of mint all along the life of the scent. Lasts about 5 to 6 hours on my dry skin .. it might have lasted longer but I was just nose-fatigued. Generally , I recommend this nice frag that reminds me of 212 Men from C.H. in it's green vibe. Regards

The mint in this fragrance is the note that stands out the most. I really enjoy it. It's fresh and clean and very enjoyable. The longevity is very good for a fragrance in this price range. 5 or 6 hours easily every time you wear it. More appropriate for the springtime than anything else, but it is still quite versatile. Zara fragrances are always wonderful and this one is no exception! Pick this up if you can for sure!

great smell - one of the better Zara fragrances - 2 in a box for less than €18 - people always wonder how it's possible that I always smell so well and different that the mainstream men - I always explain that it doesn't need much to smell great and unique and they are supprised that such good quality is available from a store like Zara

One of my favorite fragances, those were good times, Burberry men is pretty similar however it lacks the fresh and some geranium this has, pretty sad is discontinued:(

The violet leaf is really prominent in this one. Makes you smell steely clean all day. I don't really get lavender or wood here though. Definitely a daytime scent, but I feel it is best worn when it is rainy outside. This one lasts pretty good on me. Projection is quite strong initially but becomes moderate even after 8 hours. My mum can still smell it when I get back home, even though she say it is mild (I'm guessing its the musk and a little bit of the geranium). I got this in a bundle with 8.0 for around $50. As a student, I usually spray this on days when I have only one or two classes, or if I am heading out to the gym. I use this quite frequently while I keep my more expensive fragrances for special occasions. This one is slowly becoming my favourite out of the three numerical offerings from Zara.

EDIT: After testing it on skin, all i smell is violet leaf. Strange. On paper it smells more peppery than on skin... For me, this is a cheap version of Royal Oud. The pepper it's not listed and, in fact, it's not present with that strenght that we find on RO. Here you gonna get that violet leaf and mint that, together, create the accord of pepper. Probably with the help of geranium. But overall it's similar to Royal Oud. After 1 hour you will be left with green freshness instead of the Woody vibe of Royal Oud. But for the price, you can't go wrong. One of the few Zara fragrances that i liked. a solid 7/10

Gorgeous scent. Stays close to the wearer but longevity is really good with me. As noted, very similar to Burberry for Men (a fragrance I wear quite regularly), to the point where I'd actually struggle to tell them apart. I suppose Burberry's has more of a thyme herbal vibe where 7.0 has mint as the dominant note. I got this direct from Zara (this and 8.0 in a multipack for £17.99, both 100ml's) and an amazing scent, even more so for this price range. Nice!

This is a smooth version of the Burberry. No cedar as it focuses on the aromatic side which is a good thing. This is a perfect scent for casual/office and everyday wear. No gripes at all about it and for the price it's a no brainer.

Great scent probably my fav from the three collection I'm Zara, Thaler I like the red one then green.. This reminds me of grey flannel of course due to the violet leaf but this is much better, pleasant and cleaner.

To me, this reminds me of Versace Pour Homme minus citrus - very clean and fresh but 1/3 to 1/4 price of VPH. Great all-rounder - at the office or day-off, casual or formal.

Just tried this today. It smells really nice, I get lots of violet and lavender. It seems to last longer than typical Zara fragrances. For the price, this is a good one.

7.0 is surprisingly good for a cheap fragrance. I can't really discern all the notes, but the combination is pleasant, interesting and appealing.

Very woody fragrance, lasts for me around four hours. Very sweet smell.

Faint yet long lasting. Needs more than a couple of sprays to get the most out of it. Better suited to colder weather in my opinion. Would wear to the office and on casual outings. Would not wear in the evening or on special occasions. I find it to smell somewhat similar to Monsieur de Givenchy (Mythiques). I also think it smells similar to Gucci by Gucci Sport, but with that minty toothpaste sensation turned way down (thankfully). All in all a decent fragrance sold in a quality bottle at a reasonable price. I prefer this over 9.0 and the other which isn't worth mentioning by name.

A fresh, inoffensive and sweet fragrance. This is what nostalgic love smells. Without any doubt, the mix of lavender, musk and violet leafs, makes an innocent and romantic essence. Making you feel like you're in a openfield, saying farewell to your one and only love. This one is perfect for a walk in the park, in the morning with your beloved one. It's so natural and pure, unlike most of fragrances nowaday. Nice sillage, and decent longevity.

7.0 by ZARA has a so amazingly bewitching and highly mood-uplifting smell ! I loved it and all the women with which I met when I was smelling of it were so truly gladdened by it! I spray my clothes with it in only throughout the wonderfully slightly cool days and nights of the fall and the spring time!

Nice, fresh and discreet, with the violet very prominent, it smells very clean. After about 2 hours it turns a little sour but still fresh, which is nice. A blind choice for those who want something nice and non - offending for work or a social occasion at a very reasonable price.

Better and more citrusy version of this is ferragamo casual life. U can check the notes in both. Both heavy on violet but ferragamo more smoother. Cheers n happy sniffing
