A Daisy Bouquet In London

I have 3 perfumes from this collection, the first one I got was Sweet Pastry, based on the notes in Zara's website I thought it would my dream scent, went straight for the bottle, however I hated it, couldn't return it so now I just spray it on my bags. Then I bought a book liaison, the roller-ball version LOVE 😍 I was obsessed with it, so much so that I bought 4 bottles(7.99 each) then I thought might as well just get the whole collection, bought Daisy Bouquet and my heart was struck, it is my favorite, smells really like flowers, fresh a bit salty, creamy, feminine and delicate, it lasts on me but close to the skin .. Unfortunately I could only buy 2 bottles, didn't get chance to try Tokyo

I bought it, unsniffed, because of the covid, and the nice notes.... but... yes, it's the cumin, if you love cumin, than, this is the perfume for you. In my nose, it smells woods, and smoke, and of cause a lot of cumin. The drydown though, is much better with some kind of flowers, and some cakes (!), and more cumin, and, in a funny way, I kinda like it, because it's so very odd... hmm... It's a keeper for me - because of the lovely drydown =))

This is my fave among all 4. It is light, flowery, soapy clean and office safe in my opinion.

Very citrusy at the beginning but after 1 hour or so, the drydown it's quite similar to Noa, Cacharel. Great longevity and sillage.

This is an ordinary humble beautiful calm gentle woman in her mid 20, giving anyone who walks by a genuine smile with bright eyes. No dark intention, or complex thoughts. Citrusy on the first few minutes, then turn into a bouquet of very fragranced flowers with a few petals of jasmine and hyacinth empower by white musk. Sillage within like 3 to 4 feet, and last about like 7 hours. Good for Spring, or a cool summer day, suitable in office, casual hangouts It has a very decent value. It is scent that can smell very expensive if the person wears it in grace and confident.

It lasts all of 3 and a half minutes.

I've tested this one on skin three times now. I get a generic papery floral soap with freshly crushed cumin seeds. If not for the cumin note I might have kept this as an air freshener. But I can't unsmell the cumin. This one is not a keeper for me.

A Daisy Bouquet and A Book Liaison should've switched their names... A Daisy Bouquet, with notes of bergamot, jasmine, and musk... reads AND SMELLS like what I would imagine how a clean bookstore or even a library would smell; whiteness, starchy, papery, and dry glue, from all the clean and fresh suggestions bergamot and musks tend to have. A touch of jasmine to give some funky indole and sweetness to this quiet, cerebral-smelling "liaison." It's the clean, musky scent equivalent of a white cotton, blouse or dress-for-work, button-up shirt. A Book Liaison, with notes of plum, strawberry, patchouli... has the floralcy and fruitiness with earthy patchouli, that could easily be reimagined to the sweet delicacy of fragrant flowers and the crisp stems found in wrapped bouquets. It's too sweet and flowery to even have associations with books, and too flippant to be considered something lowkey and hushhush like a liaison... I don't know. I was a bit confused with these two from the collection and thought they've might had some switched identities... These are also my least favorite out of the four in the collection.

Didn't purchased it. The opening is like a flower bouquet, with some sweet and green notes, but then I got very strong Hyacinth, reminds me of Lady Blanche - they are very similar after A Daisy Bouquet has dry down.

August 2020 Without looking at the notes, I tested it and got Citrus - Peony - Musk. I see that it's really Jasmine, not Peony, but that's what I got. It came across as a very generic floral fragrance to me.
