Cocoa & Latte

I don't like sweet or gourmand fragances, but this one.... is weird. It smells like white chocolate, but in a refined way (it doesn't feel sugary or something you could eat). But the suede... oh my. They blend PERFECTLY. On paper, it wasn't for me at all, too much chocolate stench, but when I tried it on the skin, the suede just got all the control. It smells fancy, it smells comfy, it smells like you can pay 200$ for a sweater. A thing no one is pointing out; this is not leather, it's suede (gamuza/ante in spanish). They are not the same, they don't feel the same, they don't smell the same. The suede is ''softer'' and not as intrusive as leather's aroma. It's pretty unique. I recommend testing first on skin (it's ''only'' 17,95 euros, but still can't say it's good for blind buy), as, in my case, it changed almost completely from the paper. Sillage, projection, etcetcetc... are all good. On me, it gets to 5-6 hours (2 with good projection, then slowly turns into a more personal space scent, but you can still smell it), till it fades onto the skin, but I have to shower to get rid of the fraganc completely (sleeping with it softened on the skin feels so lovely). I would use it all year around, but maybe not in super hot climate or weather (smelling like chocolate on summer is a little bit not it). It's PERFECT for autumn and not hyper-gelid winter tho (would also be good for early wintery-spring). I don't know, it's cheap, it's smells amazing and incredible unique, it's not the typical Zara clean floral women scent... just try it if you have a shop around your city, it's virtually free. P.S.: I usually don't recommend fragances for ''dates'' or so, because I think that's something pretty subjective and personal, but I really think this one is kinda an error-free pick for a comfy (not super fancy or high-end) first day by night.

First of all, I don't think it's similar to Bianco Latte. This is completely different but still good. The thing that they have in similarity is the sweetness. This scent awfully reminds me of the vanilla candles in IKEA. The suede note gives a slight masculine note but at the same time the more it sits, the more that note turns into a candle-like or a burnt scent, it's soft, not sharp at all. I think the suede note makes this perfume more different than other gourmand vanilla-like scents. Chantilly cream and white chocolate are still the most standing notes to me. They remind me of an intense hot white chocolate drink with cream on top. The suede makes this scent heavier and carries the "feminine" notes to a more unisex level. But I think this is the type of scent that you either absolutely hate or absolutely love. My sister and mother were next to me while I was trying it. I loved it, the cream and white chocolate notes were standing out to me, but my sister told me that she hated the leather (the candle like scent) and it was so overbearing. Overall, I like it. It's perfect for a grey weather when it rains or snows. You just need to give it some time to sit. EDIT: This scent does NOT go away. I did a mistake by spraying numerous times. 1-2 spray is more than enough, it's been a day and a half and I can still smell it. It lasts even longer on hair (it got on my hair while I was spraying) and clothes. Beware!

If anyone at Zara ends up reading this, please please don't discontinue this fragrance. I adore it and will continue repurchasing for as long as I live. It is, for me, the best combination I have found of a sweet gourmand with a light chocolate smell and a dark and almost dangerous powdery suede. I personally love this combo, it works either for a night out at a vintage/cool place in the spring and summer or as an all-around casual scent for the colder months. It's a unisex fragrance but the milky sweetness makes me love it as a woman, but I could definitely see the kind of man that enjoys wearing Tobacco Vanille enjoying this fragrance. It also has insanely good silage and longevity, especially for its price point. I can still feel it on my skin over 12h later. It's an insanely sophisticated and complex smell, it legitimately smells more expensive than most Kayali perfumes. It's not a straight-up gourmand and it's not sickly sweet, but the richness in the suede along with the milky and delicate sweetness are delicious. Edit: Just to add that I smelled Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait today and after an hour it smells exactly like this.

The people saying it's reminiscent of babycat do not lie! I was on the fence for awhile but finally got this during a sale on some other fragrances and I do not regret it (wish I could say the same for the other 6 fragrances 🥲) I feel like if you like babycat you will probably enjoy this. You definitely gotta like leather/suede to enjoy it. Hope this doesn't get discontinued. Haven't smelled elclaire and bianco was forgettable so I don't remember if this smells anything like that... I'm assuming probably not to my nose cause I'd definitely remember if bianco smelled *this* good to me. Edit 5/17/26- Ehh. I kind of ruined it by doing a side by side comparison with babycat. I dunno, I just love babycat too much probably that it ruins everything in comparison lol if I didn't smell them side by side I'd probably still like this. After doing that, this smells kind of off like it has some sort of weird peach like fruit note mixed with cigarette... if you ever smelled disfruta from lore you'll understand, it is almost that same weird cigarette vibe. Don't know if I'll be able to keep this one now. Sad.

STOP.....somebody down below in the comments made an excellent point, this perfume is about performance and silage. When you first spray this perfume it comes across as if the notes are fighting each other, and that’s because it’s strong, However without realising, it’s the concentration of creamy chocolatey projection that’s awaiting to be set free. I sprayed this upon getting ready for work at home, and by the time I got to work I was greeted with an entourage of you smell gorgeous / amazing comments , I even got u smell good enough to eat!. And then came the question....what are you wearing and when it was revealed that it was actually from Zara, folks could not believe it while writing down the name lol. So yeh, get your hands on a bottle, and relax whilst it works it’s magic x

The initial smoky leather note was so strong and masculine, I was actually offended. I hated it. I didnt smell any cocoa or latte at all. But within 5-10 mins, a musky hot chocolate note came out and I kept going back to smell it. I’ve never smelled a combination like that before. I love the duality of the smoke with the powdery cocoa. I get what people mean by the waxy smell but I don’t think that when I smell it. It comes off as leathery to me. I also dont think the notes listed are entirely accurate. A more accurate note description would be Smoke Suede, Hot chocolate, Vanilla and Animal notes I kept smelling it 7 hours later. It turns into a smoky cocoa-y animalic skin kind of note. It’s an amazing value for the price.

Very interesting balance between cozy / gourmand / innocent (as in Bianco Latte or Eclaire vibes), and sophisticated / sexy suede, for a very reasonable price. Great longevity and sillage for a low budget perfume. To my nose, it doesn't smell cheap, nor chemical. It smells like hot chocolate milk and suede, and slightly smoky. It may not be the most original composition but it gets the job done on following the trends with a solid quality product. If this were on a niche bottle, from an expensive brand, it would be raved about. But poor Zara, she never gets the credit she deserves LOL I don't understand how almost nobody talks about this on social media. The only negative side: sometimes it gives me a rash.

I was given a candle with this scent. It smells like desserts in a coffee shop. It also has the added scent of damp autumn clothes and genuine leather shoes. It's as if people are standing outside the windows of this establishment, looking inside, where it's warm and cozy. When the candle was running low, I added the remains of chewed honeycomb, the remains of old cheap candles, burnt matches, and pieces of fire starter napkins to the glass container. It was a real miracle! The smell of campfire, honey, leather, coffee desserts - it was richer and better than before! If you only knew how much I love setting fire to something and watching it burn and smell!

The perfume has nothing to do with Éclair or Bianco Latte. The main scent is smoky woody vanilla. There are no milky, caramel, or sweet notes whatsoever. It’s an absolute copy of Rifaakat, Babycat, and Vanagloria. There is a rubbery accord, but it’s not unpleasant. Often, when a perfume is criticized, the word “synthetic” is thrown around — but let’s be honest, everything in perfumery is synthetic. At this stage, the scent doesn’t strike me as particularly long-lasting or radiant, though it’s too early for definitive judgments — these are only my first impressions. The bottle is elegant, with a well-crafted cap.

Insanely well performing fragrance based on Bianco Latte. Ignore the frag snobs, my wife has both original and this one and they are definitely going in the same direction. There's nothing cheap smelling about this one. Lovely caramel, vanilla, slightly lactonic, almondy smell. This one will be highly sought after, so grab it as soon as you get the chance. It's a killer fragrance. DON'T smell it upclose, there's a good chance you'll get anosmic, and won't smell anything. One spray on a strip or skin, and smell at distance, try to get silage of it. Same with Bianco Latte

Whoever said this is like baby cat and Bianco latte came together and made a perfume.... They are correct I have rifaaqat and eclair and yes, same. It is a beautiful perfect combination of the gourmand side and the animalic earthy resinous side of those perfumes put together! So sophisticated! I love both (or all 4 I should say) of those perfumes but I’d still want to always have this in my collection it’s so nice especially for this fall time of year but honestly can be worn when we you want to smell sweet but a bit more elevated than just like a cupcake!

Absolutely amazing but you must like resinous fragrances, suede and sweetness. I am really loving this. It reminds me of Rifaaqat ( as a cousin, same family not identical). It is more leathery in the initial spray, the dry down is really gentle. It is an attention getter, not for the faint of heart, that's a bold dark yet sweet fragrance. If you like Rifaaqat you should like this too. I would say it is unisex although it's very sweet but a man wearing this is like a red cape for a bull ( I am a Taurus). Fabulous 😍

It is actually incredible, I bought it because I could feel the leather note in it and it's something I personally love. Leather plus a sweet chocolate, it is true that the name may be misleading but I'm glad it is because it's so good, I can understand why its not for everyone thought. People comparing it to bianco latte are so wrong, also bianco latte smells fine but omg it has no projection for such an expensive perfume. I would recommend getting the perfume with the body oil, they good so good together !!

Oh I love this. I visited it few times on hot summer days, And after spraying it I just couldn’t stop sniffing it on me. Leather notes in general pleases me, but here it is not too strong so it could be weared on heat summer days. Its not perfumey and feels really sotf & pleasant overall. Very sexy too. I find that people especially men are feelin the pull towards scents that are little dirty/unperfect/natural/primal combined to something sweet and pretty. SO anyways, today I get the Bottle home.

The suede in this is extremely realistic, to the point of smelling like an actual animal, specifically a horse. To me on my skin this smells of literal horse. If a horse was wearing Bianco Latte, this is exactly what it would smell like. A couple of hours later there's also a slight rubbery tire note in there. I am aware this sounds awful and yet I love it. Really not quite brave enough to pull this one off so I'm not gonna buy it but holy moly it's fabulous.

One spray is all I need. This is by far the best perfume I've ever smelled by Zara. It's so cozy (especially now being fall) It's sweet without being cloying, and has that comforting powder from the suede and a bit of smokiness that, although is not quite cocoa, reminds me of it and also of roasted marshmallows. Without a doubt is a softer, quieter Babycat dupe, which I still hope to acquire one day but for now this will suffice.

Girls, guys. I read all the reviews. This one is about the trail and sillage. Stop sticking your nose on wherever you applied it, or applying it right under your nose. You all are getting rubber/leather smell because you get anosmic to the more airy, vanilla, latte notes. This scent is strong, and is meant to be smelled at some distance. Two sprays at the BACK of your neck is enough, and then tell me what you think.

I love this perfume! The name is sure decieving, the suede smell is very strong and it takes a while for the chocolate notes to come in but its still really good, very hypnotic. The time i bought it I wasnt originally looking for a perfume, but since the first time i smelled it i couldnt keep it out of my mind i couldnt just leave it there. It's also quite long lasting, strong and endurant, and cheap too!

To me smells almost exactly like Bianco Latte, but with an added really subtle and soft suede note. My pet peeve about Bianco latte was it's sickly sweetness but this dials it down a bit and is fantastic. When you first spray it is quite harsh and screechy but if you can get past that first ten minutes of screechiness, then you'll be grand. Can definitely pull it off as a guy, 100% unisex imo

i never managed to get into bianco latte, i always smelled something in the back of it that irked me...like the wax of an unscented candle, so when i read this was similar i was sure i'd hate it. this, however, i love. i think the suede note helps toning down the sweetness and making it more creamy. it's definitely a cozy smell, almost reminiscent of hot white chocolate.

Something is very addictive here. A little bit of a coat with the smell of cigarettes. O maybe the morning after the party. I tried today and couldn't stop smelling my hand. But I understand why others hate it - I think you have to love incense/leathery/heavier perfumes to like this one. I love it.

This is Eclair / Bianco latte plus leather. On my skin, it's mostly leather, but on clothes, it's 50/50. I smell more of a Bianco latte DNA on the clothes and prefer it that way! Not going to put this on my skin. P.S. Lasting power is good! I can still smell it clearly the next day.

Don't be afraid of the suede note as it sits close to the skin and doesn't project as much as the other notes, you don't really get it from afar, plus it fades quite quickly (at least on my skin it does) and in a few minutes you're left with a nice milky vanilla cocoa scent.

The nicest of the trio. This one was a pleasant surprise. A tad of white chocolate with vanilla and a bit of a wearable touch of leather. Very grounded and elegant. Unisex.

I’m a white chocolate lover. Cafe latte is my favourite kind of coffee. Leather scents are magnetic. This fragrance is so freaking delicious to me... LOVE IT!!

This perfume is so cozy and milky and dries down Very laconic on my skin and last on my skin I really like it so much so I have already brought a back up

Such a warm cozy fragrance that lasts forever

I dislike almost all Zara perfumes and I haven't came across one that I would purchase, however, for this one I had to go back and sniff over and over again to make sure how I feel about it. With Zara perfumes the longevity is nice, however to my nose it feels like all the scents are similar and boring. It isn't fair to expect much from them as they are quite affordable but I still haven't found one worth buying either. Almost all of them smell cheap to me. I do like this one compared to the other ones, my rating would be roughly 5/10. It has a nuisance to it that can make your head ache If you have migrainnes (hence why I didn't purchase it) but it has some sort of addictiveness to it. I like the level of chocolate and "latte" in this (it doesn't smell much like a latte to me which is a plus If you dislike overpowering coffe scents like me) and there is a certain creaminess to it that not other Zara perfumes seem to have; it doesn't smell cheap. Also, it doesn't turn into a doughy, raw scent. Is it excellent? No, but it is worth trying out at a Zara store and I probably would have given it a shot If I didn't have migrainnes... Also they have a scented oil from this series which smells really good!

This one will definitely satisfy your sweet, gourmand cravings! I love it, it smells like a decadent dessert. Wouldn't necessarily call it a BL dupe, but I think this has more depth to it. It's not just vanilla, but chocolate and suede. I agree with some commenters that if you spray it and immediately put your nose to your skin, then there is something funky about it, but if you let it sit, then soon you will be enveloped in the most perfect, fluffy cloud of sweet scent. At first, I got the new body oil version, which smelled so good, but the scent went away after 10 minutes, so I got the actual perfume. Still, the body oil is pleasant to use before bed.

I sprayed 5 different zara perfumes in my arms in different spots and after and hour this is the only one i can still clearly smell. All the other dissapeared after 10 minutes. I don't know if i would wear it.but i keep wanting to smell it like it is kind of addictive. it is one of those perfumes that maybe you don't wear but wanting to have it just to smell it whenever you want. now i want to try bianco latte because of this Edit : i smelled eclaire and i prefer this because the leather note makes it way more interesting ,it adds an intriguing contrast when it slightly cuts through the sweetness

Really nice, but there is something a bit acridic that throws me off in the drydown. It thankfully fades after about 30 minutes and becomes much creamier. Reminds me of a mix of GDT Bianco Latte and YSL Babycat, though the similarity to Babycat fades along with the acridic, pepper-esque note in the drydown. Has moderate sillage and lasts about 7 hours on me. ✔️ Lattafa Eclaire: similar but missing the peppery drydown ✔️ Paris Corner Taskeen Caramel Cascade: similar but missing the peppery drydown ❌ Billie’s Eilish: a grassy vanilla ❌ Zara Supreme Vanilla: more of a woody vanilla

At first, I was taken aback by the suede note that seemed to overpower the cocoa. I second a comment below that basically said the notes are fighting lol. But once it settles, you indeed get a great balance of sweet white chocolate that contrasts with the leathery, slightly salty (?) suede note. I don't know why but the contrast really stuck with me. I can see this being worn in the office, on a date or just on a day-to-day basis. It is a true unisex to me and I bet this can be layered beautifully with other fragrances to add some complexity.

Really impressed, the potency of this is unreal for me especially for a Zara. Strong and longlasting. Comes across like a parfum. It's thick with coffee, chocolate, fudge and caramel. A slightly rubbery leather (saffron-ish), and some woodiness. The fruits don't stand out to me massively but they do seem to poke out at the top of the dense thickness of the other notes to balance them out. May not be highly wearable or versatile, but a banger when I'm in the mood for it.

BIG disappointment. It smells enormously bitter, with a rubber-like scent which is so heavy that I can't detect any chocolate at all. I thought it's supposed to be sweet... EDIT: After letting it settle for one day and reapplying, the creamy note starts to grow. However, it felt like whipped cream without any sugar; it's creamy and milky but it's also very bland and not sweet at all (imagine taking away all the sweetness). Still a bit disappointed but I like it now.

This smells like like a less sophisticated version of Nyla Vani-elle Suede. Think of Biancolatte mixed with Ishq al shuyuk (with the saffron). It's not bad at all, and I'm glad that zara made something like this. My only con is that on my skin, I get a medicinal bitterness (when I smell is really closely), but it's fine when smelled from a distance. I think there is an undeclared bitter almond note in there.

I may have to leave this in a dark cupboard for a while and come back to it because I either went immediately nose blind to it, or it doesn’t last more than 15 mins on me. Jordi Fernandez is a great perfumer so I refuse to believe that my bottle is a dud. Either way, the initial scent is a banger.

Quite straightforward vanilla, strong, intense, dark chocolate. Gives me Middle East vibes. For me it is too far from Bianco Latte to call this a dupe, max an inspiration from it. But if you like this kind of fragrance profile, then you will probably like this one too.

Yup. Bianco Latte “dupe”. Quite similar to caramel cascade taskeen from paris corner. Not that similar to eclaire and Bianco Latte DNA 100%. You do get that rubber smell tho... I don’t care about it but if you do, you should consider that before buying.

To my nose this is a 90% dupe of Bianco Latte. I don’t find BL or this too wearable but it makes a lovely kitchen fragrance. I spray it liberally on my kitchen towel and I can smell it for days. $35.99 for a big jar too. Great value.

Opens with a powerful sweet leather-suede that stays for an hour or so, than it settles into a very candy-like sweet chocolatey vanilla scent. It is almost cloyingly sweet, not for everyday wear and definitely not for warm weather.

on skin, this is pure leather. like a leather store in italy. on clothes, however, it's an exact dupe of eclaire by lattafa. i'd even say that the alcohol is more prominent in eclaire, so in that sense cocoa & latte is better.

Nothing like Bianco Latte. I dont understand how people would even come up with these comparisons. You have leather in this, taking it to a whole another profile scent. Its good tho and better lasting than most zara perfumes.

Disappointing. A very much weaker eclaire by Lattafa. The opening is much more Cocoa and yes, beautiful, but in less than 10 min it smells a bit woody leathery WEAK eclaire...

I wasn’t really sure what to expect. When I think of other chocolate fragrances, I think of Black Orchid, I think of A*Men Fantasm. Both fragrances are so different that I don’t really know where this one would go. The suede/leather combo with something gourmand is also not new to me, because the idea kind of reminds me of Noir Extreme by Tom Ford. I was intrigued by the cocoa collection but I also heard it was underwhelming. Many said this one was their favorite and it also intrigued me the most. I’ve recently been enjoying leathery scents. This one... I’m kind of undecided about it still. On one hand, I think it’s kind of cool. When your first spray, you do get the creamy sweetness, and from there you get more of that suede coming through. By the time it dries down, you mostly get something that’s like a straightforward, singular suede note. Not sure if it needs to macerate and the nuances will come through more. Longevity and projection is great. I’m kind of undecided on this one at the moment, but it’s definitely a suede BOMB. Unisex if not masculine leaning.

So, Zara clearly tried to whip up a more masculine and less sweet knockoff of Bianco Latte. But did they nail it? Ehhhhhhh... Let’s kick things off with the opening note. WHAT IS THIS LEATHER SMELL? LEATHER? More like burnt rubber and a cigarette butt! Right off the bat, the scent of scorched rubber slaps you in the face, with a hint of caramel lurking in the background. I’ve never come across such a terrifyingly grim leather note. Strangely enough, this dreadful scent seems to be noticeable only to the wearer. A few minutes later, the Zara salesgirl came over and asked what I was wearing, calling it "delicious." After about 30 minutes, the fragrance finally opens up to something resembling Bianco Latte, but until then, it’s quite the wild ride. Would I recommend it? If you’re down to smell like a garage for half an hour, go for it! Otherwise, I’d say hunt down one of the other three thousand Bianco Latte knockoffs that won’t drop you into the middle of a Formula 1 race.
