Gloss À Levre

In a hurry, between two longdistance-trains, I grabbed 4 bottles unsniffed and I didn't have time to check the notes because the only Zara shop in Oslo was closing in 2 minits, so this Gloss à Levres came with me, and I'm so very happy with my new perfume :)) It smells nearly the same as Zara Wonder Rose perfume, except that this one is a bit fresher, it has more intens red berries and peach, in a splendid blend, and the little dash of vanilla is like the dot on the letter "i", and I can highly recommand this nice perfume to all of us, of all ages and gender :))

I bought it in 2019 from my local Zara shop but I can’t find it anywhere I want to smell it again it had a beautiful smell best for spring/summer

So I was waiting in line at the Zara counter, when a lady came up to the cashier to ask if they had "that perfume that smells like strawberries". The cashier called the manager for help, who promptly pointed the lady in the direction of this scent. Naturally, my interest was piqued right away and I made sure to test this before leaving the store. At that moment it did smell a lot like strawberry to me: after a bright, juicy opening it settled down to something like a strawberry shortcake. Soon I went back to the store to grab this. Upon closer inspection and further testing, I would say that instead of plain strawberry, I can smell each and every separate note. Different berries, perhaps including strawberries, peach and vanilla, all three clear as day. Actually I would say that after the initial juicy opening, peach is the most noticeable note, followed by vanilla, and the final drydown is sugary fruit. This is not a jammy scent at all however. I would describe it as very light, if not even somewhat watery, and perfect for summer. However there's one big problem here, and that's the performance. Unfortunately,this has the performance of a body splash. It needs to be sprayed very liberally to become noticeable, and even then it soon becomes almost undetectable. All in all, however, this is still a pretty and very reasonably priced casual summer scent and I'm really enjoying it at the moment. You will probably enjoy it if you like fruity vanillas.

Honestly this is my different kind of fragrance. I usually opt for something fresh, oceanic, musky, and not overtly sweet. But trying something new is not a sin right? So on my skin, this fragrance opens like a vanilla cake with fruits on top. The vanilla note is very dominant and the other fruity notes are there to complete it. The sillage is strong, but the longevity is average for 2-3 hours. I dont dislike this perfume, but not love it either. I think for overall I will score this perfume 6/10.

I liked it when i first tested it in the store. I still like it tho after 2 years but i dont wear it often anymore because its smell has turned into something synthetic, reminding me of rubber boots with fruity scent. Great value tho.

It smells like a wonderful combination of red berries and peaches, with a hint of vanilla. However, this is not a jammy fragrance. I'd characterise it as light, if not somewhat watery, and ideal for summer. This is still a lovely and fairly priced casual summer smell that I'm really loving right now. If you prefer fruity vanilla, you'll probably like it. Although the silage is robust, the duration is moderate. Love, love, love it!
