Golden Decade Floral

I don’t know if it’s similar to PP Intense. I’ve only smelled that once. It’s got the Libre dna. I know that. I love it. I think it’s discontinued though. I got my bottle off Mecari. I will come back with remarks on sillage and longevity. Most of Zara’s are lacking in that area so my expectations aren’t high, but most of them smell good including this! Amber, citrus joyful scent! I seem to be a fan of anything with Amber and citrus. Edit: For Zara, excellent sillage and longevity.

I throw 5 new perfumes in a basket, l didn't have time to test them, l wouldn't have bought it if l had smelled it in Zaras shop in Oslo. Anyway, I'm glad it came home with me, because it smells beautiful. I have the original scent, and YSL Libre, witch l absolutely adore, this little sister is slightly lighter and moore floral, and, it will get legs to walk with this summer! 10/10

Feels like diving headfirst into a bouquet. It's floral and feminine, with a lightness that keeps it from being cloying. It’s a nice spring / summer scent. Also, the longevity is top-tier. I was surprised when my husband could still smell it on me after a nine-hour shift. Sadly he's not a fan and asked if I was wearing an expensive designer perfume (which made me lol). I feel like the pineapple is super faint and the vanilla is something I smell more of on the dry down after a few hours. That said, I think it's very pretty and I like how it smells!

This is Prada Paradoxe intense on a budget. Sillage and stay in decent time. If I sniff this first, I wouldvr purchased this instead of prada paradoxe intense

The opening reminded me of Red Temptation a bit (probably the Sunmer edition, must be the peony), then it fades and it becomes a true flanker of Golden Decade. I didn't find it to have a noticeable pineapple note or a an exotic allure, and neither a particularly different floral core in respect to the original formula. I think this version smells 90% just like original Golden Decade, but it is less soapy, more citrusy and more vanilla based in the dry down. While the vanilla appears to be more strong here in comparison to Golden Decade og, still this flanker is less sweet, less syrupy and overall more light and airy. Dry down is less complex too. I find the performance to be very similar to original Golden Decade.

I wanted to love this, as I like pinapple and Golden decade. I even bought it, but soon started to regret.. Opens up pretty, but the dry down is not convincing me. I do no pick up any pineapple, for me this dries down sharp and tart, and in my skin I dont pick up any vanilla either. I will wait, if this works better on summertime when it gets really warm and it has had a moment to macerate, but so far not my favorite.

I'm glad I blind bought the small bottle. There is NO pineapple. There is no vanilla. I purchased this primarily for the pineapple note. I love the original Golden Decade, but find this very 'perfume-y' and a bit screechy. Definitely a disappointment for me, however, I can see some people really enjoying it.

It was at my local store this morning! This smells like golden decade but less syrupy sweet and soapy, and more fresh/sharp/tart. Pineapple is not the first fruit that comes to mind because it comes off super fresh, almost citrusy. It actually reminds me of the raspberry + peony at the top of red temptation summer. I love the OG; Floral is a like for me.

Sweet, airy and with poor sillage and duration. On my skin it smells like a Kors version of wonderlust. I guess it is made on the premise of adding some saltiness, floral note to a big seller. I did not like the original anyway. And I do not like Libre. It is soft, but I will pass

I agree with @scentsitivewoman05, it does remind me a bit of Prada Paradoxe intense. I quite like this as and as with all things I like, I have a few back up bottles due to fear of it being discontinued.... I've been caught out before 😆
