Il Homme

Found some on a local Zara store. Yep, circular bottle and weaker than the previous packaging. The first one that I had, the old packaging, was made by Antonio Puig, now it is by Laboratorios Coper. The smell is similar but the vintage one was better.

I think no more this one in ZARA shop :( I have try in france, hong kong and thailand... can't find anymore

Zara still carries this but the scent may have been reformulated a bit. (Its available in the states at least). It sells at 25.99 and it is in a "NEW" round styled glass bottle with black plastic top. half of the glass is tinted while the bottom half is transparent and shows the juices color. Smells soapy very similar to Vera Wang for men & Intimately Beckham. there is also another version called Zara Homme Night which is the same but leans more similar to Joop! In fact I thought it was a copy of Joop. There is also another Zara Homme fragrance which is a complete different bottle but no other version or name on it, just called: Zara Homme. It smells completely different and the bottle (almost feminine looking) is a smoke glass bottle with a masculine edge and black top that says zara on top. Around the glass bottle is a suede like grey fabric with II Homme printed on it.It reminds me of the oud, mossy, resin, balmy, woody, natural tree smells that oriental/Japanese fragrances are often known for. If you cant find it, Lalique Encre Noir is the closest thing to this fragrances smell scept Encre Noir has more of a burned forest vetiver scent. Tried looking for the photo of the new bottle design as well as Zara fragrances in general on google but its hard to come across. Zara also has a new scent called Zara Man Amber. It is my favorite from Zara's fragrances (which are usually made by Maesa & Laboratorios Coper) Zara's Amber is so much cleaner and fresh unisex feeling to II Homme. Its even better! I get more compliments wearing it then this.

UPDATE to previous review of mine: Zara still carries this but the bottle changed. (It may have also been reformulated) its harder to find now & only some Zara stores carry it, it sells at 25.99 & it is in a NEW round faceted cut smoke-glass bottle (almost feminine looking or vintage perfume bottle style) it has a black top that says zara on top. Around the top itself & around the glass bottle is a suede grey fabric with II Homme printed on it.It reminds me of the oud, mossy, smokey, resin, balmy, woody, natural tree smells that oriental/oud/Japanese fragrances are often known for. It has a bit of a dirty wet wood scent as well, some people say i smell like a fresh forest. It becomes a bit leathery then musky after it settles. Its def masculine and unique thats why i like it. Tried looking for the photo of this new bottle design on google but its hard to come across. Zara also had a new scent called Zara Man Amber. It is my favorite from Zara's fragrances (which are usually made by Maesa & Laboratorios Coper) Zara's Amber is so much cleaner and fresh unisex feeling to II Homme. Its even better! I think Zara creates seasonal fragrances and discards them depending on popularity and trend. As another guest said Homme II is def not like the original scent (no bueno). But Homme II night smells a lot like the original product made in 2003. Was in the store today and just so happen to pick up the bottle. After I smelled it I was in love all over again def purchased a bottle. I am in Valencia, Spain so I am not sure if it is sold world wide. If Zara was smart they would sell it everywhere, because it is going to be atop seller.
