Le Petit Lullaby

This reminded me of The Kennedys, whom I have loved since forever. No other Presidential family could EVER compare. Anyways, this has Carolyn Bessette all over it. Not everyone will love it because they don't know about having class and think only expensive perfumes can make them relevant, the type to say, "all I wear is niche" Shut up! NOBODY CARES. A nadie le importa! Tout le monde s'en fout. Her favorite perfume was an inexpensive Egyptian musk oil. Honestly, chefs kiss. Which is why she would’ve loved this one. It’s comforting and at the same time delicious. It reacts with your chemistry. I’m sure she always smelled great, even while wearing such affordable “cheap” as some will call it, perfume oil. Bougie baby lotion mixed with Victoria’s Secret discontinued Pear Glace. Because if you know, you know. That lasts depending on your ph. On me, it lasts all day, and smells better at night layered with a heavy musk. I love it. She was known to be a LOVABLE person. With an amazing sense of humor. Serious, deep yet funny. I would’ve loved to be her friend. BISOUS

This is the smell I was looking for in years, love it love it! Unfortunately it’s very weak, I wish they had a version with exactly same scent but with more longevity in the skin. I apply in the scalp after washing and drying my hair to last longer. Totally clean-girl vibe :)

Best Zara perfume ever! This is the third time I buy, great to spray on your pijama and bed and on your underwear, it’s smells like expensive rich baby 😂. Honestly it’s perfect

It's what it's promised really juisy pear with musk. Smells like innocent, clean and kind of creamy. It too light. I'll buy it again if it's on sale.

I was sent a tester of this fragrance along with a clothing purchase I made at Zara and was struck instantly on reading the description before even sampling it, how closely the description matched that of one of my favourite fragrances Petite Cherie by Annick Goutal. When I did sample the fragrance these thoughts were confirmed as it smells so similar. The descriptions for both fragrances make mention of infants and smelling this is akin to smelling the hair of young child who has just got out of the bath having washed their hair with Johnson’s baby shampoo. There is a light, cosy innocence about the pear notes, but like Goutal’s fragrance, this doesn’t stick around long. The upside here is that this fragrance is a fraction of the price and for that reason I bought myself a full size bottle. It doesn’t look great for Jo Malone though that she has put her name to what is an obvious copy.

an out the shower before bed kind of thing weak and and very intimate sits close to the skin however that musk? can still be sniffed like 12 hrs later but its a super skin scent literally a second skin. someone has to put their nose on you to smell this just a comforting, cosy, cuddly little thing. peaceful even. good for going to bed. not much to write home about. not even sure why I picked it up. maybe I was in need for some of that comfort!

This smells a lot more expensive than it is. On first spritz it reminded me of “waterlily tea dress” as it has the same aquatic - spring feel. After a few minutes this fades into a gentle, sweet musk. If you like pear and frésia from Jo Malone this will be for you, it’s like the baby sister. Beautiful and clean. Longevity is not as good as the rest of the Zara emotions but for the price and that it’s not cloying, I am happy to reapply.

This is a rather pleasing scent but fleeting as it truly doesn’t last. The alcohol content is very low so it’s very safe on babies and young children. If you like this scent from ‘Zara Emotions’ created by Jo Malone, they have ‘Golden Lullaby’ that is much more potent and I wish I had gotten a spare.

i bought it yesterday in my local zara, it’s fine, clean, musky scent for everyday wear, good for spring/summer, reminded me of bvlgary omnia crystalline or rain essence, kinda similar musky dna

very comforting, light smell. i didn't even know it's for babies because it was just handed down to me and i just usually use it before going to bed or spray it on my pillows.

It has a very calming feeling to it, perfect for spraying on the pillow before going to sleep, but that's about it.

Light, inoffensive, and pleasant. I used this as a room spray until it ran out, and quite enjoyed it.

I really found the idea of Le petit lullaby to be very sweet. I bought it in a gift set that came with The golden lullaby. So, the latter is meant for grown ups, while the first one is aimed to children. Yes! Children. This has been done before with Bvlgaris Petit et mamans (translates to mother and child). Both of them are alcohol free and smells very intimate, slightly powdery and just very clean in the most inoffensive way you can imagine. While Petit et mamans develops this slight sweetness (from the peach) to it in the dry down, Le petit lullaby stays linear from top to base. No fragrance pyramide here though, it’s just a very gentle, musky, clean ”perfume”. Longevity is nowhere to be seen, but this perfume doesn’t aim for that. It’s pure and innocent. But at the same time very gimmicky

I don't smell pear as such, it's too light for that, it's like the freshness of pear juice but softer with v light airy musk. It is barely a smell but a v nice one. It was only 7 quid n the box illustration is pretty, like the 'Guess how much I love you' bunny book. Very much a skin scent, in both senses, quite skin-like, as in your-skin-but-better, plus it stays v close to the skin. Nice bedtime scent so def won't keep you awake, + it's cuddly. Absolutely ideal for those who don't want to make any scented waves or work in clinical environments.

I picked this up after stumbling upon it on the Zara website. After testing it, I decided I liked it enough to purchase it considering the low price point. This is a gorgeous, inoffensive scent. I'm probably biased after reading the description on Zara, but the fragrance makes me feel comforted and like I'm in a sweet, intimate moment. It doesn't change on my skin. Sadly, it doesn't last at all. An hour after application, I can only detect it in the crook of my elbow. In the future I will spray this on my clothes/scarves, but I won't buy again.

I was able to test it at TKmaxx thanks to an unknown person before me who seemed ignorant of the (now broken) packaging seal. To me it smells like soap, no hint of musk unfortunately. I dont know if it’s supposed to look like this, but there were literal iridescent soap suds on the fluid as well. It smells like somebody replaced it with soapy water, I guess, and it doesn’t last very long either. Did somebody replace it with soap water? In my TKmaxx? Its possible...

Quiet musk. Something drives it the longer I smell it on the skin - maybe this is the pear. There seems to be zero silage. I wonder if it contains a musk or wood that my nose is having trouble detecting because its so mild its barely there. Le Petit Lullaby is uniform and unchanging on the skin. I don't love it, I don't hate it. It doesn't evoke anything, its presence is mostly mute.

Too light as it is a edc, go for the golden lullaby instead

I start getting worried with fragrance like this, that my nose has stopped working. Barely smells at all. Kind of just a light, LIGHT skin smell. Definitely one step above nothing at all, but I don't want to spend money on something I can barely smell, even if I have my nose right up against it. You could probably walk into a place that says your not allowed to wear fragrance and no one would notice if you wore it anyway. The tiny smell doesn't last very long at all. No longevity, no sillage. Definitely inoffensive, except to my wallet.

Smells like baby shampoo or lotion. It's not powdery. It's clean and sweet, very calming. It's not listed on the notes but I get some lavander, like the one in johnson's sweet dreams baby oil from back in the day. I like it. Not for regular wear but for when the soul needs some soothing, after a shower and before bed. Got the 40mL for 5,99€ in the winter sales and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I know it’s made for kids (babies?) but this is basically undetectable and totally pointless to pay for... it’s not expensive per se, but still extremely expensive for what you get. Maybe it’s all on me, as I don’t understand this concept.

Alright, I do get this is a cologne, but this smells like nada. This is straight up bottled water. Do not even bother with this one. Bottle is gorgeous tho.

I don't like jo malone perfumes. including this one. simple and boring.

I wanted to try this because of the reported similarity to AG Petite Cherie, but there really isn't any lol. My bad for expecting another mythical Zara dupe. Yes, both are wispy, musk-based "baby" scents but Le Petit Lullaby lacks that crisp, cool pear-and-roses combo that IMO characterizes Petite Cherie. It's just soft musk all the way down with a maybe a ghost of vanilla/fruit lingering in the background. That being said it's totally fine as a scent on its own, especially for the USD$20 price point - baby-themed without being powdery, clean without being soapy or too chillingly aquatic. No staying power, no sillage, but if you like this sort of thing would be excellent to spritz after the shower or just before bed.

Just bought this in Mexico for $10 and I regret not buying a second bottle! the first time I wore it out, I didn’t smell anything all night until I wore the sweater the next day but it was very light. But now straight out of the shower, the scent has lasted much longer and I keep asking myself “what’s that smell?...oh yeah ITS ME!” Scent is very soft, similar to Abercrombie perfumes but less stronger and less teen. It also smells like cashmere slightly with citrus/florals. Love it!

Absolutely delicious fragrance. It smells like a clean girl with clean soft hair. To smells like this, is a major advantage since it makes you feel more youthful. I think it is a nice scent that people (who come close to you <3) will think it is your own skin/clothes/hair scent instead of perfume. Love it.

If u can find the fragranced body lotion, get it! Its much more intense and long lasting on skin than the eau de cologne.
