Lemon Pie

It is fresh lemon and passionfruit with just a tiny splash of sweet milk. Don't be fooled by the name and pie in it. It is extremely simple, but for a cheap Zara grab, the projection is surprisingly good. It is a fun, light summer scent.

No pie notes to be smelled here. It's a bit sweet, fruity, tropical and very linear. The fruity note reminds me more of pineapples than lemons which is a plus for me. And I get escada summer vibes from it.

This one's my least favorite from this collection. It doesn't smell like lemon PIE at all--it's not bakery. It's just very fruity. To me, it's more citrus peel, some tropical fruit (probably the passion fruit) and the TINIEST bit of creaminess from the milk. It does have a bit of that citrus "cleaning product" smell. I don't find it to be super sweet and it's not lactonic to me at all. It's a little tart to my nose. If you want an actual lemon bakery gourmand, get A Sweet Pastry in Paris (also from Zara). I LOVE that one! This is also not a dupe for Devotion or Lira, IMO. This one's my least favorite of the four. Easy skip if you're looking for a true gourmand or bakery. This smells like something Bath & Body Works would release as part of a summer collection

Sweet lemony scent thats not too sickeningly sweet or too cleaner-scented. It's pretty basic, which for the price is to be expected! Nothing to get too excited about, there's nothing "pie" about this, just lemon.

Fresh lemon with a splash of sweet cream. This is not an ooey gooey lemon gourmand—it’s not Bake by Akro and it’s definitely not Devotion or Lira. But as a lemon gourmand lover, I have to admit it’s not that bad. As it mellows out, it starts to smell more like freshly whipped lemon custard with just a hint of passion fruit puree. Fun, fresh, light. Keep in mind this is not an eau de parfum or, really, even for adults: it’s a eau de toilette marketed towards kids at a very reasonable price point. It’s not going to be particularly refined or high quality—you get what you paid for! That said, the projection and longevity are surprisingly great. It’s been several hours and I can still smell it on my skin. I think this is going to be a great summer scent. I can’t wait to give it a try in the coming months!
