London Saville Row Mayfair

What a gold release from Zara! Though it does not have the longevity of Y EdP from YSL, it certainly has the same vibe going on, as it dries down with a beautiful woody/citrusy aromatic. It's not the very same juice as Y Edt/EdP from YSL, but it's really close to those fragrances. I was thinking of buying Y from YSL, but after hearing about this identical cousin from Zara, i was no longer interested in spending 4/5 times more for a closer fragrance that it's not that original. I would totally recommend this to anyone who is willing to have a fragrance like Y from YSL (EdT/EdP) , like a woody/citrus/creamy/blue scent, compliment-getter. Definitely recommended for office/leisure use, signature-scent type, it does not offend anyone and it's really an elegant fragrance. It has moderate longevity, and that is totally ok for me! For 10/11€, i would not expect more, as i am not fond of opulent and beast-mode fragrances. Like other times before, some Zara releases (10-20% of them) make me think twice before going to spend so much more money for a specific scent. And this is one of them! To me, a solid 8/10.

To me, it smells closer to Y EDT than Y EDP. For the price, it's really good. Very unnatural smelling on the first spray, but after about 30 seconds, it turns to this great smelling fragrance with the iris and mint. I can clearly sense that the ambergris is a very strong note here, although it’s not listed. I honestly couldn't detect the sandalwood here, but it's a great fragrance for the price. It lacks the complexity of Y EDT or Y EDP though, and the performance is just moderate. So, if you're okay with that, give this one a go. Edit: I actually detected the sandalwood now, in the drydown.

I was quite surprised by this fragrance's performance, actually. It has been 8 to 9 months since the last time I wore this, and the performance of this fragrance is actually great for a Zara. With 10 sprays (6 on my neck and behind my ears + 4 on my shirt), I got around 7 hours of longevity. The sillage is moderate, but I can smell it for a few hours. Maybe because I sprayed it on my shirt too? It's still surprising though, especially that it is a freshie after all. My opinion still stands. This is one of the best Zara fragrances I have ever smelled.

Love at first spray, this freshie is a cheapie too!! So absolutely affordable and yet smells so posh. It’s probably because it is a very close dupe of a cross between ‘Y Eau de Parfum’ & ‘Y Eau de Toilette’ from Yves Saint Laurent. Sitting so comfortably in between the intensities of both fragrances makes it neither too light nor too strong but instead it’s just perfectly right!

It's fantastic, safe, amazing fragrance It reminds me YSL Y and John varvatos XX artisan teal(It's also similar with YSL Y) Zara always made amazing fragrances with affordable price I'm fan of Zara City collection and Vibrant leather series I strongly recommend buying ZARA fragrances, no regret (But I think all ZARA fragrances have weak performance... It's disadvantage of ZARA)

One of the better offerings from Zara - not original, but a tried and true people pleasing scent DNA. Very similar to Y EDP, although slightly sweeter and heavy handed with the floral aspect (in my opinion). Zara seems to be putting out more good than bad anymore, and their prices remain stable. As always, not the greatest performer, but at $19, what did you expect?

Exactly a perfect copy of Y from YSL I'll even say more of Y EDP ! Cuz I tried the 3 of them side to side and I thought that Zara London smelled a bit stronger than Y edt.. in a similarity percentage it would be a 99.9 % (u know.. YSL are designer fragrances so a bit more long lasting etc..)

I really like this one! YSL Y line is correct...though this is a 'simple' fragrance. Develops nicely but doesn't change much. Iris is hardly noticeable, instead, it is a sweet citrus with a nice sandalwoody undertone. Easily suitable for the office and nice dinner.

Smells very good, definitely a crowd pleaser. Not sure how this could get a negative review. Longevity isnt terrible, can easily smell 6 hours later. I will be buying a few more bottles because you can't beat the value.

Here is a revision to my original review, which I've now deleted. This has similarities to YSL Y EDP and EDT, but it also has clear differences. For starters this one has a more prominent floral note than those two. If men's fragrances with floral notes turns you off, then stay away from this one. This isn't as floral as say Moschino's Toy Boy, but that note is here. Not quite unisex, as this leans more masculine, but it is teetering on the edge. This also doesn't last nearly as long as the EDP, but is much similar in longevity and projection to the EDT. About 4-6 hours. Projection is decent for about 1-2 hours. Longer on clothes though. This scent is linear. You get the opening from beginning to end. The opening is an in-between of the EDP and EDT. Much fresher than the EDP, but deeper than the EDT. This is a solid fragrance from Zara. Not their best, but decent to good. For $18 when I first purchased last year ($21 now) this is not a bad buy. If you want the best YSL Y EDP clone though, Fahkar Black by Lattafa is the way to go. $26 and smells very, very close to Y with better longevity and projection than this.

It is almost the same with ysl Y in the opening. Just a little bit sweeter than ysl. But in dry down ysl has the spesific and noticable sage note and it changes the smell. And zara barely changes in dry down. So in drydown it still has the ysl y’s opening smell. Last of all longevity is a little bit poor. I mean its very beautiful and fresh fragrance that i think everybody likes. But with this performance I dont recommend it. Bc why would you buy a fragrance that doesnt stay on your skin. And I think most of the zara fragrances have this problem. Yet it is very cheap so if you really love it, buy this one. But dont wait for strong performance.

A month ago, I tried the Zara London Savile Row Mayfair EDT every time when I visited the store. Initially, I found the mint to be too strong. However, today, with the weather finally warming up to 16°C and enjoying the rare sunlight in my city, the fragrance truly revealed its beauty. It is indeed fresh, living up to its description as 'woody floral'. The floral aspect resembles the sweet scent of a bakery, while the mint conjures an image of jagged green leaves surrounding a pink flower petal, which is beautiful.

I bought this fragrance couple days ago and it really reminds me Yves Saint Laurent Y. I used it on my sweatshirt and after couple hours, the scent was pretty close to Yves Saint Laurent Y. I think it's longevity is good too. One day after using it on my sweatshirt, the scent was still there and it was good. It was not effective but I think it's okay for this price. I like it and I recommend it.

Smells really nice and is very good for the price, but it's dangerously close to unisex to me. Like, even more than YSL Y is. It's definitely channeling the Y DNA, but is a little sweeter and more floral to my nose. My wife loves it, though, and it's a nice one to have around. Like a lot have also said here, the longevity is quite good for a fresh cheapie.

Classic Zara - smells heavenly and disappears in a blink of an eye. Fortunately it's cheap so you can overspray it to make it stay longer. Very versatile in my opinion but works best in Autumn. Lasts enough for a date, coffee or drinks, but if you have a chance for a respray then it's incredible.

I don't get any hint of mint but the heavy blast of iris is noticable and settled down to a powdery woody smell, very subtle scent after 3-4 hours. Three spray on back of hand lasted 3,5 hours before it faded into intimate scent of powdery wood scent, not the type of fougere sandalwood.

Like most comments, I agree this cologne definitely smells like YSL Y. I recently purchased the ysl y and I also blind bought this one, so they for sure are pretty identical. If you’re into the sweeter, floral type of cologne, this is the one for you.

It's already been said, but smells very similar to Y line. Can't quite pinpoint which YSL frag it smells the most similar to, since I have Y EDP only. But, the similarities are undeniable. This is my favorite of the Cities Collection.

After 30 minutes it smells identical to YSL Y perfume version. Versace Pour Homme has a citric note that it's missing in the other two. I compared all the three at the same time. Good persistence.

I don't really smell the mint or the sandalwood though, it is a pleasant smell. It doesn't last very long, but considering the price, it is worth the value.

I don't know about YSL Y edt/edp, surprised this perfume smells very very close to Abercrombie & Fitch first instinct together.

This is closer to Prada L'homme than YSL. It's essentially Prada L'homme with more emphasis on the Iris.

Pretty close to YSL Y EDP, a bang for your buck for sure, buy it while it's available! 8/10

It's a pleasant scent when you first spray it. In that aspect, there's really nothing wrong with it. It doesn't smell like something special to me, but it also doesn't per se smell like it's a super cheapie, which this one is. Fresh and minty, enjoyable as a summer scent. But the thing with this is that the sillage, projection and longevity is honestly literally next to non-existent. I have it now, it was very cheap. So I don't regret getting it and I'm not going to be tossing it. So yeah, I'll definitely never get it again, but I guess it will have its use. It's probably best used as a gym scent.

The opening is truly lovely. The mint and iris complement each other beautifully. The dry-down, much less so. The beautiful mint and iris disappear quickly and you're left with a skin scent that reminds me of Hunter Intense by Armaf but not as strong. Reminds me of the pink Johnson & Johnson baby cream. Not awful, but nothing I really want to reach for.

Blind bought it. That same week I went to the mall and saw the YSL Y at the store and instantly recognized the smell. Pretty similar. At first it was the exact same fragrance to me, but after using the Zara I realized that it is sweeter and it has a "honeyed" aspect, kind of "sticky".

Tried it from a friend, the scent is pretty good, I wore it to a party in the winter, very suiting for the occasion but the performance is terrible. The party was almost an hour away from where I live and by the time I reached I could barely smell it.

For me it's a fruity and floral nightmare, although the beginning didn't indicate it. The opening is minty, fresh and sweet, it smells like mint bubble gum, nothing special but nothing repulsive either. Unfortunately, after a short time, iris appears and the composition begins to sound like stale cat litter to me. As if the cat had just shit in the litter box and buried the feces in the gravel. The base is a bit better, the sandalwood adds a bit of smoothness, but it's still weak to me. Unfortunately for me, the longevity is not that bad and the scent lasts for several hours (3-4 hours). Fortunately, the projection is rather low. 3/10

Honestly, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I really don’t like the smell. I was expecting a lot more — the first spray is off, and unfortunately, it only seems to get worse over time. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

Smells alright, basically no performance and sillage

This is undoubtedly a clone of YSL Y EDT and EDP in terms of smell. I own the EDP and wanted something fresher to wear in the summer months so was looking for a cheaper alternative to the EDT which I enjoy. I think this is a lot more similar to Y EDP than the EDT, it doesn't have the fresh and aquatic ambergris in the base which I was looking for. Projection is weaker than the original it only pushes elbows length at best but longevity is good 6-7 hrs. The only bad thing about it is that it's linear, there's almost no drydown and you get the same smell from opening to base. If you want YSL Y EDP for fifth the price, this is a no brainer. It's well blended lasts a decent amount of time.

Zara tried with London Saville the same thing they did with vibrant leather, they took a popular mainstream fragrance and cloned its opening that can last for 3-4 hours maximal. The same thing they did with Aventus, they carried out here with Y edt, they took its general concept of scent and cut its legs and left you with similar aura for a limited amount of time. I get the appeal that this fragrance has with many younger people but Zara had so much better recent releases, this one is just ok and forgettable

close to YSL Y edt ok but the closest to that fragrance is Zara Raw Vetiver with a obvious ginger note, London Saville doesnt have that gingery vibe we usually find in ysl Y but still its a lovely cheapie for fans of that kind of fragrances.. the performance might not be great but u can always spray more... and if u can get Zara Raw vetiver go for it, its the closest to ysl y edt that ive smelled so far, ysl y edt is getting discontinued by the way so its a good replacement

I just bought the original Savile Row Mayfair Eau de Parfum at TK Markt Rotterdam. Has nothing to do with this fake Zara Clone. I don't have issues with Zara fragrances. I have 7 of them and my wife and daughter another 3 or 4. They are cheap but often of reasonable quality. But do have an issue with this one, because it's confusing. Savile Row sells it for 85 Pounds/100 ML. I got it for 20 €.

in this perfume i like iris and mint combination. it makes this fragrance fresh and original also it smells like fruity and minty bubblegum!. it reminds me ysl y edp. not listed but i can feel other woody notes too except sandalwood. maybe olibanum or another woody recines. and lastly i need to say, longentivity is really weak. classic zara fragrance :((

It's a 99.9% identical clone to YSL Y EDP. Nice woodsy citrus Sandalwood with a mint edge. Performance isn't the best and nothing compared to Y but... For 10 bucks be free to overspray

Got the 2022 bottle which looks slightly different. Smells just like YSL Y edt/edp. If you like the scent of Y, then this is a no brainer. Nice, fresh, summery iris fragrance.

I agree with most of the comments here. This is pretty close to YSL Y EDP and I really love it. I am using this everyday while reserving my YSL Y EDP for special occassions.

Yeah smells a lot like Y EDT from what I remember as well as Prada Luna Rossa Ocean. I like it but I'm not sure about the performance yet.
