Starting in a fresh explosion of fruity goodness, it settles down into a sweet, mellow, decent lasting mix of notes reminding me of the dry down of their Jo Malone colab's Balade de figuer. I love it.

Usually, the Zara fragrances in these type of bottles really are good performers, judging on both the Cocoa line and the Coffee line. I’m writing this review from my first impression. It might develop over time, and I’m kind of hoping that it will. You can tell that very familiar ‘orange blossom’ scent from Zara. If you’re used to Zara fragrances, it might remind you of other Zara fragrances. For me, it reminded me a lot of the Golden Decade fragrances, and specifically the Ruby flanker if anyone’s familiar with that. The syrup probably reminds me of the amaretto and brown sugar note in that fragrance, and in combination with the orange blossom, it’s very similar to me. I’m hoping that over time, the syrup and the plum will be coming to the front more with maceration.
