Shades Of Nirvana

I got this as a blind buy at Marshall’s and it was only $4.99. I looked at the notes quick and I was like you know what it’s under five dollars so if I don’t like it, I’ll leave it in my collection or give it away. At first I wasn’t sure about it and if this is for me but then in the dry down it just became such a nice pretty scent. Soft musk a little powdery it’s very office friendly and it reminds me of something I just don’t know quite yet.I really do like this I wish it lat a little longer than 3 hours but I’m okay reapplying. This was a successful blind buy for me and for the price even better.

My favorite from the ligne, not a tipical feminine perfume, not sweet at all, very pleasent fresh musky and addictive... the opening is incredible, i can feel the ginger and is perfection!!! this is a love for me.

I've tried this line and I bought 50ml of Nirvana. Wore it a couple times and loved and respected the first 15 minutes, so I bought a 100ml bottle during the sale. I say respect because the taste and smell hits above the 10-15 fragrance range. The jasmine and sandalwood are both nice and the entire effect is mid vibration gauzy and never a screechy top or sludgy bottom. I'm not saying it is good just because it isn't bad. It actually smells a bit sophisticated, airy, the top kind of Dior spring perfume adjacent, then it's kind of Chloe like. Anyway, it's elegantly not complex. I wouldn't say it smells "expensive" but it smells kind of serene like an expensive non-pushy perfume. The top has an aldehydic impact - radiant. There's citrus or aldehydes or both, in my opinion. If it smells like CK Contradiction, I wouldn't know. It's a nice take on Jasmin because it's not a typical white flower bomb and it's not indolic. Some wears bring out a sweet cast - nectar of some fruit. Usually I notice that fruitiness during nighttime wear. Overall it's dry or velvety more than powdery. The fake sandalwood smells a bit like vetiver to me, sometimes. Or maybe there is unannounced vetiver in this. Edit: In the summer, this is sweeter and the aldehydes-eucalyptus have gone missing.

This is my go-to perfume for the gym and post-workout. I bought it on sale for around €10, which is a pretty fair price for something like this. The moment I tried it for the first time, I was instantly hooked on its scent. At first, it’s fresh with a noticeable ginger note and the warmth of eucalyptus. As it settles, it transitions into a musky fragrance with a beautiful touch of jasmine. The only downside is its extremely short longevity — two hours at most. Of course, that’s something I’ve come to expect from many Zara perfumes, but I was hoping this one would be an exception. I have a sensitive nose and can’t stand synthetic scents, but this one is so natural and light that it left me speechless. Would I buy it again? I’m not sure. Maybe if I come across it at another sale, although I doubt it.

I should have known better :) Zara perfumes are like their clothes, cheap and just meh - once in a blue moon there is a fantastic surprise - a piece that is both great in looks and quality and will survive laundry machine. Back to perfumes. This one is not one of the few hidden gems that Zara did have in their line. It's fresh, a bit florally, an ok scent, but tbh not worth it. Better suited for teens than an adult. Sure office friendly, but there are many better fragrances out there. Like some reviews already mentioned - I also find it a bit nostalgic. It's not "dated" but I wouldn't call it "modern" either. No way it smells similar to Replica - at least I cannot smell it. Still, my humble opinion only, maybe someone will be lucky with it. Recommend to smell it first. Edit: For few days I wore it and boom! I am getting crazy lots of compliments. Also, the lasting power - surprisingly good. I may say even better than some of my faves that I paid much more for...

Love, love, love! My favorite in the collection. If you are into Musk note or "my skin but better" give this a try. Beautiful bottle. So cozy/clean/feminine. Very mindful, very demure 😉

Love it! Reminded me of something. Upon further reading discovered that this is a dupe for Calvin Kleins Contradiction, which was a big favorite of mine in the nineties 😍 Nostalgia.

Hands down my favorite fragrance in my collection. The floral before the wood and how seamlessly they blend makes it my fav.

Very clean scent. I use this with my Dove original body wash and BBW Mineral Stone Spa lotion. Compliments galore.
