Sport 9.0

In my collection I have Zara 9.0, Dior Homme, Valentino Uomo and I hav to say that Zara 9.0 and Valentino uomo are very close. now this version remains faithfull to Zara 9.0 with less iris amd more citrus, especially mandarin. I wouldn't call it a summer frag but a fresher and more wearable version of the OG Zara9.0 I like it a lot, the OG was very good, I use it quite a lot in fall and winter, now I can enjoy the same even more with this one. it retains the classiness of valentino Uomo. the performance is surprizingly good. the mandarin quite present especially in the opening. top notch frag from Zara...

After a few weeks of wear I must change my rating from a like to a love. So addictive. Heavily inspired by a combination of superstars like Dior Homme (original) and Valentino Uomo. I also found it lasts a decent time, this morning I was still smelling it on my arm from the evening before. Amazing what you get for this price, snatch one up if you stop by a Zara store, you won't regret it.

I am really enjoying the "original" Zara 9.0. This one comes fairly close, and most of what wbissar and Andrew (first review) writes below is true. I have Valentino Uomo and I do find a close resemblance, however not so much with any Diors.

Sport 9.0 is a citrus heavy lighter version of Classics 9.0, itself the same as regular 9.0 that ZARA introduced not that long ago. There is a blast of sweet lemons, lime and orange, but not strong enough for my taste. Then the iris that makes 9.0 so popular eventually shows up, but always playing second fiddle to the citruses. The entire thing is gone within a few hours. Great for outdoor sunny activity I suppose.

I have the complete Zara Heritage collection (Classic, Sport and Extreme) and I will review them all here on Fragrantica. This scent is oke. Has little to do with the original 9.0. I can't smell any iris. Its all about mandarin citrus. The smell itself is not bad at all. It is a weak performer. But absolutely not the weakest of the Heritage collection. I give this one a 5,5 out of 10. Ps. I don't know who thinks this smells like Dior Homme Eau. But it absolutely doesn't. Not even close.
