Strolling Over Heaven

Bought it with Ice Walk for 12.50€ ( 14$ ) and I'm astonished. At first sprays I was a bit disappointed, for a couple of seconds I thought that I got a botched bottle, but after 15-20 seconds, La Nuit vibe starts to develop and it is amazing. It is a softer version of La Nuit, but really really similar, I would say 95% similar. Probably the lack of cardamom is what made me doubt about it on the opening, but on the dry down guys, you can't get a better clone at a cheaper price. I heard a lot of people complaining about silage and projection, but on my skin works pretty well. I have it on right now ,I sprayed two times on my forearm four hours ago, it still projecting and I can definitely smell it quite clearly around me ( for instance, I sprayed on my left forearm this one and Ice Walk on the right one, Ice Walk stopped projecting after one hour and a half, Strolling Over Heaven still there and keep going ). If you love LNDL and you have a Zara store near you, give it a shot, it will definitely replace my original LNDL bottle for everyday purpose. Scent - 9/10 - LNDL. If you love it, you will love this one. Opening a bit disappointing, but after 15-20 seconds only someone who knows LNDL pretty well would recognize the difference between the two. Longevity - 8.5/10 Haven't tried on clothes, but on my skin longevity is really really good Projection - 9/10 On my skin works wonderfully, probably I have the right chemical composition for this kind of notes, but more than 4 hours of projection for 6€ was really unexpected Price - 10/10 Got the package combo with Ice Walk. I basically paid 6€ for each perfume. Greatest deal ever. Overall - 9/10 Can't give 10 because it doesn't have the depth and complexity of the original one, but guys, don't' sleep on this one, this is an amazing scent at a ridiculous price. Next time I will be around a Zara store I will get at least two back up bottles in case it gets discontinued.

From the back of the box Top Notes: Bergamot, Sage Lavander, Green Middle Notes: Rose, Clove Base Notes: Vetivr, Patchouli, Tonka, Musk La nuit De L'Homme clone. It is similar to it in the opening. A spot on smell which I think ppl couldn't tell apart. But as it is drying down I get this almost plasticity vibe, like Zara 9.0 has a bit. It is good frag but the performance is beyond terrible. I sprayed this 3 times on my arm and it was completely gone within an hour. hour and a half. Where for example Zara 9-0 newest formulation projects and lasts as a very strong skin scent for 12+ hours on my skin. Honestly, i know Zara has weak frags but damn this is weak. Some deeper smelling axe lasts longer. You simply need to bathe in this. It's an okay substitute if you wanna smell like LNDL or save your LNDL. Only for cuddling and sex, as projection is ZERO!! I find newest batches of LNDL last okay and way way longer than this.

Basically going to follow what simpa256 and farook said. Perfman nailed it on the head too. Opening is beautiful, resembles the ever so infamous La Nuit De L'homme by YSL, yet it dries down to something a little different from it, per se. Clearly, its just missing the cardamom! Granted, Strolling Over Heaven is an incredible bang for the buck for those wanting to save their LNDLH, or to use as like a layering option. I can see Zara bringing this back (as a different name + bottle) but not for a long while. [Edit] 3 Year Update [06-23-20] Still had some of it left, but still makes a great fragrance to add as a top layer of newer (maybe 2017 and up) batches of LNDLH EDT or by itself. Opening always fascinates me of how Zara got this close. Initial spray, at least on my skin is still strong, but performance is still moderate. Atomizer sucks even more now, so I have to go maybe full OCD to get the performance I need.

I'll revise my review after further comparisons with LNDLH. Again, the scent is very nice and eerily sinilar to LNDLH. The difference is in performance and drydown. One thing I noticed with SOH is that the drydown is a bit sharper than LNDLH. It is also more synthetic. LNDLH lasts for 8-10+ hours while this one lasts for 6-8 hours. Scent - 9/10 (bonus points for similarities and good opening and middle notes, again the drydown might be too synthetic for some but for me it's still acceptable) Longevity - 8.5/10 Projection - 8.5/10 Value - 10/10 Overall - 9/10 Could be worn in any weather and for any age (versatile enough) Zara Y is a bit softer in drydown than this one, but both are very similar that I'll give the same score for that one too. Edit: I did this review when my nose wasn't trained for some other types of fragrances, so take this review with a grain of salt.

Just sprayed it a few hours ago, and I compared it with La Nuit de L'Homme (2017 batch). La Nuit de L'Homme is definitely stronger and has more character to it. But Strolling Over Heaven has a very strong resemblance to La Nuit de L'Homme eventually. I can't believe how similar they are. Zara did a great job here. If only it lasts longer....

Put a blindfold on me and tell me to pick LNDH, I'll be equally likely to pick this. I have a vintage batch of La Nuit and this still confuses me. They both smell so similar and this is a fraction of the price. The listed notes didn't include any Cardamom, according to the site, not sure how they did it but it's L-E-G-I-T.

A really nice La Nuit de L'homme clon! I can't complain about longevity because I payd just $22 for a combo of this one and Zara Ice Walk (Sauvage clon) !! Just over spray and that's it!!

I was recently introduced to LNDLH and found it really something special. The biggest shame was the performance, it was only amazing for about 45 minutes, this is why I haven't yet bought a bottle of it. When I heard that Zara Y and Strolling Over Heaven (SOH) were clones of it, I just HAD to try it. A couple of the Zara stores I went to didn't have this particular one available to smell so I ended up blind buying a 2-pack of Ice Walk + Strolling Over Heaven for £12.99. I thought for £6.50 I can't go wrong considering I like Sauvage and Ice Walk is a clone of that, I can use it for gym/football. This juice DOES smell like LNDLH, it has the same fresh green opening and a sweeter dry down, it's oriental, it has the spice. I think it just lacks the elegance of Cardamom but all in all I say from a scent POV it's 90% there. This is my first time owning a Zara fragrance, and maybe the low price is showing itself a little bit but the smell gives me a bit of a headache. I have over 20 fragrances in my collection and SOH can feel a bit cloying. Other fragrances I can smell up close but with SOH I don't want to because I feel it will make me sick. Which is weird because I enjoy the scent generally, maybe the chemicals used in this are a bit harsh. I mean I can't expect a YSL or Chanel level of creaminess for £6.50 can I? Definitely buy if you're looking for a LNDLH clone with probably better longevity

Received my package in the mail, and upon first sniff...man I really like this, almost fell in love with it. Bears A LOT of resemblance to La Nuit, and since it's softer, it can definitely be used as a daily scent for any time of the year! Will update my review for performance, only things that I'm disappointed with is the terribad display with the bottles (doesn't come with the digitized text, at least from the double pack; looks plain!!!) but the bottle is sturdy. The Sprayer is also plastic, and being plastic doesn't disperse much of the fragrance either. Go hard or go home or the sprays, or it might disappear on you QUICK! Edit: Started to wear this one more and more...and man, out of the two, this one works beautifully with my skin chemistry than the latter in the combo pack. It's almost scary how Zara managed to get THIS close to current formulations of LNDLH, the mass fan favourite for date nights, for a fraction of the price. I'm getting a solid 6 hours of performance on my skin before fading away, with approximately a hour or two with silage. For a fraction of the price, for someone who has a VINTAGE formation (as well of the current ones) and want to SAVE LNDLH, do not hesitate and get this. You'll be thanking yourself each, every single day for a soft-smelling perfume so good. Don't sleep on this one. For $20, it's a good substitute for recent La Nuit De L'homme formulations.

To Reiterate my First Review: For the price and amount for Zara of releasing Strolling Over Heaven, is quite incredible and should NEVER be overlooked. A 90%+ Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit De L'homme scent that matches today's formulations for only a fraction of the pricel. This is the Winter 2018 re-bottle of DAY "Y" Collection, which debuted in Fall 2017. Performance entering in the colder seasons has only been alright, projecting for no more than 2 hours then ultimately staying closer to the skin for another few. I recommend bringing a travel atomizer so you can reapply right after the projection has died down, to bring a sparkle of a fragrance which many of us adore. @RonnieR and @jjames799 nailed their reviews on the head perfectly. If you like this one, try and score a bottle of " Y-3 Black Label " by Yohji Yamamoto. If not, there's always the popular " F-Black " by Salvatore Ferragamo. Both La Nuit "Type" scents but IMO not as similar to this one. I have bought this last autumn and here are my thoughts. This juice is less spicy than LNDL in the drydown, which also slightly affects the silage. This also smells more artificial even though both formulations could be just as synthetic. But... the main point here is that it looses its performance very fast, even when compared with the current formulation of LNDL.

A very pleasant, sweet-fruity kind of scent, I imagine berries for some reason as well as cardamom. Yes it's like a lighter, brighter YSL La Nuit de l'Homme, a daytime version which is kind of a contradiction in terms :P I have to double up on sprays as it's not strong, seems to last ok on clothing though. Not great but not bad either, especially for the price.

I really like this gem. Smells green, warm, spicy with hint of rose. Very reminiscent of YSL La Nuit. Good quality/price ratio and average performance. Great cheepy.

Wear this to work during the colder months, was complemented this morning. Got this in the two pack on discount, can't complain.

I got this in a package together with "Ice Walk". Bottle is same as in those pics but without the square patterns on it (very sad bottle tbh, even because when I ordered from the zara website was showing the bottle as it is here). I can't complain due to the very cheap price, 12€ for both bottles. I totally suggest you to buy it. At first spray once opened the box, I was kinda disappointed. I specifically got this fragrance because was on every blog, video etc mentioned as the best copy of La nuit de l'homme YSL. I had two 200ml bottles of La nuit, and one still has two spray left. The disappointment is because lots of notes are missing from the start until the end of it. But for the price, it's still a very good one! I'm wearing it now at work and after 3 hours is still very strong. Of course you have to spray the double of what you would normally do with a good fragrance. To who used the original YSL, will realize it's not the same and will not get the same satisfaction you have with the original. Overall, the scent is nice, 100ml bottle will last long enough even using it way more than you would normally do. It's perfect for winter/autumn time, day or night. I just got two days ago and I think I'll use it often, since it's so cheap I feel ok using it more often and having the bottle with me all the time to respray it.

Fragrance -Strolling Over Heaven Zara Bottle from - 2018 Strolling Over Heaven opens on my skin with a fresh,green and spicy lavander with the tender trace of bergamot and rose. Soon enough,Strolling Over Heaven becomes more spicy and a bit sweeter and warmer with a wisper of vetiver. It has some similarities to La Nuit de l'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent. "Quality/Cost Ratio"is high.This is another nice relese from Zara. Longevity - 7/10(6-7 hours) Silage/Projection - 6,5/10(moderate to soft projection for the first 1 hour,than sits closer to skin for the duration of the scent's evolution) Weather - For more or less any time of year. Age - 20+ Compliments(low-medium-high) - medium Scent - 7,5/10 Main notes according to me - spices,lavander,clove,tonka,vetiver,sage. The drydown is spicy and a bit sweeter and warmer and I get some spices,tonka,vetiver and musk. Emotions -positive,pleasant,comforting,romantic. Occasion -For more or less any ocasion. Very safe,pleasant and non-offensive scent.

Sometimes I blind buy based on reviews here as I trust their noses of my fellow fragranticans and boy oh boy!, I'm happy with this purchase. I'm a fan of LNDH and it sure resembles it. I can spray this in wild abandon knowing that it wont cost me a pretty penny. The cost per spray is something I won't worry however, the idea that this is no longer in the shelves made me think of saving it. LoL. You know my friend, ZARA, has a habit of removing perfumes in rotation and it is a guessing game if it will be back on the shelves, or it is going to be rebranded. I'm happy to know that there's a lot of people here that appreciates Zara perfumes and I will continue to read their reviews once a new frag is introduced. I'm still hoping that one day, Zara will make a similar frag of Spicebomb or Gucci Envy?
