Whipped Coffee

I love love this! I have joust bought it a week ago, so these are the first impressions. This is the first perfume in my life I bought to myself, thinking I will love it. People usually gift me perfumes and I don ́t use a lot, so that is mostly what I have. This smells divine! It is a coffee, but with a hint of something sweet and milky and creamy and then, there is this sharp spicy tone that I love and that I believe elevates this perfume from being basic and for teenagers. It is winter where I am and it fits perfectly with sharp crisp and cold air. It kind of envelops me, it feels like a hug. It makes me feel kind of sexy, and put together and hugable and touchable :)) And I love the bottle design so much. It is this smoked glass with a hint of green. And I bought on BF for a little bit more than 10 euros. A stel.

I got both Whipped and Gourmand Coffee at the same time. Whipped Coffee is the slightly more mature, sultry and sexy big sister of Gourmand Coffee. The coffee note is very much present at the forefront of the sniff, without being too much in your face. I've only tested it on paper and hours after spraying my mouillette, I can still smell the most delicate yet decadent smell. The coffee is sharing the scene nicely with the musk, it's such a lovely balance! It's going to be a perfect fragrance for the autumn season. Bring on the cozy flannel shirts and the orange leaves!

I did not like it at initial spray but as it develops it reminds me as I would be in Starbucks sipping my latte with 4 sugars 😂 its sweet, lactonic and coffee is there but not bitter one. ITS a literal gourmand so you need to like smelling like food to enjoy this ride.

Hello my friends. This is such an elegant sweet gourmand coffee, a little bit photorealistic but not too much to overwhelm you . Perfect for winter days to make your mood.

I bought this one on a discount because I had heard good things about it, and I enjoy the other two fragrances from this coffee line that I had. The thing about this one that had kind of had me hesitating is that I’m not a fan of musk in a combination of warm, gourmand type of notes. Like I love my fresh musks, I love my floral musks, patchouli musks,... But chocolate musks, vanilla musks? No, I don’t like those. With this one, the musk doesn’t take over. I notice the musk, but it’s light. The musk is there, but it’s mostly a soft coffee scent. Close to the Gourmand Coffee fragrance of the same line – though a bit later and a bit more wearable, I feel. It's also very spicy after maturation.

On my skin I got around 5h of performance. This version is way milkier than any other of the same collection, however the milky opening is a hit or miss depending on your skin type. For me I get a really strong milk smell, might even be more like homemade yogurt than milk. After the first 5 mins it dries down and the coffee notes start to bloom. Must try in store b4 buying.

Cocoa powder and coffee beans. Sophisticated. Does not smell like a shower gel. Not sweet. Quite complex for Zara. Not a safe blind buy. Lasted for hours after just one spray. Funnily enough, this has the same dark chocolate/coffee/patchouli base as Pierre Guillaume‘s Coze 02. Not a dupe but if you like Coze you might like this.

The smell is absolutely amazing, I’m in love with it as a gourmand lover, but the longevity is so dissappointing :(

It smells like the coffee buttercream on the Yule log cakes from the grocery store. I understand that one can like it, but I was expecting a more realistic cappuccino, and the creaminess smells artificial and heavy.

Reminds me of Nebras and Nebras reminds me of the Wunderbaum car scent. Not sure I can wear it. Will give it another try in few days.

I would have loved to like this, but unfortunately the lactonic note turns sour on my skin, and gives an impression of a milk that has gone bad.. :( When it has dried down for some time, it smells better and pretty nice, but the initial note is juts unbearable. Longevity just average, not much. Gourmand lasts way longer.

Just as disgusting as the rest of the line, the difference is gourmand coffee is putrid and bitter like vomit and this one is slightly less vomit-like and slightly sweat, both caused violent nausea. Disgusting.

Just smelled it at zara and it smells like the milk has gone sour.. if you want the coffee to be the main character, go for Gourmand coffee

Among the four releases in the coffee series, Whipped Coffee comes in second following Gourmand Coffee in terms of the ever coveted coffee scent. Whipped Coffee has a distinct sweet note not unlike caramel. The transient coffee note that drew me me quickly dissipated. What remained was something that smells like caramel toffee. What a shame because most coffee releases predictably go for this creamy/tooth aching sweet route. As expected, the dry down was entirely dessert-like, hence a letdown.

As a gourmand lover, this is a dream. If you already own Al Rehab’s French Coffee don’t bother buying the Gourmand Coffee as they are identical but Whipped Coffee is glorious. Reminds me of those little coffee flavoured chews. Milky, chocolatey and sweet. Could bathe in this stuff.

it literally smelled like off milk, like puke almost. I gagged in store. It was AWFUL.
