Itqan Noir

I wanted to wait a month or two before giving this a review. I was very intrigued by this as YSL MYSLF Le Parfum was one of the only scents my wife outright loved. I had a travel size of that and took it along to vacation, and she loved it on me. I wasn’t a fan of Le Parfums longevity so I never bought a full size. I decided to look for a dupe and I purchased this! I do think it needs maceration due to some syntheticness, but not for too long about 2 months for me.. This is a good combination of Myslf EDP opening and Le Parfum dry down and out lasts Le Parfum by ALOT. I did multiple tests with the real thing on one wrist and Itqan on the other and Itqan won every-time in terms of longevity. Give Itqan about an hour on skin for it to really shine as a head to head competitor with Le Parfum This does fall on the sweeter side before maceration and I think does best in spring and fall. It’s very unisex so for me during the summer I like a bit more masculine leaning scents. Bubble for 3 hours 8 hours on skin 8.5/10 - a must have if you like le parfum - only cons is the initial syntheticness and sweetness in high heat. Recommend layering

Edit 12/19/2025: Editing over my original review because I have a bit more to say after having owned my bottle for over a year. Itqan Noir is a fantastic take on the YSL MYSLF scent profile. I am a big fan of YSL MYSLF and got so excited when I found out Zimaya had put out their own take of the fragrance. I went ahead and tested this scent alongside the EDP and Parfum versions of MYSLF. What I fond was that Itqan Noir most closely resembles the EDP version of MYSLF, both in opening and dry-down. The scent is very fresh, clean, and citric with the main note that I pick up being the orange blossom. Performance is excellent, I noted moderate projection for about 4 or so hours and longevity going for upwards of 8 hours. Please check this fragrance out if you get a chance. Its quality for the price is insane.

1 to 1 clone of ysl myself edp. it opens with this subtitle bergamot that masterfully transitions to that orange blossom for the rest of its performance. I had friends wearing ysl myself that stole my bottle of itqan noir to respray themselves in the middle of the day. Would recommend keeping the bottle on you because the performance isn’t very good, on my skin it was more like 2 and a half hours projecting, 5 hour skin scent but it’s a cheapie so spray away. Atomizer is very good, almost pressurized.My experience with performance might be inaccurate because i’m going off the very first couple sprays of the bottle which might not be as concentrated. Could not recommend enough.

In my humble opinion, this fragrance is a hybrid between the EDP and Le Parfum Myslf. When I bought it and quickly sprayed it, it wasn't refined because of the synthetic PLASTIC smell which was overwhelming. I let it sit for more than a month then it became smooth like the myslf EDP. Great value and very versatile. Smells like you got your life together and ladies like this DNA. I will lean to this more (but let it mature and macerate) than the ysl myslf edp because it's expensive and doesn't perform really well but its scent is great though. Definitely an 8/10 because its cheap and closely resembles myslf. Generic nose won't know the difference.

Zimaya Itqan Noir completely exceeded my expectations—this is an incredibly well-done clone that comes very close to the original. From the very first spray, it captures the same luxurious vibe and DNA, making it a fantastic alternative without breaking the bank. What really impressed me is the performance. It projects nicely without being overpowering, and the longevity is outstanding—I easily get 8-10 hours of solid wear, with a beautiful dry-down that lingers on skin and clothes. If you’re looking for a high-quality dupe that actually lasts and smells refined, Itqan Noir is 100% worth checking out. Zimaya really nailed it with this one.

This stuff is crazy good, I love YSL MYSLF and it smells good, but not "100$+ good". This is crazy close to MYSLF, just a tad more synthetic. Maybe because the DNA itself is very simple so, because of that it's easy to replicate by clone brand, but this stuff is identical to MYSLF, at least in my nose. And quite frankly, this perform better than the original, maybe because of that amped up synthetic-ness but overall, this is so good for $40

just got the decant of this thing, all i could say is that this is when ysl myslf edp and le parfum had a baby. it is less citrusy than the edp and lil bit sweeter towards the le parfum one. imo this thing is better than the le parfume and the edp one. for the projection and sillage i rate it 6,5/10. last in my skin around 5 to 6 hours, definitely similar performance with the edp version. defo worth to pick up

This is a masterpiece! Smells fresh and clean with solid longevity out of the box. You can wear it for any occasion. The smell is very close to the original MYSLF EDP, but with a small twist, that makes it more interesting and, in my opinion, more likeable. If you like MYSLF EDP, then this is definitely blind buy worthy. Watch out, this could easily be your next signature scent! 😉

Tried YSL myself in the mall a week ago cause “women” apparently love this one and it’s like the new sauvage. Thought it was ok. Decided to by a dupe. And honestly this is YSL myself kinda cranked up a notch right out the box just got today. Not a bad scent at all kinda like a fresh sweet scent. Reminds me a lot of the most wanted EDT but louder

Oh my goodness, this is so nice! There's zero overpowering alcohol smell at the beginning. I have no doubt that if you slapped some mainstream fragrance company (Dior, Chanel, YSL) name on this, it would fetch a hundred dollars or more. Hands down the best low cost fragrance I have, and that says a lot because I have one heck of a collection.

Of all the fragrances I have tried recently, this is my absolute favorite. I can't testify as to its similarity to MYSLF, but if it's even close, I can understand why it's so popular. It's just so bright and shiny and fragrant. Lasts about 5-6 hours, so if you can carry a decant when going out for the night, you'll do very well with it.

This is the best and closest dupe of any fragrance I’ve smelt. I own a full bottle of myslf and zimayas dupe. Didn’t need macerating and I wish I had of kept this and sent the ysl back. Save yourself the difference and just get this. A good office safe floral for men.

Zimaya itqan noir smells just like Myslf EDP, clean laundry white flowery smell, only downside is the projection is so intimate I don't believe I will be getting many compliments, it is lasting on me around 6 hours, I just keep reapplying, for $35 it's so good !

It's similarity's to MYSLF edp is undeniable (90%), smells amazing and this will get you lots of compliments (if that's what you're looking for). This is a fresh fragrance for any occasion, a great blind buy and for the price you can't get wrong.

Im familiar with the YSL myslf DNA, this is that with an Arabic twist. Great projection and trail first 2 hours then calms down and lasts a while on skin. Great inoffensive office fragrance, great blind buy since i loved YSL myslf.

Smells spot on. I tested MYSLF at a fragrance store and liked it, but not at $120 for 100ml. Got this one for $35 and it’s amazing. If you want MYSLF, but don’t want to pay the outrageous price, just get this instead.

Myslf EDP opening with a Myslf Le Parfum drydown. Fresher and stronger bergamot, lasts around 7 hours for me in between EDP and Le Parfum, a great hybrid and honestly does the Myslf DNA better than the two as one.

Spot on, smelled great straight out of the box. I’ve tested myself like 30 times and debated getting it so many times and I’m glad I did not because this is just as good. Same longevity same smell, ugly bottle.

Finally, i found YSL Myslf cheaper version and the longevity is worth for 35$. I recommended it if you like YSL Myslf. For the longevity is enough for me (at least 5 hours on my skin)

I prefer this over the original. I think its overall smoother and well balanced but still 90% similar. Blind buy safe for sure.

Never smelled MYSELF, but Itqan smells so gewd. SPL also solid. Very much recommended 👌🏻. Rate: 9.8/10

So I first smelled YSL MYSLF in a tax free shop while on a small cruise. I remember that I thought that this scent was pleasant but to expensive for what it does, meaning that the scent wasn't anything special. Sometime later a saw a bunch of reviews on Itqan noir and how it was a great take on YSL MYSLF. I noticed how it kept being sold out all the time so I finally went for it. Honestly I don't remember MYSLF smelling like this but than again I never smelled the EdP version. Initially it smells like a gourmandy caramel vanilla smell which slowly turns into a floral scent. Its so strange how it transforms into something so different. I'm not sure about it. Don't get me wrong , it's a pleasant smell but it doesn't smell anything like what it says it does? Maybe it does ? Maybe my brain is wired differently? It's nice but I was expecting a lot more . Perhaps this scent needs maceration too for it to reach it's full potential. All in all it wasn't a bad purchase, I just expected something totally different. Maybe there really is a huge difference between the EDT and EDP. **Update** I have had this for a couple of weeks and it smells so much better now. Really nice fresh soft floral scent. Love it.

I didn’t have high hopes for this, but I really wanted the MYSELF EDP DNA, so I sprung for it. Zimaya Itqan Noir is better than decent and isn’t getting the credit it deserves. It’s no showstopper, but it’s worth the price. Just don’t expect to get 6–8 hours of longevity with this one, at least not right off the bat. I let my bottle sit for a little over a month before revisiting it, and I’ve got to say, there has been an improvement in both the scent and the longevity—just not as much as I’d like. It went from about 2–3 hours to 3–5 hours of longevity. If you’re looking for another MYSELF clone/dupe, check out Armaf’s Dubai Night’s Midnight. It captures the MYSELF EDP DNA very closely, and the overall performance is much better right out of the gate compared to Zimaya Itqan Noir. Or, if you’re feeling crazy, get both Zimaya Itqan Noir and Armaf Dubai Night’s Midnight and layer them! TL;DR: 7/10. Good fragrance. Slightly better after some masturbation.

I was hoping for a very similar scent profile to YSL Y Myself and to my surprise it was somewhat similar. But the most important part of the cologne was missing for me, and that was the smell of the orange blossom. The Patchouli was there, the musk, the bergamot and then a sort of slight sweet flowery scent in the background. I wouldn't say the scent needs to mature as well since it was 6 months since it shipped to me. I thought it is an ok scent for what's it's trying to go for. A little bit synthetic smelling but still ok. I also asked someone else how it smelled and they said they could best describe it as a fresh can of paint being opened but in a good smelling way. So take that as you will.

Let it cook, at first its lacking that sweetness from the orange blossom and leans more woody, the citrus only lasts for like 1 minute. But I’ve let mine sit for a solid month and a half now (no cap on). The bergamot and orange blossom came through and are much more prominent through the scents life cycle now, upon first spray it gets 92-96% to the same. Most people with an average nose (which is like 98% of the population) won’t be able to tell the difference.

When it first came in i was happy with it but i thought the smell was very weak, and i thought it just needed some time. Almost 2 months later and i still only get about 4 hours of longevity and 5 hour mark is skin scent. I absolutely love this smell profile but i wish it lasted longer and had better silage. The smell also reminds me of cardboard idk why.

I may have to let mime sit for a bit. But straight out the box it's got a very strong bergamot it's very strong and I don't smell much orange blossom until the dry down. I think this is a more loud and masculine scent compared to the soft sweet floral linen smell of the myself range. I honestly smell a mixture between myself Edp and 2008 1 million.

Totally agree with Gabe_fsf. Myself EDP was one of the first gotta have its for me along with the most wanted EDP. This is similar to myself edp but NOT 1 to 1. Its lacking the playful sparkling sweetness in the opening and the dry down is straight orange blossom. Could be the ambrofix but i get nose blind to this pretty quickly.

Really good stuff. MYSLF is one of my favorite scent profiles and this is VERY close. Good longevity (6-8 hours) with moderate projection (dialing up the sprays helps). The only difference I smell between this and the OG is during the first hour or so I get a hint of that grape-ish note found in Silver Scent.

The "reminds me of" section should be updated with many more fragrances. I'm getting a mix of Al Dirgham Limited Edition, Nikos Sculpture and CK All. A lovely and easy to wear fragrance but not very unique and might be too flowery for some. Edit: Sold mine after 3 weeks, Boring and forgettable

An absolute steal for the price. This is closest anyone will get to YSL MYSLF and it's a fourth of the cost. It sets in a lot differently on my skin, but on my friend it will last 8+ hours and smells even better than YSL. I liked it, but it ultimately wasn't for my skin.

Beautiful fragrance, just wish it lasted longer than 2 hours. Get around 3-4 hours of skin scent, after that it’s pretty much gone. Doesn’t do too great in warm weather either, even though it’s definitely an all rounder. Worth the price.

Initial smell made me regret purchasing, but after letting it sit for a couple months it is now a staple in my collection. Some mornings it has a bit of an unsavory scent but it always pulls through in the dry down

Smells very similar to myslf straight out of the box. I would try to compare them but I used all of my MYSLF tester.. but from memory this is at least 90%+ similar with good projection price and quality: 10/10

To my nose, there is a difference here from YSL Myself EDP — The YSL is a bit brighter... while Itqan Noir is slightly deeper, slightly warmer, slightly spicier. It's a small difference, but discernible. So..... what's the verdict? It mostly comes down to personal preference, but for me, I feel like that BRIGHTNESS is the defining trait of YSL's DNA. That's what I'm after with a scent like this. So I find myself a little disappointed with Itqan Noir. This is a case where I'd prefer to pay extra for the original. Now, if you WANT a little extra warmth and spice in your YSL Myself, then this might be perfect for you. Personally, I want that unfiltered, unique, YSL brightness. The OG wins for me... despite the price. UPDATE — This works insanely good as a mixer and extender — mix Itqan Noir 50/50 with the OG Myself, and cut your cost per ml almost in half. And you actually end up with a nicer fragrance, I think. The mix actually helps them both.

Itqan Noir is an absolute gem 🥰 a budget-friendly masterpiece that exudes luxury and sophistication. From the first spritz, it bursts with fresh bergamot, evolving into a refined orange blossom heart with creamy vanilla warmth, and settling into an ambery, woody base of ambrofix and patchouli. To me, it's like YSL Libre EDP (minus that sometimes polarizing lavender edge) aka MYSLF EDP🤭 blended seamlessly with the notes of Prada Paradoxe Intense, I especially get that mossy feel that paradoxe intense has. The longevity is impressive for an EDP in this range, it easily lasts 8-9 hours on my skin with moderate sillage that draws people in without being intrusive. Itqan noir is perfectly unisex 👌🏻

Nice easy to wear everyday fragrance very inoffensive. This is my first wear of this fragrance and the dry down to me reminds me of Mont Blanc legend spirit. I will leave it to stand for a few weeks and come back to this. Edit: So it's been about 2 weeks now since I let it sit and the legend spirit vibe I was getting has gone. Now smells incredibly close to myself edp and I'm finding myself grabbing this almost daily for work. It's a great wear smells real crisp and clean like fresh laundry. kinda makes myself edp redundant at the price.

I got Itquan ( Zimaya ), North Stag Quatre IV(French Corner ) and Liam Grey (Lattafa) yesterday from far away country and by reading those comments here under, I figured that only Liam Grey does not need extra time to be ready ( I love the coconut/salty water smell on my skin ). Itquan and North Stag are both out of place, considering experiences people are having, the notes, reviews and ratings here and on parfumo. We pay less, knowing this can be the case. So I'm putting them aside for the summer.

Whoever said this fragrance is long lasting, was lying!!! It does not project and there is no sillage at all. I'll edit this review after I "macerate" it. Gosh I hate to have to do it! Well just buy the OG rather than dealing with this plasticy mess Update: Maceration works you guys! The smell is a hybrid of MYSLF EDP and LE PARFUM! It lasted the whole day on my clothes and about 6 hours on my skin. The OG still has better quality

This stuff works great as a mixer / extender of the original Myself. If you're like me, and prefer the top-end brightness of the original over the extra bit of warmth you get with this...... and don't love wearing Itqan Noir on its own...... try mixing it 50/50 with Myself EDP — You keep the brightness of the OG, and get a bit more warmth in the base.... AND cut your price per ml almost in half. Best of all worlds.

If you want to grab this for a replacement of YSL Myslf EDP, just don't... It gets the vibe from it but it doesn't come close to it, it smells like the cheapest fabric softener you can find and it feels that stuff is missing in comparison, plus it last for 3h at most. It's not worth getting it. Buy the OG or the Le Parfum, you won't regret.

6.5/10. Where on earth is the citrus in this bro this straight up smells only sweet and flowery. Starts off incredibly generic sweet smelling cologne then dries down to a nicer powdery/flowery smell, but it also fades in like 1 hour. Good thing it's cheaper than dirt but still not my thing.

I'm really confused. When I wear the og (the edp one), I get a lot of compliments (especially women), but not with Itqan, even though I feel both scents are very similar.

Terrible stuff. Yes, you can smell why it's inspired by Myslf, but it's not just the EDP, it also mimics the sweet syrupy smell of La Parfum in a really bad way, making it smell like some cheap candy. Not recommended.

It has this weird plastic undertone that is polarizing. Isn’t even close to the original it goes in that direction, but cuts close. I had it for months and it still smells plasticky.
