White Lies

I REALLY like it. It is such a nice take on tuberose! (You need to be a fan of this flower in order to respect White Lies). I would say that White Lies could be a perfect wedding day scent, a perfect White florals, since it is loud at the best level (not too much - not too less) and definitely standing out. I was afraid of raspberry which usually appears syrupy, the raspberry here is sour, just a hint of it, in fact, maybe because of lemon, it is rather tingy. Disclaimer: I don't like jasmine, in fact, I hate it in fragrances if it is noticeable. However, White Lies covers jasmine with tuberose/lemon blend. Jasmine is barely noticeable but still present. I feel the fruitiness of litchi, but is really subtle. Might be FB Worth. Longevity ~5h Moderate sillage Originality 8/10

This is really pretty and clean smelling. If you're a fan of white florals, you'll really enjoy this. Its one of those scents that reminds me of clean laundry. Very inoffensive IMO. I bought it as a blind buy and I'm happy with it. Sort of reminds me of Byredo's "Blanche" but I like this one better.

Little bit confused about the notes and genre of this new Agonsist fragrance. because the Fragrantica entry states the notes of this are: lemon, raspberry, litchi, jasmine, tuberose, heliotrope, patchouli and vanilla. Yet the photograph of the bottle, which clearly says "white lies" has a list of notes on the front,and Agonist states the notes are: cardamom, rosemary abs, spearmint, mint, orris, fresh ginger roots, heliotrope, white cedar, sandalwood, vanilla, musk. But then the other picture of this, if you click on it and expand, shows what also is labelled as being white lies bottle, but with notes much closer to the ones listed by Fragrantica. So I am confused because the notes lists sound pretty different to one another and make it hard to know whether to look for samples of this or not. Unless it is meant to be a gimmick, to play with the notes list and tell "white lies" about what it smells like! But anyway, one list appeals to me more than the other. I'll be interested to hear the review and comments from someone when they have tried this. Sorry for this not being a review of the scent.

Quite confusing! lemon, jasmines, litchi, musk, and doses of hand soap. It swings between lemon, jasmines, and soap, as the patchouli confuses the scene even more! I really don't know what they were thinking when they created this! By their words, "A seductive scent that seduces you and everyone around you"! Really? "The deep and sensual notes of Patchouli, Orcanox and Vanilla in the base makes the composition truly unique and impossible to forget"!.... i'm sorry, but it is quite forgettable, as a matter of fact, i forgot about it just now! The more Agonist creates fragrance the more i lose interests!
