Blue Seduction

I was dancing with a drink in my hand, I didn't really want to be there. My friends basically forced me to go. It was probably around ten when we arrived at the bar after doing some wine tasting earlier that day. So, at this point I was just letting loose, enjoying the moment. Vibing to the music and all the pretty neon. When all of a sudden I feel a tap on my shoulder.. I look to my right and there he was, a tall handsome guy in a felt hat and cowboy boots. He asked, "would you like to dance" I replied with a definite yes, after unintentionally eying him up and down.. YES? he asked in disbelief. I nodded my head in agreement. He then chugged his beer, placed it on the bar, took my hand and we walked towards the dance floor. Placing his hand around my waist, the other interlocking my right hand and we danced. As we danced I couldn't help but to take in such intoxicating manly scent. The smell of his cologne, the beer, mixed with cigarettes and his minty sweet breath. He smelled amazing. He is now my boyfriend. After a month of dating and constantly mentioning how amazing he smelled that night. I finally asked him.. “What were you wearing the night we met”. Very shy, and with a smile on his face he replied.. Antonio Banderas. I met him with this cologne and will forever remember that night. I mean, how could I forget such mesmerizing scent. Could be used during the day but I recommend to be worn at night. It's a mysterious, fresh, yet creamy scent. The dry down is definitely something amazing, you can smell soft notes of fruit. A wonderful concoction with amazing longevity. Even after we parted ways that night I could still smell him. I mean that in the most romantic way. I would consider this very masculine, but then again I would wear it when I missed him. It smelled very sexy on me. I layer with coconut. BISOUS

This fragrance is just absolute perfection. It's fresh, juicy, and aptly sweet. It's a blast of super juicy, sweet green apple and melon. The mint and black currant combo gives Blue Seduction a nice little "ZING!" that keeps it interesting. The lively and zesty opening is tamed by the masculine sea water/ocean notes. The fragrance hangs tight to its juicy, sweet, and fresh top and middle notes for an hour or two. Eventually, the base starts taking hold. The cardamom and nutmeg provide an easy transition to a sweet woodsy base that lasts but only as a skin scent. I don't detect any hints of cappuccino, but I'm guessing it provided the smooth transition to the "sweet woodsy" smell. Seductive is a very good way to describe this fragrance. The creators took an archetypal men's fragrance (aquatic) and gave it a huge twist by using juicy fruits to provide freshness and sweetness. They didn't rely on the plethora of citruses available to make this fresh. That's why it's so different: the melon and apple provide masculine freshness without being sour and acidic like most men's aquatics. A positive to this fragrance is that it's not pretentious like a lot of designer fragrances or over-zealous like a lot of celebrity scents. The only downside is this fragrance only lasts 3-5 hours. But it is very inexpensive and accessible. So buying another bottle will not be an issue. This makes a great blind buy and a great gift, in my humble opinion.

This was another blind buy for me, and my only regret was not having bought the 200ml bottle when I could! I love the melon note which is pretty strong in this one, as well as its versatility. You can wear this stuff for the office, for going outdoors and even after shower before going to bed every night. Sweating re-activates the fragrance and it makes it way more noticeable and increases its sillage. I would not use it for dates nor for important business/work meetings , nor in any occasion when you want to portray authority/leadership. The manufacturer declares capuccino notes, that are barely noticeable in the dry down, but sometimes you catch it in some whiffs. The one thing people need to understand about all Banderas fragrances, is that you cannot sissy spray them. You've really got to go heavy on the trigger! Every time I apply this one I go 15 sprays on average, sometimes more, I just make sure I bathe on this stuff, so I can get the desired durability. That is why the bigger bottle is offered and makes so much sense. For its ridiculous price I strongly affirm this is a safe blind buy, unless you dislike the melon note of excessive sweetness. IMO though, this is a masterpiece and every men should own this.

I blind bought 100ML for $15. This is GREAT! Say what you want, and think what you want, but I will tell you this is one of the best blue fragrances out there. I personally think Blue fragrances can be worn any time and any season especially this. What's the most important thing about a fragrance? How good it smells! Does this smell expensive? Eh, maybe not, but To me, this is better than some of the most popular designer and niche fragrances. I believe If you blind tested this without knowing who makes it or how much it cost you will believe it's expensive. I'm still new to the fragrance world, and what I've learned is Niche is over hyped. I have yet to find a niche fragrance I like enough to buy. Designer seems to be that perfect spot while cheapies can be fantastic. This is my 3rd cheapie. I'll say this right now this smells way better than the BO smelling Acqua Di Gio. Shout-out to curlyscents she recommended it on her channel. I would have never known El Mariachi made colognes.

Well I blind bought it since it wasn't available to try/buy at any of the stores I looked and it was so cheap like 200ml for 25 euros which is a deal which is why I'm fairly lenient with the rating. Now the perfume isn't much for me, not really my thing I much prefer Afnan 9am dive which I had also bought (ironically a bit cheaper at around 24 euros but it was 100ml though it was edp concentration and not edt like here yet I'd argue it's a better value certainly at that discounted price). So yeah the opening is interesting but not mindblowing and the dry down is fairly oceany I definitely understand the blue color scheme so it's nice I can recommend it perhaps better as a everyday wear for a young guy (12-22) who needs a dumbreach for most occasions and who doesn't know much of perfumes. I think I'll use it for the gym or something it's definitely summery vibes much better to wear this than nothing at all and the the price value it's pretty good 👍
