My Clémentine

Absolutely does NOT smell like anything out of Hermes (I’ve smelled them all). This is closer to Bel Oranger from Fragonard or even Azemour Les Orangers from Parfum D’Empire, though the latter is more of a stretch, but sill way more accurate than the Hermes comparisons. Beautiful, refined, and a bit overpriced, but gorgeous nonetheless. I’d wear this on a balmy summer night as it can cut thru the heat. The petitgrain stands out and blends well with the citrus. Lasts quite a while on my skin. I really like this one, though the price makes it a harder pill to swallow when it comes to recommending it. Stick to Fragonard’s Bel Oranger. You’ll be just as happy.

I can tell you it doesn't smell like Eau Orange Vert etc. It is like drinking a tart OJ, with a sparkle. There is some cassis here which boosts the 3-4 citrus notes, not too dissimilar to the way it's done in burlington with cumin, but here it remains citrus forward instead of going aromatic or minty. very very bright fresh scent. comparable to Profumum Acqua Viva but not acidic / lemon peel ish. Yes it's worth it for me. True niche. You can smell all notes listed, but only if you chase them.

I just love the opening of this fragrance.

A beautiful take on citrus! It’s built on a gorgeous balance of warm amber and bright citrus, making it much deeper than a standard freshie. On my skin, it projects beautifully and lasts. Very well done scent, though definitely pricey...

Seller said that this brand is innovative. There is nothing innovative. This is boring. Green, slightly bitter mandarin/orange. Strong and long lasting.

lovely. it may sound silly but you can tell there is more than one type of orange in here...and at times it's hyperrealistic mandarin...like the 8k tv version... amped up. Really nice. It doesn't feel totally natural...but there are definitely some naturals in it which make an appearance throughout the wear. This is going to be one of my favourite citruses this year....it has a little greenness too...but petigrain / neroli greenness rather than anything else.

The opening is GORGEOUS! Mouth watering, fresh, juicy, slightly tart mandarin, mixed with the fresh flowers. The dry down is masculine leaning, almost old school, as it's Really heavy on oakmoss. It's also slightly herbal. Available at Fortnum and Mason, if you're in the UK.

Oh yes! Yummy! Very well-crafted orange/Mandarine/tangerine scent where you can just feel the use of quality naturals. Quite green as well with a gorgeous blend of blackcurrant and mint. Very well done.

Variation of Hermes Eau d'Oange Verte but less good. Totally redundant. The beauty of Eau d'Oange Verte is its freshness. My Clémentine is the opposite - rich and smells even unpleasant.
