Toffee Ganache

This one is also a really great gourmand. Again not so super foodie that it overwhelms, this is like a Christmas cookie made perfumey. The toffee is lovely, and I actually love the enormous cinnamon I am getting here but its probably not blind buy safe to those who fear cinnamon, but its giving me way more biscoff cookies than Paris Corner's tiramisu speculoos which didn't hit the target for me. I think the cloves make it more interestingly delicious and festive, that was definitely a note I was fearing, I absolutely like it here though. I also love that for something called toffee ganache its really not sweet to me, which I love as it can be redundant to always smell these ooey gooey to the max sweet perfumes, they kind of end up smelling the same and you lose the other notes, here you can definitely smell all the other notes making it fantastically complex and not linear. Obviously it has some sweetness but not the toffee you are probably thinking. It genuinely smells like a french bakery. The biscuit note is strong and not the typical synthetic cookie style scent in many cookie perfumes (sorry I love some of y'all anyway but lets face it, its a chips ahoy cookie cheapness going on in most) but here it feels so artisan and expensive. Also the milk note is gorgeous and very unique, you just feel so inviting and definitely milky with none of the baby milking smell (which I actually tend to like tbh, but its not over here) but perfumed milk. Like truly a perfumed with spices milk, like a Chai milk. Basically this and French Vanilla Latte are in a league of their own when it comes to Arab gourmands, dare I say gourmands in general, nothing has pushed the genre this far in smelling like a Michelin star bakery. I think they are quite masterpieces in perfumery.

Got a free sample. It's straight up Speculoos and Pepperkakker. The tester card lists Edible Notes, Speculoos and Hot Milk in the base. I happen to love Speculoos biscuits and I even buy the Yorkshire Tea Caramelised Biscuit Brew as I love the flavour so much. I seem to have shifted away from gourmands over this last year but if I wanted to smell gourmand Wintery and cozy and just like a clove spiced caramelised biscuit, this is the one. It's not really toffee-ish and not at all unctuous and ganache like in texture, it's like opening a big red tin of pepperkakker from IKEA and someone has mixed in some Lotus biscuits and inhaling the warm dry crumbs. True gourmand queens will love this if they love Speculoos and similar fayre.

Uff this is beast mode, this is very spicy - think of Qahwa, Dukran, Althair. On initial scent I smell vanilla cookie with clove and milk on the side, as it dries down, I get more of that spicy vanilla, think about Althair. I did 2 sprays and it lasted all day and also projected quite strongly. I recall somebody said that it smells like spices in chai tea and I think its correct. Its not literal foody scent and totally unisex.

Got a decant. Very light hazelnut scent with a bit of butter and cinnamon. A gourmand that didn't make me puke at first sniff. (i don't have great luck with hazelnut notes) But I wish there was something thick and dense in this. It's good for layering but i'm not buying a full bottle.

Smells very similar to warm vanilla sugar by bath and body works to me but more yummy :) on my skin im getting mostly hazelnut and cinnamon with milky vanilla and clove in the background. Reminds me of chai & those wafer biscuit straws with nutella in them 🤍

Just cinnamon and biscuits, which in itself is not a bad combo at all. But once again, after the first 15 minutes, it dries down into a cheap and synthetic smell. I would never compare it to Shaghaf Vanilla Toffee, as that one is a masterpiece compared to this. My advice is to get yourself a decant before purchasing a full bottle. Disappointing.

I dont like this one at all. Straight up boiling rice pudding with cinnamon sticks and lots of cloves. I wish it was nuttier, for me it just feels "mushy" Props for longevity tho, once it hits your skin, it lingers for a whole day even after washing it up. It also projects a lot.

On my skin smells pure cinnamon. I personally don't like it. :( Reminds me of a Christmas candles or the cinnamon broom you put in the fall for decor.

It opens cereal & milk then dries down to a Yankee pumpkin candle with more milk It's super lactonic 2/10

On my skin, this smelled like what one of those red cinnamon candies would taste like. No thank you.

WTF is this!! I can’t even call it perfume; it smells like cinnamon, just real cinnamon powder. You might as well sprinkle cinnamon powder all over yourself. It smells like a cheap cinnamon candle or something similar. All the other notes are so weak, you can barely detect them. I have a question for the performer: ‘ What were you thinking!?’

This is one of the best and most edible speculaas cookie like gourmand ever It's also verry creamy ...it's straight up speculaas cookie hmmmm yummy in a bottle ...I have smelled it and test it and I was blown away For those who said that it has alot cinnamon are extremely wrong ...there is cinnamon in there but the toffee is the strongest with that hazelnut. Creamy milk and speculaas biscuits note Get it as soon as you can Don't listen to some fake negative people who always hates and never smelled it and spreading negative here You won't regret it. Get it

It smells too much like cinnamon which I don’t love on a perfume. Wouldn’t recommend it as a blind buy though.

So much cinnamon, I really can’t smell the rest. Definitely not for me.
