Mod Blush

kinda sweet and creamy like a hi-chew candy? this is great if you love sweet floral perfumes! i smell vanilla/marshmallow but they are not listed in the notes. mod blush is like if you meshed ari and sweet like candy together, maybe a bit more floral-y. i don’t care for a lot of floral perfumes but this one is done well to my nose. it’s a creamy floral scent, not fresh floral imo. it’s climbed up toward the top of my favorite AG perfumes, probably because i adore ari and sweet like candy. honestly don’t get most of the notes listed.. it just smells like a simple, soft, candy-like, rose perfume. easy reach for everyday tbh. perfect for bed and work :) personally, mod blush lasts the longest compared to most of my other AG perfumes. i can still smell it on my clothes and bedsheets the next morning. it’s certainly not “beast mode”, and it won’t be nearly as strong smelling when first sprayed, but it’s still present! longevity is 6-7 hours before it starts to soften. i can still smell it clinging to my clothes after those hours are up. maybe i just got lucky with my bottle, because i noticed some people said this has poor longevity. soft-smelling enough to wear year round, you won’t be offending anyone with her. i’ve gotten compliments from my boyfriend who doesn’t tend to notice most of my other perfumes.

This does gets a lot of slack and I can somewhat understand. In the recent years Ariana has come out with fantastic fragrances like Cloud, REM and TUN 2.0, which really broke out of the celebrity fragrance stereotype in my opinion. So the expectations for Ariana’s perfumes are high. However, Mod Blush fell a little back. It’s fruity and young smelling, not very complex or unique. Reminiscent of the celebrity perfumes from back in the day or bodysprays/perfume from VS. But still, even tho it’s a rather simple scent, I do like it. Every perfume doesn’t have to have the most complex multidimensional scent profile ever. And i really recommend actually wearing it and smelling it in the air as it warms up on your skin. I find smelling it from the bottle or staright from your skin very different from when you get whiffs in the air as you go. It’s more smooth and less pungent. It creates a beautiful scent bubble as if you use a really nice fruity bodywash and shampoo, detergent on your clothes etc. Just give it a chance. Also, it’s a passionfruit bomb. I don’t think I have or know any other perfume with such a prominent passionfruit note as Mod Blush.

I love pairing this perfume with Among the Clouds, and Prismatic Stars from B&BW, or Blush Cardigan lotion, and also Sweet Like Candy the body spray and the perfume. This really is like the older sister to Sweet Like Candy. I disagree that this smells similar to Cloud, but to me the Raspberry, Bergamont, Rose, Musk, and Ambroxan really stand out in this scent. This has become a go-to of mine for Winter honestly because it feels fresh but warm and cuddlier than your average fresh-scent. It is a fruity-floral, and has none of the marshmallow from other Ariana's scents. I think on the first spray its really tart and sweet but dries down more calm and sweet. It smells so good and pretty to me. I could wear this year-round. I can't wait to get my hands on Mod Vanilla also. I've heard people say this bottle shape is ugly or nsfw looking, but its actually very nice to hold and open, like it was made to be held in your hand, very ergonomic design in my opinion, but in the largest size, its a large bottle.

Such a lovely scent, reminds me of Britney’s Electric Fantasy but with rose and a tad sweeter. It’s bright, whimsical, and I feel so pretty wearing this! Mod Vanilla unfortunately gave me a massive headache but Blush is so different. It’s a candied rose, and the passionfruit is juicy and fresh. The sandalwood in the base grounds everything together. Best for the spring and summer. I just wish they could adjust the packaging and make the spray nozzle in the middle. It’s a pain to put it on frequently throughout the day and maneuver your hand and thumb, ugh! Aside from that, love it lol

I love this! Did I need it??? No! I have Mod Blush I have Carolina Herrera and they are all remnants of each other. But this ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT smells just Like Carolina H GG Blush. At first I was happy to to get Mod Blush, because Ive been on a hunt for a decent priced CH Blush. I found this one first and compared to the small bottle I have and its so close you can't even tell the difference. I dont see the comparisons to Ari "Ari" because Blush is much more grown up. Im so happy to have it in my collection. I highly recommend

A perfect Valentine’s Day fragrance, pink and sweet and fruity while still maintaining a soft and cozy vibe. I am not into AG fragrances (aside from REM) for being too “juvenile” but this is a really nice one. Doesn’t last all that long but I enjoy it a lot while it is there. The passion fruit, raspberry and pear is most noticeable, then the dry down gives a pleasant musky softness to even out the fruity top notes. I barely detect the rose which is fine by me. The bottle is goofy so I’d stick with the travel spray pen

Wow! If your going for a feminine, ballerina type vibe this is def for you. is it better than MOD vanilla? no, But it has its own special flair that makes it nice. It’s a VERYY feminine scent and the fruit in this parfum leans more tropical so if you want like a fresh garden type fruit smell it’s not like that. it lasts very long on my skin and pulls a tad bubblegum like. I’d rate it a 7.5 just because i’m more gourmand and want to smell less fruity and more milky-sweet.

It’s a very clean and reserved floral, With just the right amount of sweetness integrated into it. I am not a fan of powdery scents, However, mod blush absolutely killed it with the powdery note in this perfume. There’s no baby powder diapery cheap deodorant smell to it (which is what I cannot standdddd) It’s a very fun, sweet floral set with a tiny hint of powder that compliments it perfectly. I usually layer with Without a Trace - Finery.

I am genuinely in love and obsessed with this scent. It is sweet in the most addictive and girly way. Upon first spray it is quite floral but I feel that when it dries down it is more powdery , rosy and sweet. I can't stop smelling my wrist when I wear this. This one would be suitable for both younger and older women as its sweetness does not make this fragrance less mature. I do wish the nozzle was in the centre of the bottle though..

I love this perfume! It's my summer go to it's fresh, fruity, mouth wateringly juicy but the pink pepper and rose make it feel a little more sophisticated. I don't pick up any sourness at all like some reviews mention. It's a shame that this sent doesn't last long and the bottle is clunky to spray out of because the scent is amazing. The person who wears this is a true girls' girl with a bubbly personality that makes everyone smile.

Good: This perfume is very pretty and soft and I think if your into soft fresh fruity woody perfume you’ll love this. As It starts with a fruity peppery almost sparkly start with a sweet powdery woody musk finish which makes it a perfectly safe blind buy Bad: because of these specific notes this perfumes does not last long unless you over spray. The bottle is a little awkward to spray. Is similar to some of Ariana’s other perfumes.

Mod blush to me initially smelt almost identical to Ari but spicier but now as I’ve had this fragrance for about 2 months I get a fruity rose scent (surprisingly not as juvenile as her other fragrances), that settles into a warm rose and wood scent. If you already have Ari and u wanna look for something that’s in that area I’d definitely recommend giving mod blush a go, tho I’d recommend testing it out first before blind buying.

some people have called this plain and simple as a criticism but i think the simplicity of this works great with my body chemistry. it's a little weak which is a shame but I'd rather that than too overpowering. mod blush has this lovely powdery and creamy scent, and for me rose and raspberry dominate. it's really feminine and sweet but not too juvenile. mod vanilla is a lot colder than this so I think blush takes it for me!

Mod Blush, -a must buy. This is a lovely perfume. Strong floral scent with sweet fruit notes and a delectable dry down. If Barbie were to wear any perfume, it would be this! Very girly and fun, I love it! Wearing this perfume feels like you’re in your own Barbie dream house. Amazing quality and gorgeous packaging. I would definitely recommend this fragrance, especially if you’re a fan of florals.

Reminds me of Good Girl Blush. This is my favourite perfume Ariana has ever released - it is a sweet, mouthwatering and yet floral explosion. I am obsessed - it's delicate and creamy, yet bold and feminine. It has moderate projection and longevity and I would consider this to be a safe blind buy if you love florals. It smells like the colour pink - I would love to buy a full bottle at some point.

I thought I liked mod vanilla more. I was wrong. The more I wear this the more addictive it becomes. I don't know how else to describe it other than "being transported to a pink oasis to relax and rejuvenate." It's so weird, there does feel like there's some sort of healing power or brief escape from reality when you spray this on for the first 20 minutes. I just wish it would last longer.

This perfume is my favorite out of the two Mods! The initial hit of pink pepper, passionfruit, and raspberry makes it so juicy and addictive, and the sweetness is more clean than sugary. Out of all the Ariana fragrances I've smelled/owned, I find this one to be the most unique. I love using it in the spring and summer. Definitely have to overspray and reapply after a few hours.

I really like how sweet and feminine this scent is! This is like Ari’s slightly more sophisticated older sister. Not the most complex scent, but perfect for when you want something fun, girly, and fruity. It’s definitely a crowd pleaser, and reminds me of slightly toned down version of Fantasy. I find the fruits to be very pleasant and the hint of rose just fits in perfectly.

Mod Blush is fresh, sweet, sparkly, fruity and floral and I love how the passion fruit and pink pepper notes blend together in a juicy, fun, spicy way. It smells like the color pink! I rarely wear it on its own as I became obsessed with layering it on top of Mod Vanilla - it's a dreamy combination that gets me lots of compliments.

Sweet fruity a little bit musky girly heaven. My 16 year old self would wear this religiously everyday. It’s pretty inoffensive and easy to like. This is how I imagined Delina, less tart and more sweet. I also don’t hate the bottle at all. Longevity and sillage are ok. Overall 9/10. Safe blind buy.:)

I really enjoy wearing this perfume in the daytime to work. It's a happy, fresh, light, floral scent. I'm normally not a fan of floral scents but this perfume has a very light floral scent that is mixed in with a sweet fresh scent. I love it and recommend. Thanks :)

girlyyy! i love this one and i think it's really inoffensive. i like to layer it with the nest madagascar vanilla perfume oil to warm it up a bit and make it less fruity overall, but still smell great. i reach for it in summer mostly

this makes me feel so doll-headed, prim and proper and taken care of. the fragrance itself is nothing too special, its like if narciso poudree had a baby sister, but wow, i love this DNA, especially with the introduction of fruits.

I got this as a sample along with my full bottle Mod Vanilla. I wish I had purchased the full bottle Mod Blush instead! It’s perfect and unique to me. The pink pepper and raspberry stand out the most. I am obsessed.

A pink rose sweet floral scent. This is more mature and fresh and it's perfect for layering with mod vanilla in fall/winter. Mod blush shine on it's own in summer. Like a floral version of mod vanilla.

This is a very clean, fresh, floral, fruity scent. It's definitely clean girl vibes and it also lasts insanely long with good projection. If you haven't smelled it, it's like Ari's older sister.

such an addicting and girly scent oh my gosh!! everytime I see a tester I spray it all over and cant stop smelling it ૮ “ฅ́ ̆ฅ̀” ა after a few hours I start to smell a soft and cozy rose scent

Raspberry marshmallow ambrosia. I really enjoy Mod Blush. I have the body spray and I'm going crazy spraying and sniffing this! So good! Layers nicely with my powdery sweet winter choices.

I’m shocked that rose isn’t noted as the most prominent note from user votes. This a bright rose scent that’s sweet and fun. Definitely will be good on its own and for layering

such a pretty and youthful scent. it's fruity, floral and sweet which i love. i just dislike the bottle so much. it's so bulky and weird but aside from that, i loveee the smell

Mod blush is the best Ariana fragrance, I like this more than mod vanilla. It is a nice, sweet floral and powdery fragrance. I wear this one in summer.

When I spray Mod Blush on me, and when it dries down it smells like Moonlight a lot. I’m happy with my purchase but I prefer Mod Vanilla lol x

I liked this more than I expected. It ́s a girly, clean and shampoo-like scent, this is something that the girl at school who gets straight A+, has a huge sharpie collection, pretty hair and talks to everyone, would smell like. It's not unique or original at all, but that's the exact same reason why I think is inoffensive and a compliment-getter. It ́s not as strongly sweet as other AG fragrances like Sweet like Candy, and it has a moderate sillage/projection which makes it good for everyday use. I don't own Ari, but I've smelled it a lot and I really think Ari and Mod Blush are like sister fragances, so if you like Ari you'll probably like this one too. The most negative aspects of Mod Blush would be 1: The uncomfortable bottle (I know they were going for a retrofuturistic 60's mod vibe, but it's quite hard to use and 2: It doesn't bring anything new to the table. It's a nice scent but if you're searching for something unique or different you'll need to search somewhere else Overall it's cute, I don't think it'll become a signature scent for me but it ́s nice to have it when I don't wanna waste my favorite (and more expensive) scent on regular days

As a pink pepper hater, I am so intrigued by this perfume. I have only tried it in body mist form, but the pepper thankfully was not heavy and added only a light kick/sharpness to the opening, and quickly disappeared. The scent is a very pretty pink-fruity type of smell with some floral that makes it lighter and airy-fresh. All I could think of was "good gym scent!" as I've been looking for a gym body mist that I like better than SDJ '68. I really want to buy this Mod Blush body mist, as I have a feeling the perfume bottle will be stronger. Edit: a week later I did buy the body mist and it love it! Best decision to replace '68 with this. I'll have to try the actual perfume soon as I think I'll still be a fan. For the "similar" perfumes above, I up-voted Ari, NOT because they're dupes or really that similar, but they remind me of each other. I wear Ari very often and I could happily say Mod Blush is like a fresh take on Ari. Edit no.2: now that ive tried the EDP i know for sure the body mist is the one for me. The EDP has too much of a kick in the pepper for me.

This feels very feminine, nice, and light. The tart fruitiness from the raspberry and bergamot goes away almost immediately and evolves into creamy sandalwood (and dreamwood apparently smells like sandalwood?), musk, pear, soft passionfruit, and a very powdery floral accord from the magnolia and rose. It’s not a statement perfume to me, but it’s very pleasant and comforting. Feels office safe and like a second skin or like you don’t have perfume and the scent is just coming from your hair and skin products. In terms of imagery, it brings to mind the first blooms of spring, when you can smell the delicate scents of flowers for the first time after the winter, before it’s in full force, and you’ve decided to get a pear and passionfruit ice cream to celebrate the arrival of spring. :) I’ve never smelled Good Girl Blush but I can actually smell a strong similarity to the regular Good Girl so I’m not surprised! It just seems softer to me. It also strongly reminds me of Ari! I find them both to be equally soft. I dislike the bottle. It’s difficult to open.

Got as a christmas gift alongside mod vanilla having never smelt them before and wasn’t expecting to like it as much as i do. It’s definitely not an overly sophisticated or complex scent but it’s fun, girly and a safe blind buy if you like fruity florals. It’s sweet but not tart and could definitely be a great summer scent due due to the fresh ‘shampooey’ and juicy fruity nature. I sprayed this before bed and can still really smell it on my skin over 12 hours later. Probably something i would have enjoyed more in high school but still happy to have it in my collection and, out of my collection, would say it’s comparable to gucci gorgeous gardenia but definitely not a dupe. I agree with other reviews about the bottle design, really lets it down as it’s clunky, ugly and hard to spray. Overall i’d give this a 6.5/10. It’s nothing mind blowing but it’s a fun fruity girly floral scent that most people would like for a decent price 👍

very fruity and sweet, with a soft musk background. I mainly smell the fruity notes, which remind me of the opening notes in ariana's ari perfume. although it isn't one of the notes, I get kind of a peachy apricot scent from this. its quite strong and well projecting, but still a gentle and light scent overall. it feels like a great everyday perfume for summer and spring, but isn't tropical or anything like that. kind of has a 2010 vibe for some reason, and reminds me of a loreal shampoo or nice hair product that I would smell and really want as a stronger fragrance, so this is really perfect as a gentle and fresh everyday scent, or even to spray in your hair 🌸♡🍑🪷 the dry down really also reminds me of coach floral. they have some of the same notes (pink pepper, bergamot, rose, musk, sandalwood). this is kind of like a mix between that and ari to me, if you're familiar with those types of fragrances

Very nice affordable mix of GG Blush and Ari. My beautiful friend introduced me to this scent, and I find it very pleasant. My GG Blush is empty, and I am not paying 90€ for 30ml bottle of something that lasts 2-3h on my skin. Mod Blush cost me only 38€ for 30ml bottle, so I find this an excellent deal. Lasts 5-6h on my skin and smells very similar to GG Blush with added sparkling quality. BTW This pairs amazingly with Yum Pistachio 33 <3 EDIT 23.6.2024 Well well... I've gotten a few migraines from this, since I have started to get the "shampoo" quality. Smells like feminine hygiene products. This smells very nice on my dear friend, but this just traumatises my sences whenever I wear this... I just might declutter since some niche samples are arriving in a few days hahahahaa

I found the 30ml bottle for only £10 so of course I had to get it, even though it wasn’t even on my wish-list. I’d describe the smell as feminine, a little floral and sweet, but mostly fruity. It reminds me a lot of sweet like candy but more mature. Longevity and projection wise I’d say it’s the same as Ariana’s other perfumes, but I think the longevity is a little weak. The bottle isn’t really my style apart from the colour, but I still find it really cute, and I like having it displayed on my shelf. I’ve seen so much people complain about it making it hard to spray, but I haven’t had that problem. The notes I smell most are rose and pink pepper. The packaging was really pretty and did not disappoint. Overall I’d say it’s not a bad perfume, but not one of Ariana’s best.

I tried this fragrance first when my cousin bought it, and really liked it. It's sweet, fruity and girly. I got it for Christmas as a perfume to wear to school which admittedly has made me feel a bit conflicted about this fragrance - I've been wearing it for over a year now and its nice, but I'm just not as into it? Probably because of the association with school... but its still pleasant, though it doesn't last very long (I've found this a bit of a pain, as if i'm busy I often don't get time to re-spray it - maybe I'm used to it so that's why I'm not so sensitive when noticing it on myself). I'm not sure whether I'd buy it again, maybe it's not my cup of tea anymore, but I appreciate it's a lovely scent and one has that worked for me for a while.

This fragrance is compared to so many perfumes it put me off a little at first, but it IS nice and pretty inoffensive. Pretty mainstream DNA. I'm not a fan of ambroxan despite knowing she gon make a fragrance LAST, but it's not terrible in Mod Blush. I smell raspberry, bergamot, pear, ambroxan, wood, and musk in that order. It's a fresh juicy fruit with some florals and wood. I'm not a fresh or citrus-y or clean perfume typa girl either, this would be the freshest I go. I would wear this when I didn't know what to wear but wanted to smell like Generic GirlTM like if I was doing last minute errands or forced to be around judgy people; 'Lemme just put on this generic fruity floral scent, they don't deserve me at my Velvet Rose & Oud 😤'

A very nice and girly scent! It’s the only AG fragrance that I like so far out of her lineup. It’s sweet, but not in a headache inducing way. Slightly powdery dry down on me but it’s soft - my skin naturally pulls out the musk from most perfumes. Rose note is very light and not musky at all. Perfectly fruity sweetness, slightly fresh and feminine. It lasts about 3-4 hours on me and the silage is great! My mom said she could smell me from across the room, and we were in a partly outdoor space as well. I very much enjoy this one :) When I sampled it on my arm I went grocery shopping after, I kept thinking “what smells so nice here?!” And I realized it was me! That’s when I knew I had to buy the full bottle. Pleased with this purchase.

I really like this one, more than Mod Vanilla, actually. To me Mod Vanilla has nothing to counter that sweet, sweet vanilla, whereas this is a nice blend of notes. I own both, I have the largest size of Mod Vanilla, and just got a small one ounce of Mod Blush, darn it! I am nearly 60, but don't find this too immature, of course I wear what I like, not what's appropriate when it comes to perfumes. I'm glad the raspberry note isn't super strong, that's a note I can have trouble with, like in Angel Nova where it smells aggressive to my nose. I also don't find this to smell super similar to any of Ariana Grande's perfumes, and I have a lot of them. I'm glad I picked this one up.
