Odyssey Marshmallow

Tengo este desde hace poquito más de un mes. Tuve que dejarlo reposar una semana y media aproximadamente, ya que la primera vez que lo usé noté un muy leve aroma a plástico. (Luego de ese tiempo, ese aroma despareció totalmente) Con honestidad, no huelo las notas de manzana ni las cítricas. Para mí, es totalmente cremoso y dulce, sí con aroma a malvavisco pero más al relleno de mermelada de fresa que le ponen a algunas galletas (si eres de México, muy específicamente me recuerda a las "Fruts" de g am esa). No recomiendo para el trabajo, es más como para ir a una cita o salir con amigos a un lugar abierto, a mi percepción sí puede llegar a ser empalagoso si no estás acostumbrada a oler a galleta.

I don't know what is with all those notes: mascarpone cheese and praline and blah blah. This is straight up Yum Bujee Marshmallow with a few florals in the background. The musck here is very strong (not animalic) and it makes this perfume quite strong. I have 8 dupes and the real YBM, this is the first day I am trying it and it is for sure the strongest out of them all. I can even say that if you spray more than 4-5 times it might even be headache inducing. I am bot pleasantly and unpleasantly surprise :D I will update later to let you know how this evolves.

YBM on a budget, maybe slightly more floral in the opening. Not my favorite interpretation of the scent but for the price it’s decent.

Edible Marshmallow Fluff in a bottle <3 A powdery, cloudy treat to the senses

Well you guessed it, its super sweet and has a photo-realistic marshmallow scent. Dangerously delicious smell, very feminine. I think it's a little synthetic but it achieves what it's trying to do well. Projection is strong, but it has only about a 4 hour lifespan on skin. You won't get the full range of notes when smelling from a distance, just an abundance of sugar. Longevity: 5/10 - Projection: 8/10 - Overall: 6/10

Read a review on a different site that said this was unisex. I will tell you that this is absolutely not unisex, very very feminine. It smells amazing, but as a guy that likes gourmand scents I will not wear this one. One the positive note, it is super strong and radiates for a long time.

wish i liked YBM dna and felt realistic marshmallows. maybe just strawberry flavoured ones aren’t my taste :/

I bought it just for testing, but I didn’t like it at all because I hate red fruity notes. Also, it had a kind of plastic/rubber note that I can’t quite describe, but it disgusts me and makes me feel nauseous.

Odyssey Marshmallow has a little YBM DNA, but with its own twist. There are more fruits (I really get the apple), more florals, and less vanilla creaminess. The marshmallow comes across a little powdery to my nose. Someone said this perfume smells like marshmallows with fruity pebbles, and I couldn't agree more! The opening has so many fruits that it almost resembles an air freshener, but the drydown is nice and projects pretty well. There is something intense about this perfume; I could almost see a guy pulling it off, maybe layered with a more masculine fragrance. The ambroxan is also intense; I guess you could say that Odyssey is like a less blended, stronger, more complex version of the YBM DNA. I used up my 20 ml decant but won't be purchasing a full bottle, because I enjoy other alternatives more.

This one was nice enough fir what it is.. all the marshmallow arab scents seem to be back ended with fruit or that grapey thing they do, here at least it wasn't too noticeable. I find arab scents sit heavy. They aren't as airy and nuanced as designer scents. Coukd be the oil content but I find there is usually a 'chunky clumsyness' to their make up and overall feel with only few exceptions. These are enjoyable however, are pricy for what they are, celebrity scents are more affordable these days

I love this fruitier twist on YBM, it's brighter, less creamy and more intense. The best version is not on the database, it's Pink Marshmallow by Gulf Orchid. Layered with this one leaves a soft cloud of marshmallow and strawberry which lasts the whole day ❤️

Odyssey Marshmallow scent is similar to Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud Lattafa, with notes of marshmallow, vanilla, sugar, and wood. It has a caramel sugar scent with vanilla and wood throughout, but it's not as strongly OUD.

I don't know why Fragrantica has categorized this fragrance as unisex. No doubt it's a female fragrance, period. Even on the Armaf website it appears in the women ́s fragrance section.

its a good dupe for YBM its stronger imo, so beware when spraying 🤣 very good for the price

Lasts about 2 seconds! Not bad though
