Pineapple Sunrise

Sampled a lot of the fragrances from this house. I loved most of the ones I smelled but this one really stood out to me. I love pineapple notes in fragrances. The pineapple in this one is great! It’s juicy but not overly sweet to noses that aren’t huge fans of the note like some pineapple fragrances tend to be in my experience. It’s a very interesting and unique fragrance, but mass appealing enough for everyone to love. My favorite from the house so far, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed almost all of the offerings I’ve smelled. Can’t wait to get my nose on some more!

This fragrance is just gorgeous! It’s one of those that the first time you smell it you can’t get enough! It’s very fruity but not overly fruity. It’s sweet but not overly sweet. The notes used are of high quality which can be smelled right away. The pineapple is the star of the show but the other notes listed show up as well and dance around in the background. This fragrance lasted a good 10 hours on me and has great projection and silage. The atomizer and bottle are top notch as well.

Bright and fresh, a light fruity perfume. The pineapple is never cloying or overly sweet, instead it opens very juicy and slowly settles down into the more chypre ingredients. This is a really fresh perfume, perfect for the spring and summer, the fruits play off the green elements really well to keep this airy.

Wasn't expecting it but this has become one of my favorite cambodian oud fragrances. If there is no real oud being used here, it's one of the most perfect recreations of cambodian oud I've smelled. I really enjoy the fruit + oud combo with the subtle florals + rosewood

There is absolutely nothing like this scent in the entire world. It is SO stunning. It smells luxurious and lingers like no other. I'm hoping it comes back cause I would consider saving up for a full bottle.

This one opens up with a nice blast of Pineapple that stays with it to the mid and toward the dry down. It has some dark notes that make it something you could wear in cooler weather. Great scent!

Sampling Aromas de Salazar Pineapple Sunrise, a 2022 release from the house that’s a rich, fittingly pineapple-intensive blend that’s juicy, spicy, and a bit green, frankly edgy, ranging from a bit of a mild, peasant fruit salad to a spicy and savory blend. It’s very strong and quite unique, unlike anything else I’ve previously smelled, making for quite the journey and introduction. I only applied a couple sprays from the sample to my wrist and the scent cloud is significant to the point that I need to approach it carefully to not be too overwhelmed. Its performance is really impressive and it’s fitting that this vision of a fragrance packs a punch. Standout notes for me include pineapple, carnation, oud, leather, oakmoss, and patchouli. I get mainly pineapple with a lot of the dark, spicy notes mixed in, along with some floral rawness. Pineapple Sunrise is priced at $175 for 50ml, roughly average pricing for the house, sold via both the house site and Perfumology. 7 out of 10

I finished the sample set from Aroma de Salazar and Pineapple Sunrise is at the top of the list at the moment. There’s just something about this that I can’t quite explain, you just have to try it on for yourself. A blast of pineapple & patchouli vibe up front and a nice woody/ambery dry down at least on my skin. The cool thing about Aroma de Salazar is that you’re not going to smell like anything that’s out there. It definitely has a unique DNA. Enjoy!

I am not a fan of pineapple so it's not my favorite but it's a strong performer and very fruity and unisex. Very sweet pineapple and strong woods It's prominent in pineapple, wood, and fennel If these notes sounds good to you, then it's a good idea but pineapple smells cheap to my nose

this a fruity pineapple fragrance that peeks through the boughs of a fresh, cool musk. it’s perfect for the summer, very light on the sweet element if that’s something you fear in fruity forward fragrances. This leans just a touch toward masculine personally but in technical terms is absolutely and completely a unisex scent. I feel like it would be a quintessential fragrance to wear at a water park or on a hot river day as you would smell both enticingly edible from the photorealistic pineapple juiciness and also classy from the musk. Long wearing and just the right amount of siliage with two pumps.

"The cool thing about Aroma de Salazar is that you’re not going to smell like anything that’s out there." The reviewer below does have a point, but I am not sure if I am up for the challenge of smelling like a divorcé with acrid sweat who threw back a few too many Painkillers at the Tiki Bar.

Very well done example of the genre. Like all the things I’ve smelled from this house, it uses a high proportion of naturals, and that shows!

One of the worst, Nasty disgusted seaty wuality maybe coming from the green notes mixed with some musk.
