Just Play for Him

A fragrance with an energetic mix of citrus, “crunchy” green notes and a touch of spices wrapped in enticing woods. its a very energetic, uplifting and a light fragrance. I do like the opening, it’s so "crunchy" and dry downs to a very soft clean fragrance. It’s a nice eau de cologne, perfect for everyday use, going to the gym, after showering, nothing complex. Longevity like 5 hrs, first 2 hours projects good then becomes a skinscent. Cheap price, so don ́t expect an ultimate frag! Update01/02/19 i still remember this cologne, i truly enjoyed the fragrance. It’s discontinued, but i have found an amazon seller who got this, so i’m going to grab a couple of bottles of this cologne, to remember those old school Days. Kudos!

Picked this up for £3. This smells OK but it's nothing special or interesting. Fresh and citrusy, gentle, a bit synthetic. Dries down into a pleasant enough fruit/citrus and a little bit of apple. No depth or complexity. Not particularly masculine. Very linear. Weak projection - very close to skin after 1 hour. Poor longevity - disappears between 2 and 3 hours on me. A cheap, light, weak scent that would do as an everyday summer freshen up (as mentioned in review below). I've tried quite a few Avon scents, some are great value, a few are actually great scents - this one isn't. For the money it is not bad but I can't recommend. Won't buy again.

Quite a good and not at all secondary summer fresh. Very refreshing and cooling scent for extremely hot days. It smells like mojito. Lime generously seasoned with mint, in the background you can feel the tea accord. There is a bit of apple, in the base musk and woody notes. The whole thing in a very fresh, refreshing edition. The scent is simple but effective. In addition, it is dirt cheap, but quality is not bad. The only drawback is the poor longevity, because after 2 hours from application it is barely breathing. On the other hand, I only use it in really hot weather, and then it is difficult to have decent parameters. 6/10

'Just Play' by Avon is a fresh, citrusy, aromatic scent with a refreshing note of green tea. It's great for daytime use but unfortunately, it doesn't last very long at all. I'd say this is a good scent for just freshening up or something...maybe even as an air-freshener for your car or something. I do recommend this, but I think Avon has discontinued it. I was in junior high when this came out and it was my biggest compliment puller. One day, a girl came to my house with a teddy bear asking if I could spray it on the teddy bear, so she can smell it at home. I think the hate for this fragrance is a bit over the top. Sure, it's nothing spectacular and definitely too juvenile to wear as a grown man, but for a kid in his early teens, it is a decent starting fragrance. I am always going to have nostalgia towards this one.
