Champion

Im pleasantly surprised this has finally been added. I was looking for it here over 2 years ago, and now its properly cataloged ! This is so strangely good. Never in my life would I pick up one of these ‘Polo’ colognes on my own volition, but my brother working in an apartment complex came across a set of the full line in freshly moved out apartment. When he offered them to me, I had no interest in the other cheapie generic masculine offerings, but ‘Champion’ was so boldly fruity yet dark and unisex, I had to snag it. One of the funnest lil gems in my collection, I've even gotten back ups ! Looking at the notes this is clearly inspired by ‘Black Orchid.’ They have virtually the same DNA composition, but this is much lighter and wearable. I frequently wore ‘Black Orchid’ throughout highschool so that must be why this tickled my senses from the first sniff. I would have LOVED this in my line up back then. Very interesting that the brand chose such a bold perfume as the inspiration for this masculine targeted release 🤠

Well I'll be damned this cheapo really does smell like Black Orchid. I read somewhere Michael Jordan and Michael Jackson wore Black Orchid, I wonder if the name "Champion" is a nod to that. I was super curious to see how it smells, and yeah I'm surprised. It smells alright. Lasts a long time, but looking back I think I'd be more satisfied with and Arab dupe like Black Origami or something. But again super cheap so no harm no foul and it has some novelty value. I might give it away as any situation I would wear that style of fragrance will be formal enough to just reach for my wifes Tom Ford when she's not looking.
