905 Immortelle, Ambrette, Mousse de Chêne

I have had more compliments on this fragrance than any other in recent months. It's great for day wear, in the office, projects really well without being overpowering. The range of people who have complimented it is really telling too. It's rapidly become a day time staple, I know I can reach for it in the morning and will still be getting compliments on it late into the afternoon. It's clean and floral and fresh. Great buy which will now be a permanent fixture in my collection

tested this alongside some other samples from Bon Parfumeur and all i wrote was “>:( smells like fertiliser” only thing i can liken this to is the smell of being in a commercial garden centre and getting that mix of soil, plastic, and chemical fertiliser. very strange experience.

I'm in total agreement with @gingerytopnotes - it's an absolute belter (and just because they've never posted before doesn't make it a fake account, come on now people, it's a fragrance site, let's leave the name calling at the door...) this is such a surprise - I love BF as a house (I have 501 / 401 - my other half has 905 and 803 - and I'm about to get 904 which I'll do a review of - just wearing the sample of it now - another stunner, again clean, but with a tobacco-y touch, I would say in the same ball park as 905 but possibly slightly more divisive)... Back to 905 - It's such a clean, but complex floraly (but very masculine) and it really is a compliment bomb. It doesn't smell like anything else out there (in a good way) - I would say this leans a little bit older (30+) but it isn't in any way 'old person' or 'vintage' smelling... It's a classy man's frag - and absolutely a daytime monster. I remember getting this as a freebie (I think with 502 - the one that smells of cigarettes, which I have grown to love!) with a few BF purchases and it immediately stood out - we had to have a bottle! honestly it's over 50% gone and we'll be getting another as soon as it's run out..
